Times have changed! Prices have increased two-fold, yet the quality has diminished somewhat - this is our 2nd Pulte home, and the differences are noticeable. Hoping Quality control is the focus in the future

The HOA needs to learn how to work with the home owners instead of treating us like we’re just a number!! I know they’re not part of your company, but it should be a concern of yours. Thank you and thank god my house is still standing!!

Overall the experience was streamlined and easy to buy through pulte financing. Alot of moving parts with checking and re-checking the quality of the build. Quality assurance is near impossible with just one construction manager. He did a good job but its alot of moving parts to manage multiple units. We are going through the repair process now with issues found after closing, which is the real test. So far the tile company was great and repaired a broken tile in the shower and some sanding.

Unfortunately, we bought a spec house that was almost completely built, so we had no opportunity to choose design options, nor any ability to provide owner supervision during construction. So, there were issues with workmanship and poor-quality material, That being said, the assistance in getting all issues resolved has been excellent. Carina has been very helpful and professional in getting all our problems resolved.

We had a fairly seamless experience, and so far, aside from some small items, which is to be expected we have not had any issues. One thing that has been a bit bothersome is how loud it is inside when the outside water is on. I am not sure why that is, but it is pretty loud.

The process took a lot longer than expected. This construction manager kept us updated every step of the way and managed our expectations. The workmanship of the house is good and the quality of materials is good.

Our sales agent was great she is the only person I could count on. She kept the deal together when the site manager and construction crews were screwing up the build. I could not believe or count on a single word said by anyone else. Starting with the plumbing right down to forgetting the brick on the facade. Issues were clearly visible and workmanship poor. Stone work was done 3 times and still looks bad. I beam columns off level. Crooked walls, fit and finish were poor. Poor siding trim work. Delayed closing multiple times to get items corrected before I would close. Post move in has been no better. Shutters falling off, wrong thermostate was installed. Floors bounce, Yard service is poor. Lawn crews scalp the yards because of poor grading, trees and plants are dying. Worst decision I have ever made in 63 yeas was to buy Pulte. Avoid at all cost. I will be working on this house myself to fix it and make it right. That is a shame on a $550,000 house. Pulte Homes motto should be PROFIT OVER QUALITY. I am not alone in this thought. ... More

Initial sale about the purchase was easy and comfortable, not pressured. The project manager listened to our problems with the house, relay’s they will be resolved then you fill out a work order and get no where.Finish work is subpar.Sod looks dead in parts of the backyard, window seal broken so I see condensation.Baseboard going into the attic not finished.

While Ryan was doing his best. His workers and people hired by Pulte were not good We are still waiting for many items to be finished We closed on August

LaShay the sales rep for the community, was awesome. She is the sweetest and helps as much as she can. She always responds swiftly to your question and concerns. The mortgage process was extremely easy. We purchased our home at the end of the building process, so all our finishes and colors were picked before we came into the picture. We did get to do a final walk thru before we closed. We asked for some items to be addressed and fixed before hand and most of them were. Once we closed, it was a different story. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best we would give the craftsmanship of this house a -1. We have joked that the drywall, painting and trim were done by kindergartners at best. We took off work several times to meet with subcontractors to address the issues, and many times they would no call no show. We have fixed issues on our own because we no longer trusted them nor did we want them in our home. This review is for Indigo. Overall high quality build, straightforward process. The staffs really helped from the beginning to the end even providing touch-ups after moving in.

Loved the experience I had with the sale folks (Myniesh!). Unfortunately, had issues with upgraded cabinetry (they don't come with handles??), this is despite the design center person telling us that it came in brush nickel, and there were no options for chrome. Issues with one of the outlet circuit breaker tripping. Sent a request to have it looked at, after several back and forth emails, the person literally told me that since it had power, he didn't need to send someone out to look. Let's think about this. A brand new home. Circuit breaker keeps tripping. But because I can reset the breaker and bring power back up, it was ok?? After pleading with him to have some look at it (either a bad outlet or bad circuit breaker), he finally said someone will contact me to have it looked at. Really?? ... More

The Pulte builder team was very professional and the build quality of my house is beyond my expectation.

Bad customer service, build quality very poor, worst contractor never and mis guided info from sales rep.

Buying with Pulte was an easy and smooth experience. In what is a stressful time when purchasing a home, Pulte made the transition effortless. I would buy with Pulte again. They have a great reputation for a reason!

Shane was a very good person to work with. Did what he said he would do and in very ample time.

Last month leading up to closing didn’t go real smooth. Delays, communication were major factors. Supplier and builder coordination were missing,

The process was smooth up until after sale. A few issues with quality appeared in the 30 days after move in that did not present during the final walkthrough (all relatively minor) but the builder was extremely unresponsive about them.

House is built. That's about it. Mail never registered address, internet utility missing and no observable progress to rectify the situation, generally good finishing on the house, but many obvious ones that stick out. Slow responses, still too many open and documented matters to address.

Disappointed in the constant change with my close date. I had to reach out several times and ask questions about where my home was out. Everything was blamed on COVID but the problem was they were not realistic with their close date.

Steve in purchasing was wonderful to work with and he helped answer any questions that came up all along the way. Made everything straight forward and super easy process

Our construction manager, Tucker N. was on top of every detail. Every issue was addressed quickly.
