Overall, I think the builder provides solid quality and value for the money. Mine was a model though it had only just been framed when I signed the contract. If you buy a model, there is absolutely no flexibility from the builder. The answer to every question is no. I didn't think that was necessary, but just be prepared. Further, some of the information they leave out is annoying, i.e. the finish of the walls. Or the items that are extra, low cost, but annoying, i.e. no keypad for the garage is included, or the poor looking garage floor. Having said that, it does appear to be a well-built house and the warranties seem to be a big positive. The construction manager is great, but again, his hands are tied. We really enjoy our new Pulte home! It's a good quality home. We wish it was easier working with the closing company but Pulte Homes build good solid homes with great floorpans and we are very happy with our house. WE LOVE IT!

Overall it was a good experience with Pulte. They were timely with responses to our questions and concerns. We were a little disappointed with the painting of the inside of our home. I feel like they rushed our closing so it would be done in 2022. Also, we are concerned with what we are seeing with driveway concrete- it appears to be flaking. But I’m confident they will address these concerns during our 1 year check in.

Overall im realy pleased with the quality of home. To me the hip roof over concrete construction feels like the rock of gabralter floors ,doors showers everthing seems solid n smooth. All mechanical stuff functions well . I still believe the large price increase from January 2021 up to November 2021 was out of line almost 80k . Swimming pool is beautiful n solid follow up from pool company terrible . Babcock ranch is amazing place done by engineers n good people. The tiny bike path road in front of my house is absolutely silly n was givin little thought considering the great engineers around here. It should be widened by 5 ft on the away from houses side especially for any potential emergency vehicles trying to get to patient . Fabio our field manager was excellent. My experience dealing with the people that lead and built my home was fantastic. They were communicative during the whole experience and I felt informed all of the time. Their overlords at the corporate office were a different story. Very uninformative and very hard to get a hold of. Thank goodness I didn't have to deal with them very often. I would recommend building a home with Pulte, just make sure that you stay in constant communication with the folks actually involved and building your home. They were fantastic. Sale agent had little information, mortgage had a lot of people contacting me and was sent in circles to get answers, contractor good communication and helpful

The property is great. The community is great. Steve does a great job responding and fixing any issue that comes up and scheduling workers is easy. The sales process is easy and our sales agent Laurel was very communicative. As far as the sales manager, I think he is pathetic and does not return calls and refuses to talk to buyers. 3 times tried to connect with him for big reasons and never returned a call.

Nice home - but amazing how many things we thought should be standard (our Florida buying experience) were upgrades with Pulte. Because of this, we were not able to get the quality of house we previously constructed three years ago in Florida.

We knew during this uncertain time of the pandemic that it would take a while to build a new home, and we were right, but the team at the Preserve in SR was second to none! From Karla getting us in the model and location we wanted to Shane ensuring our home is perfect, they have been a great team to work with. There were hiccup’s along the way but we are finally in our home and loving it!! Thanks Pulte!

Overall, very good experience, any issues have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner - friendly service on sales and construction end as well. The only challenge was the mortgage portion. In the end it was fine. Perhaps more emphasis should be in communications on that end - speak to the homeowners' level of understanding. Most prospective home buyers do not have a wealth of experience on the ins and outs of the mortgage process/system. Figures and terms can become difficult to keep up with and clearly understand. The entire Pulte sales and construction team were attentive and professional throughout the entire process. Soroush and Danny went out of their way to make sure that we were more than satisfied with the final product.

I am overall satisfied with the home buying experience with Pulte. The people were very helpful, especially with regards to warranty information and where to look for in terms of assistance for home maintenance. That being said, there are some points for improvements. The workmanship for constructing the home can be improved upon, we found some appliances (bathroom, kitchen sink) not quite working as functional. Overall, great job

Our experience with Pulte and all the people we worked with was great! They explained everything pretty well when we were buying and choosing our options and they updated us weekly during the building process. We had couple walk throughs and during the final walkthrough we were able to inspect everything and marked any issues which they fixed within a couple days. The workmanship and quality is pretty much what I expected from a quick built subdivision house, not the best but also not poor, just average. Overall we are happy with our new home and would recommend.

Our experience with Sales and Project Manager was excellent. Pulte built a quality home with emphasis on energy conservation and final finishes. Picking from the Pulte catalog of build options allowed us to specify a home which reflected our needs and wants.

Pulte homes have a robust plan to build the houses. Their sequencing of activities are excellent. They have quality checks in place. The customizations sometimes fall through the planning process. The issues and corrections move slowly, but they track and get it done. Overall a great experience buying a Pulte Holme.

Price and quality of the house is great. Supervisor Gavin was so helpful to fix the issues which left unfinished by sub contractor. I am so happy that I Choose this Pulte home builder and the Windsor Community.

I enjoyed my experience with Pulte as a first-time homebuyer. My sales rep was great to work with as was the construction manager. My house was delivered within a month of their original estimate from the day I signed on which was pretty miraculous considering the state of the supply chain during my build. Pleased with the final product. My one complaint after move-in has been dealing with the customer care team on the minor follow-up fixes. Lots of time on the phone on hold, slow turnaround times and have had some misses on scheduled service dates.

We had a few issues, only one big issue with the Power Company sub who does the hookup from the box to the house, which ended up delaying our closing a week. Pulte was good to work with especially the site construction manager, who was very excellent at keeping us informed as we were moving from out of state. At move-in we had a very short punch list of items and most were completed within the first few weeks.

The process took a lot longer than expected. This construction manager kept us updated every step of the way and managed our expectations. The workmanship of the house is good and the quality of materials is good.

We have had a great experience building with Pulte. I gave 4/5 stars for the value because the selections given were not top quality and I wish that they had better selections available for home buyers.

This is our first time buying a new construction build and we literally stumbled across this new construction site on a random Sunday afternoon. We met the builders sales agent, Jennifer, who gave took the time to explain to a couple of newbies what the new construction process. We needed an expedited timeline and with Jennifer's constant help, support, empathy and kindness we were able to move into a brand new, gorgeous Pulte townhome in just about 3 months from the day we met her on that Sunday afternoon. Everyone's experience with a new build is different and we had a few hiccups along the way, but I am taking the time to write this review to say that having a talented Sales Rep in your corner made all the difference for us. ...
