we had built a new house with Pulte and we really love. Our field manager was a great guys. we had no problem with him. He make him available every time we need anything or a questions.

except issue with mortgage, as things got till the last moment, everything else was smooth

Pulte had an easy process for picking out our options and guided us through everything. After we moved in there were a few items needing attention that we pointed out. Pulte warranty was all over it! very happy with our sales team and the our builder!

Overall happy with the purchase. Great location and good plan. But few defects like a leaking pipe showed up once we moved in. But Pulte was quick to rectify it.

Small imperfections here and there but over great quality.

Overall Great Experience. Love the home! Sales Consultants were the best that I've ever worked with (this is the 5th home I've purchased in the past 45 years). Everyone has been great to work with including the construction supervisor, the warranty supervisor, etc. The only negative experience was dealing with Pultes Mortgage Company. I won't go into that...let's just say that it was NOT a good experience.

I am extremely happy with purchase of new home. Initial build quality seems very good. I would especially like to comment on home insulation which is really top notch, my heater is not running constantly which is saving me a lot of money. All appliances and AC unit are also of great quality and relatively quiet which is very important to me. Thanks

Cabinets and drawers should be inspected thoroughly. Some of my drawers were not properly fastened. Paint droplets are everywhere.

Thank you for our new home. Lloyd was especially amazing and very responsive.

I had to sell my washer and dryer because they were to big and the door wouldn’t close. These are modern townhomes they should have laundry rooms designed for modern from load machine. Even the standard machines I had to buy as replacement were just the right size for the door to be able to close.

The whole buying experience was handled so well by our sales person, Faith. She explained everything so well. Selecting our options was a fun time and the design staff were so helpful. Our project manager gave us updates and followed through with correcting any issues. Leugh is still here and didn't disappear after we moved in. So we feel like part of the community already.

We love the model, the process was quite simple and the post move in team have been extremely responsive and helpful (Ryan is the customer relations person). Our construction super (Steven Chipman) has been wonderful as well. Our comment would be - we would encourage you to step the quality control checks prior to move in. While your team has been fantastic in responding, we think that many of the items could have been detected on the front end. it is complicated to have every little detail worked out, however you do a pretty good job in this regard just a matter of having some areas duly cleaned for delivery...acces gate, garage for example.

I was impressed by the value that Pulte provided. For any small issues that were found, they were responsive and prompt in dealing with them. Would recommend Pulte to friends.

Only been in the house a month. Follow up repairs was a little cumbersome with matching up dates that worked for the builder and the home owner. Still have a pipe in my front yard. The builders says it belongs to the house next to ours, which is still under construction by a different builder. Spoke to the other builder and he states it belongs to Pulte.

The experience with Pulte has been very good. From the iniial contact through closing the staff has been top notch.

Pulte has done an outstanding job with our home and their communication. Starting with JJ Thomas, our Building Manager, who was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and honest, to Rebecca Beck in Customer Care, we have been pleased and satisfied to-date. The only reason why my rating above is not 5 stars, there are several outstanding issues that we are currently addressing, although we have confidence they will be handled to our satisfaction.

We closed on our home last month. Being the first home in a new development can have it issues, the Pulte team was responsive to everything.

Pulte company and builders made the transition very easy and the work came out beautiful. I would hire this company again, if I ever decide to move.

Generally speaking, Pulte's standards are high and their responsiveness to issues is excellent; however, there is room for improvement when it comes to the supervision of subcontractors/business partners during the final "finishing" construction phase. Some finish items need more attention to detail: carpentry trim work, final painting (we had lots of "overspray" at the crown molding/wall area; crooked electrical switch plates; granite not polished (rough edges); landscaping selections don't fit size/scale of yard. The worst issue we encountered was an improperly installed door threshold/quarter-round trim molding that our small dog caught his paw in, twisted and ruptured a disc resulting in emergency spinal surgery. If the installer had taken five extra minutes to fix the "gap", there would have been no hazard. So, as stated above, more attention to detail needed with the subcontractors performing the finish work. We especially love the modern layout, the generous room sizes, the flooring options and the master bath is fantastic! Pulte has extremely high standards overall--so work with your construction representative and field supervisor closely to ensure the finished product meets their high standards and your overall expectations. Definitely some dumps in the process and overpriced options but happy with my home. Pulte did work with me on my concerns which earned them an extra star.
