My wife and I felt very happy and satisfied about the entire process of Pulte's construction to our new house from initial purchase to final move-in. We have experienced a few purchasing new house in our life before we bought this new house from Pulte. Pulte built the best house for our retirement home because this new house has the excellent quality and have increased a huge value in current and future house market. Our experience with the builder’s team was very happy, friendly and professional. They did what they promised. They responded to us quickly and friendly. This is my 5th new property that I buy and the have really bad quality I didn’t like the quality of the townhome in general and they give me the townhome with a lot incomplete areas and poor warranty service

STILL haven't had such things as holes in the walls and a bathroom door that won't close because the hinges were improperly installed repaired. We're also waiting for the refrigerator we ordered instead of the one Pulte's people installed. Service, rotten.

Our experience with Pulte started off a little rocky due to some issues with increasing the cost of the property after we had signed the initial contract. Our builder Barbara was phenomenal. She led us through what might have been a very stressful time in waiting for the property to be built in a great way. She kept us abreast of what was going on and reminded us that our property was being built to the highest of standards. Closing was also seamless as all the documents were submitted on time.

House was 6 month behind schedule. Day of closing did not past inspection and waited for another week. Its been a month after closing and we are still dealing with some issues like tree fell, wrong sink and many others.

The builders from Pulte took great pride in creating this house and took their time to ensure that every detail was to perfection, This is my first new build and we are extremely happy with the final product.

The people that I worked with were excellent-Polly Cockrell & Hector DeJesus. The actual products installed (Kitchen & bathroom cabinets, lighting fixtures etc) are low end and skimpy. The kitchen island & cabinet layout were not well designed and are reflective of just banging out homes with little to no thought on function.

Overall smooth buying experience, staff are professional. However the house gets unexpected delay for a long time.

Overall experience even with the COVID circumstances delays etc. It was not bad.

Everything about our house building and buying was nice; minor hiccups were identified and addressed thoroughly BUT the last minute interrogation by the underwriter was absolutely horrible. I have purchased many many homes and done countless refinances and I have NEVER experienced the level of harassment that Pulte put us through. We will never use Pulte mortgage again!

Our Pulte Sales Rep (Lisa) was simply a pleasure to work with. She sent us weekly pictures of construction progress since we lived out-of-state. She also tracked issues my wife and I spotted in the pics. Overall, she helped us a lot since first meeting her in 2019. My wife and I are very happy with our Pulte home selection. During the build, Dustin was the Construction Manager. He was also very responsive to questions, making it a pleasure to communicate. We wanted to duplicate a design feature seen in the sample home requiring some movement of the existing wiring. It got done! Additionally, we wanted some ceiling outlets reinforced to hold fans in the Lanai. That also got completed. Finally, the dishwasher was delayed and arrived at the last minute. Dustin and another Construction Manager (Dylan) installed it themselves - did the wiring, connected the drains and water source. Works perfectly! In spite of Covid supply chain issues we were able to get a house built that we really love! Nothing is perfect but overall we are very happy with our new home.

This home has all that I need built as an inventory home I was thinking will do some changes when I move in but sincerely everything looks good. My family loves it here.

The beginning of the process was excellent! But, as soon as we signed the contract things started going downhill. Our sales consultant didn't provide clear information and openly lied about some of the house's features. The construction process was a mess, mainly during the time Pulte switched field managers. The were so many misunderstandings and a lack of communication with the construction team over the transition period. A little piece of advice, before signing closing, make sure you have everything working perfectly and all the issues found during the inspection fixed. They told us they were going to fix some of them after closing, but once you close the house it's like you dont exist anymore. The customer care team simple ignores your requests or takes about a month to just answer an email and another month to send someone to your home and fix their issues, our customer care manager (Philip) was not even able to answer a decent email and every time we contacted him with issues he replied back with a phone number, no even a word, just a phone number. I would not do this again with Pulte and again do not expect any kind of sympathy once you close the house. ... More

Very bad quality Of kitchen cabinets, paints and to much complications on closing.

I began the purchase process early, before building completion, and all my expectations were met. My new condo unit is great.

I’ve researched communities across Florida and Pulte continually remained at the top. Consistently building in the best communities with high customer service and high quality homes.

Fantastic buying experience on Spec home purchased.

If u are thinking of buying a Pulte home, my advice to is don’t trust anyone check everything to insure the home that u are buying is built the way u want it built.

Each person involved with Pulte homes has been extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend Pulte Homes for anyone purchasing a new home. I am very happy with the entire experience.

I Was not living in AZ at the time. I did all my selections via internet. I was told there would be weekly updates but received no information for months. There was constantly a change in contact people. The people I started with were not the people I ended with. Overall the home is nice, but there is some messy workmanship and communicationneeds to improve.

This is our second Pulte purchase. The quality of the build is excellent. The sales team is very attentive and walked us through everything we needed to know. When we were scheduled for our walk thru we were so pleased with our unit. John & Lane we’re excellent and explained everything we needed to know including operation of everything and utilities. We couldn’t be happier!

We had a good experience in a tough market. Billy the construction manager was good to work with and answered questions as needed.
