Overall great experience. Post closing issue resolution has been very slow and not customer focused as they lack the sense of urgency of the issue.

Got the house during highly competion time period. though the things need to take care or happend within short period of times, no issue or hassel during the process. got the keys on time.

My builder and agent were absolutely amazing. They always responded to my questions in a timely manner. I was also welcomed whenever i wanted to see how the house was coming along. Im so grateful for their guidance during the whole process and I absolutely love my home

Pulte Homes employees were fantastic through our building process and continue to be responsive with the minor issues we’ve had after moving in. No house is perfect but we are very pleased with our Pulte home!

I love Lexington plan we built with Pulte. There is a lot of space, closets are big. House is keeping cool well during hot days, I noticed energy efficiency compared to old house we used to live. That 2 stories house needs only one AC unit!

Overall was a great experience. Anyone having a new home built rite now will deal with COVID supply issue's. Despite those challenges our sales rep Matt and field Rob were amazing. Matt was very helpful in the beginning helping us navigate the buying process and selecting add ons. Every week during the build he kept us updated with pictures which we looked foward to Sunday mornings. Rob was great. He took care of any concerns or issues that popped up and was very detailed oriented. His experience helped us make a couple small changes that made all the difference. After closing, some small issues that came up were quickly handled. I was very impressed with their customer service and we love our new house. The communication with the sales agent in my particular was horrible, she never attended the meetings and she did not leave us changes and upgrades to the house. We wanted more things in our house as well as modifications that noa said could not be and if they could, a disaster. In the part of the financing that we did with the same construction, we were excellent, the worker Jorge Rodas and Liz Minz helped us during the process, as well as Jimy in construction, all excellent. Today we have some consequences because of our saleswoman and the backyard but we hope they solve them with a guarantee ticket. We are happy for our home and the excellent community we moved into. The experience with Pulte overall has been very good if not excellent. We love our new home and the workmanship was high quality. Overall, they have been very responsive. If there is any negative it is that they contract workers who make mistakes which then require they be rectified - which has occurred.

Keith and the building team were helpful, transparent and trustworthy from start to finish.

Very good home buying experience.

Having been a builder's agent for most of my real estate career, I can appreciate the cohesive effort that the Pulte team provides; from the knowledgeable onsite sales team, to the helpful Pulte mortgage staff, through the smooth closing, everything was done with an eye to staying on track to complete the home in a timely manner. The quality control that Pulte provides is second to none and the after closing follow-through has been terrific!

Pulte home has done a good Job every step of the way during the entire building process. Theve kept me informed on timelines, deliverable up to closing. The staff was excellent from The Sales Agent (Maryann) and the construction Supervisor(Chris). Very good Job
