Overall we were very satisfied with the Pulte experience. I appreciate how the Pulte realtor and GC stayed in touch with us every week to share progress, and allow us to provide feedback. Any feedback would be addressed, discussed and corrected. Although the plans are designed by Pulte, they allow so much customization on additions, decks, in-law suites, basements , materials - my home feels more than semi-custom made! After closing we had some issues that popped up and the Pulte warrantee team went into action immediately with their vendors to get everything corrected - and they followed up to make sure we were happy. Building a house amidst a pandemic was challenging but the house I just moved into is lovely and my construction manager and sales person were wonderful.

Noah did an amazing job at communicating and working to help resolve challenges throughout the process.

High quality home with good responsiveness to service tickets resolution post move-in. We especially love the lot and layout of our Ascend.

The process was very easy and effortless. There was no delays or hold ups on materials. They stayed on the time limit they said they would.

Communication was very good. The team kept us updated.

Overall, we are very happy with our newly built home. Appreciating the challenges that have impacted the economy with labor shortages and supply chain issues, our home buying/building experience was a positive one. Working with our field manager and sales rep we felt like we were kept well informed with the progress and timing throughout the process. Happy to be new Florida residents!

Best finish construction supervisor ever! Very professional and personable. Really liked his weekly updates and communication regarding the progress of our new home.

They really listen to what you want and try to help you build a custom house. Although it took longer than expected from the current state of our pandemic and sometime not finding dependable trade workers, overall it was a house well built and we love our new home.

We have been pleased with the home building process with Pulte Homes. Communication with the builder throughout the process. We are pleased with the quality of the home. Would recommend this builder to others.

Pulte did a great job of the home layout. The exteriors are different but uniformed. I had the ability to customize furnishings in my home so each home can look different from the interior

it was long wait to finish the construction got some delays but understandable due to pandemic, but its worth it.

The experience was great however, we did feel that the construction was rushed and the attention to detail was not there for what we believe it should have been.

Sales Counselor and Construction manager were really helpful whenever there is a question for us. Keep up the great work.

Great experience for buying my first home.

Easy to work with; very responsive throughout the build process.

I have been in my home almost 1 month and many things still need to be done to complete it. Paint broken window cabinet door no towel racks and toilet paper holders and railing needs to be moved. This should have been done by now. I gave all my money and financed before I moved in. I expect the work to be complete by now.
