For the most part it was a great experience, building here with Pulte. Everyone was great EXECPT dealing with Pulte mortgage.. They are the worst and ruined my home buying and build Looking back I would NEVER use them!!! .. Up until the day before they kept asking for the same things 3 and 4 times when they had it.. Had me running around during the whole process and again up until 2 days before the closing.. I was injured and disabled in the line of duty so it wasn't easy,( Not sayin boo-hoo for me ) I told them you have everything yet.. then threatened me a few times with.. if you don't resend this or that paperwork you will not close!!! The pressure was disgraceful AND UNNECESARY !!!.. Not happy at all with Pulte mortgage and they ways they worked, This is how you treat the disabled?!?!. ... More

Too limiting on what we could do during construction. Choices were not all first class. We looked at the cost associated with several changes and decided to do that after we moved in. I wish we had been able to order appliances other than the signature brand (i.e.Wolf)

Time frame quoted was accurate. Response to issues is good.

We worked with Christina from Pulte on our home in Avalon Park. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in answering our questions and concerns making the purchase on our home smoothly and less stressful. Our home inspection went very well with Anderson who took care of every detail that needed attention. It was all completed in one day and he had the cleaning service come to clean our home so we walked in on closing day to a beautiful brand new clean home. Can t thank both of them enough!

The builder, Chris, is second to none in terms of responsiveness, knowledge and follow through to make sure there were no surprises. Highly recommend him. Also, Ete is very responsive and helpful way beyond the selling process. We are moving from a high end custom home so when I rate the workmanship and materials it is in comparison to a whole other level of construction. Pulte does an okay job and we are very happy as there are no surprises.

Easy to receive information about anything.

I think all around house buying is a really stressful experience but Pulte does a good job of making sure that you’re comfortable throughout the whole process and they make sure you are in the loop with Every step. Jeremiah is a god send. He always checking up to make sure your home is up to par and is so attentive to his buyers.

Anthony was our building manager, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. We kept our request to a minimum and he was able to complete them all.

Quality of home and materials was overall up to standards and workmanship was 8 out of 10. Our building manager was knowledgeable and responsive. Some original design decisions were unusual and sometimes difficult to make a change. Appliance quality was satisfactory but upgrades not available. Fair price. Home buying process and staying on schedule was very good however.

The quality of materials used is what drew me to the Pulte Homes at the beginning of my search for a new home. Pulte in comparison to the other builders, the Pulte Homes aren’t just cheaply put together. I also like that they offer the larger homes with large lots where you have space & privacy from your neighbors. The homes are strategically placed to give the homeowners the utmost privacy.

I'd have liked to give 5 stars instead of 4 stars, but the inability to make changes to customize was an issue. No pocket door option, no custom-built closets, and having to buy packages of appliances with no individual appliance choices were issues for me. The home we built on the East Coast gave us these options. Our construction manager David was fabulous though.

overall very happy with our Pukte home

We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and response to after sales issues. We are not so pleased with the communication received during the build. We lived out of state during the construction so we relied on the sales consultant and construction manager for timely and accurate updates on progress and delays. The updates were few and far between. We only received then after much prodding and several on-site visits from us.

Our new home is pleasant and as we expected in most features. The features that are especially helpful are the attention to soundproofing between houses, the amount of closets/storage space inside of the house, the size of the master bedroom and bath, and little extra features like the sliding patio door with screen that lets in lots of fresh air. Almost all of the people we dealt with throughout the process were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and responsive. Alfredo, Kit, Bobbi, Scott, and Brian stood out. Barbara with the title company stepped in after the previous representative was no longer available, and was very efficient, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to requests. The Pulte organization seems like a well-run organization. We do wish that the townhome community had sufficient street parking and large enough garages or driveways so that simple tasks like taking out the trash did not require the moving of cars or other items out of the garage. ... The experience was overall very positive. A miscommunication and incorrect marketing material led to a disappointing omission from the home. Still waiting for restitution.

I expected buying a Pulte home would. be the same. as the Pulte home I just sold. Nothing could be further from the truth. The house is wonderful. The construction is wonderful. I gates did not work but they were fixed quickly. The. community center is not ready. The HOA is not ready. All things will be fixed in time. I understand that, and the price was right...

Working with Porter (sales) was a breeze and delightful as I picked the model appropriate for me. Porter was very patient, knowledgable, and courteous. The design center was a bit frustrating and felt rushed because of the lack of information regarding my options. Example, what the actual material was I was choosing and the differences in warranties, wear etc. Prior knowledge of that pertinent information would have been very beneficial and made this process much easier. The finance portion was simple but a bit frustrating as well. I reached out several times to my loan officer to keep track of the interest rates and he was out of the office. By the time he got back to me the rate increased. This happened twice. Auto response and/or coverage during loan officers absence would have been helpful. Also, with the financing, Pulte advertises a low rate but that rate does not actually exist unless one wants to buy down several points, kind of deceiving for the buyer. Lastly, my construction. The home itself I love but there were several issues with the finishes paint, trim, air, heat and other little things. However, Anjelika, (my construction gal )took charge immediately to correct all of the issues. She scheduled followed up and even met the subs at my home when I could not. She truly went over and about to make sure I was happy. Her orchestration and willingness to make it right has made my house a home. I am now a happy Pulte home owner. ... More

I recently purchased a new home in Arbor Oaks. Overall I am very happy with the home. I do think the quality of the workman ship could improve. Even after inspecting the home before we closed and having a lot of cosmetic issue's fixes we are still finding a lot more that need to be fixed. Most of what we are finding is just sloppy work. Pulte is very responsible to getting items fixed but if they were to do a better quality job to start there would not be a need to come back to make these repairs.

We brought the home with vallybrooke plan with elevation 22,two windows in this plan kept on bathroom and one in closet-both won’t give the use of windows. Another plan issue is even though home is more than 3300 there is no proper media room- loft space is designed kind of waist like many doors and closet-we don’t have a place to keep our projector-we went with this plan because pulte agent mentioned this plan have big loft for projector but after built we realized that this room is not useful for media room purpose

I checked out all available units on multiple occasions and was able conclude with incentive. I am happy to get what i want for my budget. I was guided in right direction to make correct decision. Also, i got support in moving into the home which was very very helpful. Overall, i’m happy and its great

Overall very nice experience. The only reason 4 stars and not 5 is because of lack of flexibility in many things customer wants like changing closing dates, or configurations(adding sun room after selections were made), using concrete over asphalt or taking inputs on not putting sod close to winter instead comeback and do it next spring etc. during building process. I understand there are tight guidelines for various reasons but allowing leeway to customers makes the experience elastic to the customer and they feel they also have some control on the process. The other reason is initially the lots were put in a bidding war before it was awarded. I understand the market conditions and your company trying to make the most of it but the experience was not a pleasant one from a customer standpoint since there was anxiety, lack of transparency etc. Other than that, the staff was professional, friendly and tried their best to get around advice processes. Have had a few issues, largest being that the fence around the property was torn down in the last hurricane - back in October. Being told construction on a new one won't even begin until January. 3 months without a fence when we're paying to be in a "gated community". Also were told no damage to our roof in the storm (we were out of town) only to find out - by accident - weeks later that a section of our roof had been torn off. Overall, Pulte has been pretty responsive when repair requests have been made, and we've had a couple. Overall, we love the home - at least we WILL once we have a fence back up! ... More

Working with the front office (Peggy) to select and buy was a great experience. Also, dealing with the Construction Manager (Mark) was awesome. The process became much "less" helpful and "less friendly" as we moved in and during the first few weeks of transition

Had a good experience overall with Pulte in buying our new home.
