Our experience with ***** and the build was overall a five star experience. Gunner provided weekly updates and photos of our build progress and was very responsive to our questions, concerns, and requests. Our experience with the financial office was more of a mixed bag. Pulte does not seem very comfortable with any type of purchase outside of a standard loan and that proved frustrating, and time-consuming. I spent way too much time explaining financial and contract specifics to people whose job it is to know those things. Overall though, we're very happy with our purchase and would likely ...

My house was left unlocked or wide open many times. There is a major discrepancy that was addressed but not fixed.

We have had an absolutely horrible experience with Pulte Mortgage, Pulte Homes, and PGP Title, and even Pulte Insurance. Every aspect has been difficult, disappointing, frustrating, and downright terrible. From data *****es, to lost notes, to flooding and mold, and no mold remediation coverage. The whole situation has been awful! Do your research and stay away!

Love layout of home. Frustrations comes from very poor communication with construction manager and difficulty getting errors with home fixed, especially when dealing with items after closing or subcontractors like Airtron.

Is*****s pointed out during the pre-closing inspection were not addressed before the closing date and until one month after the closing date. The is*****s were addressed after the Customer Service Manager got involved, and she ensured all outstanding is*****s were resolved.

Overall, I do not trust that high quality products were used, nor do I be*****ve that diligence was put into the construction of the home. Also, working with Pulte Mortgage was a pain. Not the most consistent, competent service. Not great for if you’re moving out of a luxury building. All of the appliances seem low-end. Lots of mistakes and sloppy work found during drywall inspection.

Buying experience with Pulte homes as great. Sov, the Resltor did a great job working with the management and getting the deal finalized. Quality of work is something I would comment on about a year to two down the line. Pulte offers closing cost to attract customers to get mortgage from them. It is a good proposal. Mortgage consultants and mortgage contacts are very nice and great to work with. However, the team that works in the vs ground like underwriters do not either have a context of the overall transaction or not trained in any customer care work. They caused the most stress by ...

Overall I'm super happy that I went against my gut and purchased my new home. I am absolutely in love with my house but that's after me fixing a lot of things I felt should have been fixed by them and having to have the warranty people out here multiple time to fix things that I could not. The sales person was very responsive to us until we signed papers and put money down and then we seemed to become less important. Although the home is beautiful, what you get for the price of the home is not aligned. We had strong and positive feedback going into the buying process of a Pulte home and were encouraged to consider this builder over others, which we did; however, and it has not met expectations. The buying process was extremely stressful with a low appraisal and multiple issues that had to be submitted for warranty claims since closing. It’s made it very hard for us to enjoy our Pulte home or feel confident in our future here.

The staffs were very friendly and thorough in introducing the details of the property. During the closing process they provided the hand holding in understanding the details of each document. Before closing the walk through was very thorough and provided with a lot of information. After we moved in we found some minor problems and were fixed promptly. We are very happy with the quality of the property.
