I found Pulte to take customer service seriously. That is not to say that there are not issues given all the various trades involved along with supply chain restraints. We had an awesome Construction Manager that communicated both good and bad news regularly in regard to the homes progress. Other members of the Pulte team from the sales office to the warranty folks made us feel we were their priority. I am glad we selected Pulte as our builder and would use them again.

Everyone was wonderful! Amy helped us along the way, Larry and Tim did an amazing job on the build and keeping things running smoothly, and mortgage was great at communicating. Such a wonderful experience!

We have not moved in yet, The basement id still leaking. Sent pictures of water in the basement. The garbage system has not been fixed There are still scratches on the cabinets. Nolan tries gis best

They are very quick to respond to your needs!

The home is wonderful. Very happy with it. Pultes sales agent did not do the best job keeping us updated. Working on getting several things on the punch list fixed. Still waiting on the correct light fixtures in 3 bathrooms and a light in the fourth. We are very happy with the construction manager. He communicated with us and was helpful.

The communication with Pulte lacked the entire build. Dates kept changing and things weren’t correct from the start. Now dealing with warrantee nothing seems to be getting done I have multiple things that are broken or not correct I need to be fixed but nothing has happened yet

The house itself is great for the most part. Once closing takes place, they forget about you. We've had to beg for 6 weeks to get the final grade completed. Lack of response to e-mails and texts is maddening. There is still a list of items that need done. In summary: pre-close, great (A+) - post-close, horrible (F).

Never ever with Pulte again.

The home buying experience was surreal for me. It was easy and Pulte homes was always very informative about every process along the way.

They have been extremely poor in responding and repairing things that needed to be corrected. Some of the items should never have passed inspection

Overall a good experience. The project manager “Connor” was very responsive and knowledgeable. Communication is key for me and he displayed this in full.

Experience was not good. My wife and I both feel this was a bad experience and would not recommend using Pulte as a builder.

First let me say we do like our new home. During building we had to contact the project manager due to poor workmanship and poor overall quality of finished work. Our major issue that remains unresolved and frankly ignored by Pulte is the driveway. We purchased this model to have two bays one specifically for a golf cart. The driveway is too narrow and of shape making it impossible to use the golf cart bay. We are reaching our tolerance for action by Pulte and reaching out for legal advice.

Pulte Homes staff are in an excellence category of their own! From the initial tour of the home, and through the lending process, and final inspection, they have been responsive and understanding. The quality and workmanship of their homes is incredible and I am very happy with my purchase! Everyone deserves to be happy and excited about purchasing a new home! Pulte Homes made that happen for me!

The experience was very smooth since this wasn’t our first home. Kelly was very helpful and her response time to our questions and suggestions was quick even on the weekends.

Our construction manager made the difference. He was excellent. Our 30 day follow up has been on time and they have just about got everything complete that needed repaired or replaced. So far so good.

I have no other comparison...pulte is the only builder I have experienced. So far so good.

Initial impression upon closing was great. A week of living in the house revealed several issues. The LED ceiling lights were hanging out of the ceiling, later found that this was because ceiling drywall was not cured when they were installed. A week after move-in, all drains were blocked. Main sewer line from house was clogged with construction debris. Plumber said this happens about 25% of the time. Why not clear the drains before closing? Also, once closing occurs, your project manager ends any responsibility for your home - you have to go through Pulte maintenance now.
