Beautiful home. However, there were several items that were somewhat unfinished and or rushed. Several painting issues on the exterior and balcony.

Lee, the construction manager was great. He has been very responsive to our needs. However, dealing with PulteMortgage was less than ideal. I have an 850 credit score, but they were very nick picky before finally approving my eligibility for a mortgage.

Overall this experience was easier than the last. This build was smoother and communication was present. Project. Managers were great. Some of the workmanship had to be performed twice like driveway garage entrance and some framing. This part that can be greatly improved is the start. The sales person could of been more upfront with alot of things. Had to pry for info and options. Should not be this way.

I recently purchased a quick-close home with Pulte. I can’t comment on the design process. The sales team was very responsive and helpful before and after the process. They allowed me access to the home to get windows measured for blinds prior to close. The construction manager walked me through the home and explained the ins and outs very well. When I moved in the shower leaked, the dishwasher leaked and the AC didn’t turn on. The warranty team was extremely responsive. The AC was fixed in a matter of hours and the leaks were fixed quickly as well. Overall, I worry about the resale value of ...

Overall I would rate Pulte a 4 ob scale of 5, due to lack of flexibility in some changes/additions. Quality was as expected and follow up has been good. Some minor is Pulte should have alerted the new owners, like no mail delivery after 60 days and “smart Home” with coordination between Guardian and Spectrum would have been appreciated. Communication on details.

Had a rocky start to the home buying experience as builder kept pushing to buy lots that we were not interested in and spending a premium for those lots. Once we came to an agreement on the lot, the process with the builder Project Mgr. Nick was actually very pleasant. The design center was a little bit of a disappointment as some of the items we selected before our actual meeting were discontinued. Meetings and weekly updates by Nick kept us in the loop with what was happening and the timeline for completion. Used their Mortgage company as the incentives were hard to pass up. Settlement ...

make sure what model and plane you select, after signing the contract it's difficult to change. Same as design center to choose items.

The process of purchasing a Pulte home went smoothly. They did an ex job keeping me up to date on the build progress. The inspection before move in went well. The home was spotless. We found a lot of small items that needed to be fixed. However, the final inspection on the day of closing went well. All items were fixed, but the workers left a mess behind. My suggestion would be to wait to clean the condo until all items were fixed, and have them fixed before the close date.

We love our new Pulte home! However…… we still are surrounded by new construction so we’ve had a lot of issues with that. Our internet cable has been dug up & cut 3 times. Workers have come into our yard and use our water several times (until we put a lock on the faucet). Lots of trash blown into our yard, Other than that, we like our house and it seems to be very good quality. Looking forward for the surrounding construction to be completed.

For the most part we are happy with our Pulte Home buying experience. The house is very quite and seems well built and the people on the home buying team were courteous and responsive. However, the upgrades are far too expensive ( especially the flooring) and they don't paint the garage interior which to me, is just downright cheap for the price we paid and the landscape plants and trees are not the best. Still a pretty good experience but could have been better.

Late transition of construction manager

Our first construction manager did a great job inspecting the site and making sure corrections were made. He did such a great job he was promoted before he could finish the last month prior to our closing. His replacement was less attentive to details and following through with actions. I wish we had a third party inspection prior to closing.

Experience is what I expected. Pulte associates were very nice. Contractors with big builders can be very hit or miss. Carpenters, plumbers, tile workers, and others did a great job. The painters/drywall workers did a poor job. Drywall seams are clearly visible, paint missing in plenty of spots, and overall messy work.

Sales office staff & builder are very helpful. Five Stars ! As for overall process, I don't feel safe in my new without a functioning Ring doorbell or fence for my dog which is a long process & waiting time. The company has not activated the Ring after several calls & 40+ days
