To be honest, I exected more issuses to come up with our new home. I'm happy to say only minor things have happended so far. All of which, were handled swiftly. Nothing man made is perfect, but should be repaired without issue and we have found that with our new Pulte Home.

Good response team, courteous and friendly

From start to finish… sales associate was amazing! She was absolutely phenomenal and I would not have survived the process without her. Even after closing she was such an asset and worked with us to hold the builders and the trades accountable. The field manager is who I found made the biggest difference in our experience. We started with an amazing person, but halfway through switched to a new person who did not have the skill or ability to manage as many projects as he had. There was no follow through and no accountability for the actual construction of the home. This is the point we got his boss involved and everything changed. She was phenomenal and followed up with us making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Building a house is definitely stressful and not for the weary, but working with the right people made it much easier and overall, Pulte does put out a good product. My advice… stay involved and on top of things and be the squeaky wheel! They want you to be happy and they do care about their product and reputation so communicate with them and hopefully you have people that jump in to help like we did. ... More

Great team to sell and build homes. Pleasant, smooth, and fast experience. However, the walls do not provide adequate soundproofing (I can see neighbors' voices from my bedroom, bathroom, entrance by the kitchen. Also, there were 1/2 inch gaps between the dry walls and cement slab in the garage (so, bugs could get under the dry wall towards the wooden structures). I had to calk it and cover with molding. Otherwise, I am happy with my home.

Supposed to close in October, closed in February. Home looks great, I do have a rain gutter dumping out into the front of my walkway, so people walk through a big puddle. Workers were kind and considerate of my job and how limited knowledge.

My experience in living in properly sealed home is the comfort level in very high. waking up in the morning is not a big deal any more cause of the material of the carpet and flooring is high quality.

My construction manager was very helpful. He addressed all the issues prior to and post-closing in a timely manner.

Working with Pulte has been an exceptional experience. We did have a few rough patches throughout the process but the resolve was timely. Henry is a thorough salesman who makes sure all the details are ticked and tied. Chadd works diligently to make sure your home is completed on time and with minimal issues and Kevin ensures a quality customer experience over all. When building a home there will always be an element of human error on both sides, but keeping the right attitude and trusting the process/people you are working with will deliver the best results. It was a Brilliant ideas

Had a fun experience working with the builders through out the building process.

I am pleased with the quality of my home and all that care and attention to detail was utilized throughout the whole homebuilding process.

Pulte helped us create our dream home when we kept looking at houses others had lived in we had given up hope on finding anything that we would even remotely like. Then we had a consultation with Pulte and were amazed at what they offered and what they could do for us to give us our dream home!

Sales team was good and kept me informed on every progress Walkthrough team was great, they helped identify all changes needed. walked me through the warranty details and other important information. overall the team was very helpful and flexible to accommodate the needs.

Our build took a long time because of pandemic and supply issues, but our project manager from Pulte, Gavin, continued to give us regular updates on our progress. During one visit to the community, he met with us and walked through our build, identifying key features in the structure and listening to us. What made that so significant was that he remembered the things that were important to us and made sure our new home had everything in place that was in our list of concerns.

Pulte is a great builder the construction manager Lincoln was amazing, he always responded to calls even when the calls where though, he was truthful and on he’s job and mad sure things where getting done.

Everything went pretty well. Would buy from again

Good developer and great sales team/ construction managers that are very helpful and communicative throughout the process.

Everything about our house building and buying was nice; minor hiccups were identified and addressed thoroughly BUT the last minute interrogation by the underwriter was absolutely horrible. I have purchased many many homes and done countless refinances and I have NEVER experienced the level of harassment that Pulte put us through. We will never use Pulte mortgage again!

Our construction managers have been very helpful since we do not live in our new home yet and are in another state. When there have been issues or deliveries they have been very helpful to us.

Overall very good experience. I purchased during the last section of project. So I felt the sales agent moved on to her next development and felt like I was a little bit of an afterthought at times. But I was able to get ahold of her when she was on vacation which was very nice. (Derwin) the Lead PM was very good and communicated on a regular basis. The design process was good. I was told there would be a light in the laundry room that comes standard, however it does not. Would’ve added it if I was told differently but, found out too late to make any adjustments. Very minor and can function without one. Things that could be improved: 1) garage door - I have a tandem garage and it’s very spacious. But the garage door itself is very small. There’s room to make it larger so it’s a little baffling. I have a truck (not lifted) and you have to found the side mirrors in order for it to fit. Even then, you have to back in perfectly otherwise you’ll scratch your car. Not sure if this is a supply chain issue but it’s definitely an inconvenience. 2nd) bathroom sink vanities - they’re basically cabinets. Was shocked to find out they don’t have smaller slide out drawers. So you’ll need to buy organizers if you don’t want your stuff visible or piled on top of each other. I spent over $500k and then added about $30k in upgrades. It’s my opinion that they cheaped-out on that. At least could’ve been an option to add during the design process. 3) window blinds - added the window blinds during the design. They look great. Only thing is that they aren’t included on the doors. Depending on the model you get, they have accent doors (no porch) and basically act as windows but gives a nicer appeal and some character. I have 4 doors that don’t have blinds/shades so I basically spent $2k on blinds for 6 windows. Definitely something that should be communicated upfront. Besides those items, the place looks fantastic and would recommend using them. Things to keep in mind, they aren’t a custom home builder but, they presented more design options than the other large builders. I’d give them a 8.5/10 ... More

Overall, the construction manager made the process easy and was very attentive.

We are so thrilled with the finished product of our new Pulte Home. We went with the Allison Floor Plan which is perfect for our family. It was a bumpy road getting through construction but now that we are in, the product is beautiful and we are so thrilled with the home and our neighborhood!
