The Las Vegas Pulte team has proven to have much better build and service quality in comparison to our experience with other wholesale builders in Vegas. From Cheuck in sales to Shaun overseeing the construction of our new home, they have provided the best service possible with quick responses and solutions to whatever issues that happened to come up. The entire Pulte team was exceptional. From start to finish, we felt consistently supported, and we truly appreciated the incentives that made it possible for us to purchase the home we really wanted. new build in a hot neighborhood so excited about the value overall but the build/workmanship was mediocre at best

There are many issues that are not been corrected for a month. Biggest problem is the exhaust pipe for the gas driyer. The driter reports a 95% blockage in it and can not function. You shoud visit the community and see it.

Many people talk about how stressful building a house is. I thought the process was smooth. The construction was excellent. As a structiral engineer, I looked at all the work to make sure it was up to the latest Florida Building Code. They even handle the mortgage and homeonwer's insurance at a good price. I had a couple of issues after closing and I called their warranty department and they had someone out the next day to repair.

We had an excellent experience with Pulte Homes and are genuinely happy with the home we received. From the very start of our search, the sales team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making us feel welcome and supported at every step. They answered questions promptly, guided us through options without pressure, and helped us feel confident in our decisions. Our construction team gave us regular, transparent updates on progress, and they proactively scheduled walk-throughs so we could see milestones firsthand and address any questions early. They stayed on schedule and enabled us to close on time, which we really appreciated. Since moving in two months ago, we’ve had minimal issues, and anything we did flag was quickly addressed. My experience with Pulte was mixed overall, but the quality of my home and my confidence in it comes down to one person: Troy, my construction manager. Sales Experience The sales experience itself was fine. There was significant pressure to sign a contract quickly, without having full visibility into design costs. I also did not learn that my lot had a 15-foot easement that cannot be built on until after the contract was signed, which was beyond frustrating. That said, Kenny and Stephanie were both kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process, and I appreciated their support. Design Experience The design process fell short. While Pam was exceptional, the structure of the process made it unnecessarily difficult, especially compared to other Pulte neighborhoods. I had a single three-hour design appointment. This could have worked if I’d been provided current option catalogs and pricing in advance, but instead, sales was only able to provide outdated brochures from 2020, which made preparation nearly impossible. I did make use of design walk-in hours, but they are limited to a few hours on 2 weekdays and the showroom is nearly an hour from this neighborhood. Once there, most materials are stored away, making it difficult to evaluate options. For example, tile samples are stored vertically like books in a library, requiring you to pull each one out individually rather than being able to view them displayed, unlike larger Pulte showrooms. The process felt inefficient and stressful, especially given the magnitude of the decisions being made. Thankfully Pam understood and was flexible and kind through the experience. Construction Experience The reason I am writing this review is to ensure Troy receives the recognition he truly deserves. Before Troy took over my build, I was considering pulling out of my contract. I did not trust my previous construction manager and did not feel confident in the quality of the home being built. He was combative, wasn’t willing to answer some of my questions and contested me bringing in my own 3rd inspector. Troy joined my project around the time the foundation was completed, and from that point on, everything changed. He was extremely responsive, proactive, and transparent. He helped me secure a lighting change in my living room that made a significant difference in the final space. He worked closely and collaboratively with my independent inspector to ensure all concerns were addressed thoroughly. My inspector even noted that the quality of these homes comes down to the construction manager and I had a “top notch manager”. When vendors fell short, Troy stepped in personally, I’ve seen him cleaning homes and even installing landscaping himself. He makes sure the job gets done and is done well. Because of Troy, I have 100% confidence in this home. That confidence exists solely because of his integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way. I am deeply grateful for the time and care he invested into building this home for me, my recently widowed mother, and my son. Troy didn’t just manage a project he took responsibility for the outcome, and it shows in every part of the home. Most of the issues I encountered were process-related; my interactions with Pulte employees were consistently positive. While there were challenges in sales, design, and closing, construction is the most critical component, and thanks to Troy, it was handled extremely well. I’ve since been recommending Pulte to other families considering building in this area. Closing Experience The title company was helpful and informative, but Pulte’s handling of the closing was extremely stressful. The night before closing, Pulte attempted to push my closing to an unknown future date. Had I delayed closing, I would have been charged $620, yet this last-minute change was presented as acceptable on their end. With movers scheduled the next day, there was no realistic way to secure storage or temporary housing for my family and dogs on less than 24 hours’ notice. I had to push back hard to keep the closing on track. The issue stemmed from the lot not being properly recorded with the county, an avoidable problem given the six months available during construction. What should have been an exciting moment turned into a very stressful experience. The records have still not been updated, I have been unable to claim homestead and don't know when this issue will be resolved. I love my house and my lot, but you are dealing with big business so be prepared to push back at every corner and ask for more than you should. They will take advantage if given the chance, so you should do the same. The contract is written to fully protect them and not you so keep that in mind. ... More

Overall, I do like the home itself, but my experience with Pulte was disappointing. The option-selection process lacked transparency, and several important details were either not clearly explained or were outright misrepresented. I was told certain features could not be done, only to later see those same features included in nearby homes. For example, I requested basic wooden steps off the back slider and was told this was not an option, yet a quick-build home next door received them. I was also told a side entry door for the garage was not possible, despite multiple surrounding homes having one. These inconsistencies were frustrating and eroded trust. Additionally, within a week of moving in, a window seal began leaking moisture. When colder weather arrived, the window cracked. Nearly two months later, the issue remains unresolved. While the house itself is nice, the overall experience left me feeling misled. If I had to do this again, I would choose a different builder. ... More

Sales experience was poor, communication awful from the sales guy. Almost 2 months after closing we still have issues remaining that were present before or at closing. Having to fight to try and get things fixed. Quality of workmanship and materials used is terrible. Customer care not the best. Builders used our electric after we'd moved in, and Pulte are refusing to pay us for that. Would NOT recommend buying from Pulte at all, and certainly not at Hartford Terrace.

Edwin is a difference maker in the process

The Pulte team was extremely responsive and transparent from the entire process - when we first walked in to see the home, all the way to post-moving in. Truly wonderful end to end service and care for the customer experience. Thanks for the amazing first time home buying experience!

The Pulte rep, did not adhere to their word during the buying experience. We had three days to put it in a final offer, and to have that offer accepted, and see the home in person and then found out that we were getting under by another offer that the realtor was taking and we’re pressured into a new contingency contract to assure that we could get the home. The whole final closing day and buying closure experience was very impersonal with no faulty, representatives and no finality other than signing paperwork.

Dylan and Andrew were great to work with from start to finish.

The process of building our house was great. Very accommodating with a few extra things that we wanted. But some of the workmanship was below average. Some things were not level or square and other things if not pointed out would not have been corrected

My home buying experience with Pulte was very good. Nadia, in sales, guided me through the process and was helpful and attentive to my specific needs. While there were issues in the building process, my concerns were handled efficiently and effectively. I think the home I purchased was great value for the price.

GM did a great job explaining everything during and after construction.

Everyone has been great in the whole process. Pulte made my whole experience a great one. We love our house. Like buying a new car, with a new house we are dealing with the anxiety of putting that first scratch on it. With all our new appliances and furniture it feels like we are living in a model home.

I really like the one-stop shop buying experience offered by Pulte Home. It took away the stress having to shop around for my home insurance and my loan whilst ensuring the loan would be processed on time for Closing. The people are outstanding at Pulte. That's the KEY! I'm very happy with everyone I have contacted with like Ryan (Pulte Sales), Zach and Kathy (Pulte Mortgage), Chasen (Pulte Construction), Blake (Pulte Home Insurance), Darryl (Customer Care). At the end of the day, all issues related to the home can be fixed with the warranty. The overall experience was great. Nicole walked us through the selection process. (A note to anyone looking to buy, when picking the curb look of the home, just note that each look changes the floor plan slightly. The front bedroom is bigger or smaller for example.) Crystal helped us design the home and Matt was a great construction manger. There were items discovered during walkthroughs but they were fixed speedily. And if not next day, a plan was put in place with dates. During the build Nicole and Matt kept us up to date with status and pictures. We found additional issues after close (light switch wired incorrectly, missing outlet), but the warranty repair process has been easy and smooth with Kristi. Salvatore P, Michael W, and Nancy L were absolutely top notch. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and always responsive. They made the process smooth. 10/10 stars for each of them! Pulte Mortgage was an absolute nightmare for me to deal with. I give Pulte Mortgage 0/10 stars. I will never recommend Pulte Mortgage to anyone. At two points in time I considered walking away from the purchase due to Pulte Mortgage. Salvatore P saved the deal both times. He went above and beyond his required job duties and he did so on his day off! He is truly dedicated to his work and his clients. I can’t speak highly enough about Salvatore P and his professionalism. Pulte needs to revamp their mortgage division; not doing so, in my opinion, will likely result in their loosing buyers.
