Overall a good experience with the actual building and the various Pulte staff including sales, construction manager (excellent!), and the designer. The building structure is solid; however, there were many cosmetic issues mainly due to the drywall and paint finish. Even after 3 reviews, it only marginally improved. Also, I've been waiting over a month on a couple smaller warranty issues.

Built quickly, but suggest more emphasis be placed on built well

We absolutely love our new home. Nancy , Evan and Pulte homes are a great team to work with !!!

House is thin can hear people talking throughout house and everyone and car passing by, If you are outside you can hear them talking inside. Floors creak all over worse than an old house. Trim looks like wood but it’s cardboard inside. Ed was great but other than that it’s a cheap house at expensive price. Cement in basement, driveway and sidewalk already cracked. I will say foundation is awesome,

I had a salesperson who wasn't honest about things like the fact they submitted permits incorrectly to the city and had to RE submit so it took 5 MONTHS to get permit to build! The first construction manager would also lie and say things were done and I would go by and those things were NOT done then he backtracked and denied telling me these things. FINALLY got a construction manager who was awesome (Austin M) and things went pretty smoothly. Still took 18 months to build what should have taken 6-8 months.

The people I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

Construction manager and warranty department do not respond to issues

This is my first townhome and I’m so glad I went with Pulte! All the features I wanted I got and my new home is a dream!

Pulte homes have a robust plan to build the houses. Their sequencing of activities are excellent. They have quality checks in place. The customizations sometimes fall through the planning process. The issues and corrections move slowly, but they track and get it done. Overall a great experience buying a Pulte Holme.

Our experience was great. Once we identified that we wanted to move to this particular community, the process was easy. Everyone that we worked with during the buying process was professional, responsive, and patient. Highly recommend.

Melissa and Javier were great from start to finish and very responsive after we moved in. Had a couple of little things pop up after moving in, which is not unusual at all in the building process and they were on them immediately. Would highly recommenced. Our experience with Pulte has been nothing but positive.

The process was ok. The timeline was moved back at least 3 times. So far I am pleased with my home

Excellent salesman, good follow up and available for all the process including after closing. Regarding the house, the wait time was longer than we expected, but at the end the house is very good and all the little things were fixed.

Working with Pulte was surprisingly easy. They involve the homebuyer in every aspect of the homebuying experience. Their homes our beautifully built and the quality of the home for the price is good. Everyone I worked with; loan officer, home design, construction manager and closing agent were all very personable and knowledgeable subject experts. Pulte is a homebuilder you can trust to build well crafted quality homes.

Great experience during the process

Generally we are happy with our new home. There were issues with wrong roof trusses, which needed to be modified, and caused significant delays. We should have asked more questions in the design phase, as we made assumptions that caused disappointments.

Hazel, our construction mgr was outstanding, simply the best.

My home buying experience was smooth for the most part. There were moments when the communication lacked but overall I am very pleased with my experience and love my new home!

Pros: The construction manager was very nice and responsive to questions about the build process and timeline. We were able to choose between different packages for the design (flooring, paint color, cabinet color, appliances). The end product is awesome and I'm very happy with having a new build home. Cons: The painters got paint on everything (light fixtures, flooring). There are two stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The blinds that Pulte had as an option do not work (loud clicks and don't close all the way).

Didn’t not have a good experience with pulte mortgage, sales, design center, or the builder. We ended up using our own mortgage company because there were so many issues with pulte mortgage. We had a few didn’t issues during the building process. Once the home was completed it turn out very nice but only because we stay on the builder throughout the process. If had not been for the area and the community we probably would have cancelled our contract early in the process.

The project manager was the best, he has been very responsive and shows that he cares.

Quality of workmen ship and materials used were not even up-to the mark. Construction managers had no control on the contractors. They just do things on their own. I would say, they deployed some freshers to do the job and they did what they can do. Most of the items in the house had issues. They tried masking these up during the walkthrough. Upon using these items on a daily basis we started seeing issues. When reached out to warranty team, they came back saying that the damage could have happened because of the usage which doesn’t make any sense. No one cares about the issues and they ask us to wait for 11 month window to fix issues. Cracked caulking, drywall cracks, nail pops, and cracked grout lines, floor squeaks are covered under the one year warranty, but only once will this be addressed, per the warranty manual. Just bad experience. House was not given cleaned a month later still not clean

Good morning. Overall our experience with Pulte has not been positive. We started excited when we signed/started but it only went downhill. We suffered the filling issues: 1. Closing well past promised due date requiring unnecessary expense on our part and stress on our family, jobs, and children 2. Rudeness by several members of Pulte staff including mortgage, closing office, building team. Issues required bringing in manager to assist 3. Unresponsive construction manager. We are over 30 days past closing with our punch list not done and growing. We have over 30 additional issues found. Our concerns are no longer being addressed which is unacceptable. Here is our list: We also need to submit our list since we’re at 30 days of what needs to be fixed which we have unable to get anyone to address including warranty: 1. Ethernet wall sockets incorrect type/unuseable 2. Back porch post - replace 3. Garage windows - paint 4. Windows above garage (attic)- paint edging/borders 5. Door in garage leading to mud room - replace (gouge at bottom prior to moving in) 6. Kitchen door cabinets - replace (they got dropped off) 7. Blue tape marking issues still within home (paint/drywall). Removing as I go if needed 8. Floors with paint on them. 9. Front door frame - clumps of paint/sealant around frame (grey area) 10. Broken door stop in office 11. Dry wall/texture hole by upstairs bedroom 12. Garage Leak in ceiling 13. Inspect AC ducting in the rest of the house for leaks. 14. Roof Fascia 15. Front home vent fascia broken. 16. Drain above front door 17. Light above front door 18. Slab Skin Coat 19. Driveway many issues 20. Slabs on side of house 21. No top soil 22. Broken irrigation hose 23. Large section of yard with no sprinklers. 24. Soaker hose around electrical box 24. Sprinkler heads covered 25 sides/center of yard not leveled/resoded 26. Garage never repainted. 27. Both sets of windows in attic never blacked out 28. Fascia under master bathroom plumbing. 29. Broken cabinet door in master bathroom 4. Unable to get people with Pulte to keep their word, from closing dates, interest rates, returning calls, etc. 5. Poor work on a half a million dollar home especially yard I won’t keep going because this just upsets us. As an active duty family, buying this home was a huge commitment on our part and we feel used/abandoned/ghosted/manipulated by Pulte staff. As nurses, we are used to stress and customer service. Pulte has not provided this well. We will never recommend Pulte to anyone at this point. ... More

OVERALL FROM BEGINNING THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN BUYING A HOME AND WE HAVE PURCHASED AND BUILT HOMES IN THE PAST FROM DIFFERENT BUILDERS.
