Fantastic overall craftsmanship, teamwork, and finished product.

Nice homes and great location. A bit expensive if compared to a similar home at a different area in MD like Glenburnie. But you are actually paying for the location.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! My AC unit wasn't working the first day I tried to use it. Of course it was 86 and humid. I emailed Ryan and he showed up at my door within the hour. He had an electrician on site so he sent him over to my house. I was worried I had a bad outside AC unit, but there was just something loose in the wiring . Ryan had my AC up in running within a couple of hours!

Excellent Customer Service and great product. The supply chain issues / delays could have been managed better. But still extremely satisfied with the home and the Community

Ever since we came to see the house we liked the experience and attention we were given. Everyone has stayed pretty responsive even after closing on our home and moving into it. Closing day had a little hiccups but not a big deal. Since this is a new built it comes with warranty, which has come pretty handy and everyone working on that side of things are very professional. Would definitely buy again from Pulte.

The support of everyone to make the experience of buying a Pulte home the best ever. Adrian, Cody, are excellent employees for taking care of the items to make things right.

Process was smooth and issues handled well and timely.

Despite nationwide delays in material I was kept in the loop by David. I was out of state but the construction site in face time was always clean and organized. Very well constructed home with only a few issues (minor) to resolve post closing. Excellent job!

Worked with a great job supervisor from Pulte. Was very communicative as we were going through the building process from another state. Had a lot of weekly pictures and phone calls during the building process.

The most important thing for us was that the house was ready when they originally said it would be because we were moving across the country. In that aspect, the house was ready when they said it would be ready - so 10/10. Beyond that, I feel like we got what we paid for. It was a spec home (nothing custom) so I would say we got average level attention to detail when it came to finishing the house.

The team helped with items even after closing

Pulte is a good company, definitely recommend this builder over some others. There are pros and cons to new builds so go in with an open mind. Pulte makes the process easy and effortless. If you decide to go with Pulte Mortage and Pulte Title it makes the process even easier. We are very happy with our home!

Our construction manager James is a real trooper. He’s had to deal with supply chain and work force issues and has done very well. I will say though that the timeline of completion made it impossible for him to get the house up to the standard that we expected. While there are many minor issues like poor drywall, paint, hardware alignment, we still have items that are simply incomplete. No screen door, unpainted/finished items, fit and finish issues. I will say that James has made an effort though. He needs assistance from his management. The house functions without major issue at the time of writing this. During closing, Pulte went through all of my requests and made sure they were complete. I am happy with my new Pulte home.

Pulte reps were always responsive and helpful, easy to reach, friendly, respectful of our concerns, great to deal with.

When I first saw this condo, I wasn't as observant as I might have been. When I moved in, I was so pleasantly surprised. The intelligent layout (for storage, etc), the high quality appliances, the large bright windows, kitchen layout/handsome cabinets, etc. The agent Matt, with whom I originally dealt, was professional & sympathetic to the supply chain resultant delays & very helpful on move-in day.

With the material and labor shortages due to Covid, we experienced delays just like most people have been these days. 9 months from start to finish. We even had to close on the house with some things not as complete as the builder would have liked. John has been amazing at helping us get those things resolved and his work is much appreciated. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely helpful. I already mentioned John, but Claudia was great for getting answers back to us ASAP and was always high spirited about the process. Cindy’s work definitely didn’t go unnoticed either. Although, we rarely spoke, I could see the progress of the work she was overseeing and she definitely held everything to a high standard. Pulte homes builder's team is very responsive to the issues . Also, they were able to complete on time in spite of supply chain issues. I wish they have taken a little more care in checking the smaller details ( like few paint touch ups , carpet edge finishes etc. ) . But, they are taking care of them after the close-in . Overall I am satisfied with the build quality and the construction team and recommend them for buyers.
