We have had a couple of minor issues since we moved in. Pulte rep responded and corrected those issues without undo delay

We have a beautiful home built in a well designed neighborhood. Pulte’s experience designing and building beautiful neighborhoods and houses shows in this project. Pulte did a good job overcoming supply chain issues throughout the project. The house design is spectacular, the construction appears to be solid. One disappointment is the interior paint finish. This is a luxury level home and nearly every room has poorly done paint. Runs, drips, and void areas. All of these spots were even ‘blue taped’ but somehow were not corrected prior to the closing. In the scheme of things interior paint is fairly minor and can be fixed later. Pulte created a beautifully designed forever home. It is well insulated, graded well to prevent water issues, and all of the plumbing and HVAC is working well. The overall Pulte experience was good. A few issues timely response

The variety of build is very satisfying.

Very responsive in the local Michigan market to questions and problems.

Jelena is super nice and great to work with. Our many questions were answered and overall had a great experience with her. Branson with the construction team also is very friendly and very responsive which is great in getting issues resolved in a timely manner. I really appreciate the support from these two.

Stefano Hankewycz and Jim LaValle are absolutely wonderful to work with. There were disappointing things that happened during construction, but those events were out of their control. The communication and care that Jim and Stefano shared during the build was a blessing during a stressful and unpredictable time.

Pulte home are very well built homes. The Sales Representative was knowledgeable and responsive.

Everything was great from sales to customer service however, this has been the worst new build from pain crew I’ve ever seen. From caulking to base boards to doors, the painters did a terrible job. This will be fixed but it’s disheartening to see the poor level of workmanship in such a large part of the home’s esthetics.

The lot/backyard size is too small, not as showcased in the model home.

It was a stressful time to buy but pulte made the experience as efficient and hassle free as possible and we appreciate our new home.

I was told move-in-date would be either July,August or September. My closing date wad October 19-disappointing.

Our experience was good overall and we recommend this builder.

The overall quality of the home seems really good. Long wait for home to be built. Finishing touches on home were not good. Home was not clean. Contacted customer service twice and it was a waste of time. Field Supervisor has been very helpful. Moved in to home in October and still have quite a few items that need to be complete, most of which are relatively minor.

The experience was great however, we did feel that the construction was rushed and the attention to detail was not there for what we believe it should have been.

The builder was willing to fix every wrong that was pointed out. The builder made sure to update us on the different phases of construction.

My husband and I are very pleased with our Pulte Home.

Building a home in the period of labor and material shortages can be challenging. Combined with almost a whole month of rain in May 2021. The builders, Josh and David are very accommodating in answering my questions. They did a good job and I am pleased with the finish out of the house.
