From the very beginning, meeting Kelley and reviewing the home plan options, selecting the perfect lot and finalizing finishes was truly a great experience. The quality and value of the home is everything we hoped for and more. Tim was excellent with the build process, sharing updates throughout and very clear on all the details, especially preparing our home for move-in. This was truly the best home buying experience!

I recommend working with Pulte. I had only owned my house for three weeks when hurrican Ian came on shore. My house withstood the storm with minor pool screen damage. Amazing.

Pulte let their deadlines and we close on our house on time. Once they sell you their house, however, their customer service is poor.

I moved into my brand new home that was never cleaned after the construction team. I feel as though nothing but your company being paid is a priority and can honestly say I will never buy a Pulte home again. There was nothing enjoyable about this experience.

No communication on home build phases A lot of issue which they promos to fix before closing ./ 70% still existing Following up from day one . But nothing happens This has been 45 days Such a shame .. I am regretting my decision .

The house is solid and well built. You can tell that Pulte puts a lot of pride into the home. The home itself is worth the money. Unfortunately the quality of the cabinets is less than we would expect for the price of the home. The worst part is the painting. The paint is very cheap and I don't think the painter bothered to mask anything or cover the floors. There's paint on all of the switchplates and dripped onto the floor. The good part of this is that Pulte is very responsive to getting this fixed.

The person I worked with was very responsive and addressed all the issues.

Pulte is a good brand but they use students to do the work. Our foundation was cracked several times to line up the plumbing, our driveway was poured before the roof titles were place and when I complained Pulte only fixed a section and now the cement doesn't match. There was a slow leak under my sink and now the base of the cabinet is warp. I believe that our dishwasher and rangehood were installed somewhere else, uninstalled and then installed in our home because the filters were filled with dust. The painters left paint on the floor tiles all along the edges, and the edging of the ceiling are not clean cut. Gray on the ceiling edges instead of white. I get that S&S construction is a trade school so the quality of work is no where near the price that these homes are selling for. When we did our walk through the guy placed type on all the issues we spotted but after we left, I think he just went back in and removed the tape because none of the little stuff was done. Why have a walk through? The S&S students have to learn and we need the trades but the sales rep sold us on quality but did not tell us that beginner's were going to do the work. We are still waiting on our smart home package to arrive and our decorative outside awnings to be installed. We are now working with Warranty to get all of our issues resolved. Oh well that is life, if you want something done to your expectations then you better do it yourself because no company cares about you. ... More

Our construction manager really helped us

The support from the Pulte employees has been fantastic, but unfortunately the workmanship has been terrible. Within a month on living in the house the following has happened: Garage door collapsed and needs to be replaced. Half of my kitchen has been without backsplash for a week because the countertop needs to be replaced. Once replaced, who know when the tile company will come back to put the backsplash since they are never available. Nails were sticking out all over the carpet around the stairs. All the edges and doorways and had my kids get cuts multiple times. This issue was finally fixed a couple of days ago. The tile in the first floor bathroom needs to be redone since they left over an inch gap against the baseboard filled with grout. Multiple tiles on the second floor need to be replaced due to lipage. The grout finisher on the bathroom walls is terrible and needs to be redone. Nicollet and Steven have always been there and the experience with them has been great, But it is hard to trust the quantity of a builder after you have all this issues and the response from the subs is non urgent and in cases they try to tell you that there is no issue (like the tile and carpet in my case). Im hoping things thank a turn for the better, and can finally get to enjoy my house. ... More

This was the best build we have had. Communication throughout the build process was excellent. The quality is superb.

Make sure you have everything complete and to you standards before you move it. Once you get your keys it take weeks/months to get what should have been complete/fixed done.

I appreciate all your work but it is so important have the walk tru done before the closing, to check that everything is well done, because all the mortgage process was fine, but we received the house 10 days after the closing date and so far we have some issues with the house and the garden without repair.

I am moved to spend my time writing this review because of The Builder- Mark- I had a rocky start with Pulty initially but this justifies the adage that goes - all is well that ends well! The builder did a great job. During the interviews,I had the opportunity to see how my home is built. The builder explained the process in such a way that the average man was able to follow what was going on. The builder displayed patience, compassion, and excellence. The builder, Mark reassured me that my home will be impressive when done. And it is! The builder kept to his word and that is what really matters Thank you so much Mark for the good job you did. As a new home, its fine. If you were looking for a fresh brand new home that is perfect, this isnt it. There are a lot of minor aesthetic imperfections all over the place once youre able to look at things beyond a normal walkthrough. In fact you may be missing things or had the wrong thing installed from the many options selected in your plan. Double check that during your walk through. This is pretty much the reason my review is low for workmanship and materials. There is zero, absolutely zero reasons to have the wrong options installed so that they can be replaced later and a missing option is even worse. So you'll be working with the warranty dept a lot. Project manager and warranty dept are all fairly responsive so someone can help you with all that. But shouldn't have to go through all that if it was done right the first time or have someone do a walkthrough with the options checklist (should not be the burden of the home buyer). Sales team is bad at so many levels. 1. No stakeholder management 2. Do not honor the commitments. 3. No updates on the schedules. 4. Didn’t clearly explain all the options.

Finish work on walls, drywall finish terrible

The personnel at Pulte were a pleasure to work with. They were all knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I like the way the home was built. This is my fourth new home build, my first home build with Pulte and the most enjoyable experience. There is no home build out there that is cheap. There was other value put into the home whose cost could easily be dismissed. In our case, stove dishwasher, microwave, lawn, sprinkler and landscape were included. Because of their size, build delays were minimal and still delivered as promised.

Some of the materials used is questionable - particular the cabinets. Another issue was with finishing of ceiling after we spotted a problem, and the rework has some flaw in appearance. Flooring tiles installation was not good, but we are told that smaller tiles will have issues. Pulte must not offer those tiles if they do not have good installers. Overall - quality of workmanship is not good or great.

I had many problems after the closing. Many many many problems. Very frustrated

As a retired realtor, I found my experience to be quite stressful. The fact that we have been living in our new home for six weeks and we are still scheduling service calls to complete tasks that should have been completed correctly from the beginning is somewhat unacceptable. Had it not been for Austin, our construction manager, I would have totally lost it.

My wife and I are not happy at all with Pulte homes. We have crooked walls, leaking roof, house infested with centipedes etc. . Vanessa lied to my wife and I.
