Nothing but praise for Pulte Homes. From our wonderful salesperson, Hannah, to the efficient staff at our closing, our experience was amazing. We love our new home and are very happy we chose Pulte Homes.

I went to the open house at Harbor Square. Talked with Andrea, who was very informative, about wanting to buy but I wanted my son to see the models. I scheduled a day to bring my son and she was able to show him the model with the garage, which we now live in!! What was really awesome is when Robert was able to show us both what our home looked like before all the drywall was installed. Along with all the extra safety features that will keep us both safe while enjoying our new home! Andrea and Robert, thank you so much!

Quality Built homes in a great neighborhood setting. Great for all generations. Soon to open parks and amenity center will be an awesome hub this neighborhood. We moved from busy Southeast Florida and love the relaxed and peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. Still has a feel off country living with nearby access to stores and shopping. The builder has been very responsive to any call out. We are very satisfied with our experience with Pulte at the Landings

Really loved my home buying experience with Pulte! From Mary’s exceptional sales support to Ryan’s construction diligence, to the amazing home I now have I am SO happy I went with Pulte and would definitely do it again!!

We purchased a spec home in a new neighborhood. I think we were the 10th closing for the neighborhood. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, we had a rookie salesman that wasn't the greatest, but tried hard. The other salesperson was awesome! All in all, I think we got a great value for our new home. I think we paid almost 15% less than it's worth. Definitely worth looking into Pulte.

James made the move-in experience a breeze, and endured all items from the blue tape ceremony were corrected prior to move-in! I really appreciate James thoroughness!!

Everything from start to end was handled so professionally. Closed in 12 days and couldn't have went smoother. It's been over a month now since I closed and they still take my calls with questions and handle in a timely manner. Kevin at Beacon Pointe Village is A++ in my books.

We purchased a ready-to-move-in home with Pulte Homes, and overall it was a good experience. Patrick, Tyler, Amy, and the entire team were great to work with—professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Tyler, the construction manager, was especially impressive. I ran into an issue when trying to install a light fixture in the dining area—the switch wasn’t controlling the wire. I called Tyler, and he showed up the very next day with an electrician and got it fixed quickly. That kind of responsiveness really stood out. Pulte Homes and Pulte Title had strong pros and made the process smooth. The only downside for me was Pulte Mortgage; I wasn’t a fan of how that side operates. Overall, a solid experience. ... More

I had been searching for a new home in Albuquerque for some time and stumbled on La Cuentista Estates while out driving. I couldn’t be more happy with my new home. From start to finish, the process was seamless. And now that I’m in my home, I have a new appreciation for the quality of a Pulte home. When I have a question or warranty concern, Pulte customer service is right there (you actually get someone in the phone). The contractors are in the area and I’ve stopped them a couple times to ask questions and they were happy to explain things in detail. Moving from out-of-state is a big decision. From walking into the sales center to being handed the keys this was by far our best home buying experience. Pulte Homes, Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Title were absolutely a blessing to work with. They also were able to complete everything from November 1st and closing on December 10th.
