Jimmy the construction supervisor was great to work with. Friendly and responsive to our issues. Marie was the mortgage office was not really helpful. She did not answer or return phone calls in a timely manner. She was asking for information that we had provided twice before on the day before we were supposed to close. That made for a very stressful day.

Beautifully build homes using high quality material

Pulte was phenomenal end to end. From our sales person, to the job site manager, to the community manager we were very impressed. Very easy and high touch customer service. The metro association HOA isn't so great though, it was harder scheduling our move in than buying the house. I will recommend Pulte, but will tell people to be wary of which HOA is used. Guest parking is also ran by the HOA and is super strict as well, it's hard to have friends visit. One star was removed due to HOA.

The walk through process was great!

Nick, the site manager has been outstanding through out the entire process. As a first time home buyer, he made it look so easy with his quick respones and attention to details.

We could not be happier with our overall result. We are thrilled everyday to be here. Our experience with the sales team, management and construction manager was great. Our almost 5 star rating was do to a very bumpy ride with the mortgage team. We did not receive our mortgage approval until the night before our actual closing, which was 8 months after our purchase contract signing.

Overall great experience, only issue was a little bit of difficulty getting in contact with the sales person but other than that the builder and foreman made up for it!

Mortgage experience could have been smoother

Very well made, solidly built. Is it the finest construction materials...not everywhere...but for the most part, yes. The lower grade stuff is the stuff you might replace right away for style...carpeting, range, refrigerator....those are the main things. As for doors, hardware, toilets....they are good quality and will last. The building is very nice on the outside, very happy with that. It doesn’t look like an “affordable” income restricted bldg. As such, I expect certain things not to be premium grade, of course. What I have is warranted, and things do seem like they will last. I will not replace for style...as I bought this because of my budget. All tolled...I am quite happy and would readily recommend Pulte. ... More

Everything was good. Except loan service from Pulte home.

Easy and professional process to get mortgage on time before closing date. They keep trying to satisfy me and clear any comment we give. I appreciate the effort they did and definitely recommend if been asked.

Gary, Peter and Bob have been wonderful. Gary and Peter have gone out of their way to fix any issue that has come up. Always, polite, friendly and willing to lend an extra hand. Bob has kept us informed every step of the way of the construction delay. Everyone took into consideration our circumstances and Made our move as easy as possible.

I am very happy with my new Pote home. The building quality is excellent. The only negative is that Pulte rushed me through the process of selecting structured and unstructured items. The turnaround was too quick,, which was two and three weeks. For such a large price investment, we need more time.

Just a couple of minor issues getting punch list items resolved. Other than that, the sales and negotiation process were great and we love the house.

The process of seeing the house and buying went pretty quickly. The main waiting period was waiting for the house to be built so we could close. The construction manager really enhanced our experience during this time and continues to be of help to us as we settle in. The mortgage process through the builder-associated lender required some back and forth as is expected for any home loan experience. There were also minor things we wanted to change that we did ourselves like adding more conveniently placed towel hooks in the bathrooms. Our Construction Manager, Tylor, went above and beyond to ensure our home building process was seamless. He has continued to make himself available for any questions. The Pulte management team stepped in whenever necessary to make certain any concerns were met with our best interest in mind. Our new home is amazing.

Shawn my build supervisor was fantastic. Responded to every issue or concern I had in a very timely and professional manner.

Our experience was great. Both Derek and Omar were a pleasure to work with. Overall we had a decent experience, only thing to keep in mind workers need to be a little more organized, less sloppy throughout the process with a bit more attention to detail. Also, cleanliness of the home before handling over to the homeowner should be a little bit better.

Responsiveness has been great with fixing issues and the sales team has been great as well throughout the home buying. There are some quality issues with the build not sure if the value is there for what we paid.

Overall, the experience with Pulte has been positive; however, I believe greater precision and transparency are needed regarding certain key aspects. The community does not have its own Social Club. While residents may access the Oakleaf Amenity Center, it requires upfront annual payment, which can be a significant consideration, especially for families with young children who rely on amenities such as a pool during the summer months. The HOA fee is relatively affordable, which is a positive aspect, but the enforcement and interpretation of its rules can feel quite strict and complex. I would like to emphasize that the sales and construction teams have been very responsive and professional — excellent, in my view. Nevertheless, the absence of a dedicated Club House and the HOA’s approach are factors that should be communicated clearly and transparently from the very beginning of the purchasing process. ...
