Some of the issues that didn't quite meet my expectations, no doorbell camera and chime button placed on the left instead of the front, no z-wave compatible thermostats, HVAC component already discontinued, lots of paint/glue stains all over the floor, lack of options for the Internet service...

Our sales lady, Victoria, was awesome. Took 15 1/2 months for completion. That wasn’t good. Once we started working closely with project Mgr., Keith, things started moving. Keith was awesome,

From the very beginning of the process, and still ongoing 2 months after closing, the Pulte team has been only a phone call away. The team has offered and provided support at every turn. Even prior to closing I was receiving updates, checklists and contact rosters for any contingency. When I have had to reach out for answers or problem solving I have received a response within hours or just a few days. The Pulte team has gone way over expectations in providing me with the channels and contacts to solve any issue. These contacts are not just departments or 800 numbers, they are specific NAMES of people who solve particular problems. I certainly don’t feel like I have been abandoned after the sale. Great prep in preparing unit for closing. All closing contacts excellent.

I have not lived full time in the unit, but everything seems fine. One issue with a ceiling light box for a light. No power to box. Hopefully it will ge resolved

Having built several new custom homes in the past, I can say Pulte did a great job. Considering we built at the height of covid, they managed to keep our home somewhat on track. We were sent lots of pictures when we asked. I have always used a home inspector before the final walk thru and recommend using one. They always help find the things the untrained eye will miss. Hazel was great at closing time, making sure our punch out list was completed. We look forward to enjoying our new home for years!

Except for the price and the 4 month delay, happy with overall purchase

There was a lot of handover during the duration from the day we made the deposit till we close the house which has created a lot of frustration and anxiety especially for a first time home buyer throughout but the team however, took great care of us till the delivery of the house which we were really grateful. Special shoutout to Lauren, Roxanne and Nate!

I would recommend Pulte Homes. I’ve been in my house 3 weeks and of course there are things I hoped to select like hardware, flooring, carpet, etc but it was a new and ready in 2 months which I needed. Make sure you go over every detail though so you know exactly what you are getting and there are no surprises at closing and final walk through like with what happened to me. I’m still happy though.

The Great - The Consturction manager and the lady conducting the celebration walk through , Pulte Mortgage and PGP Title folks were outstandaing and they made all the diference. Not So Good: The Sales Agenet.Least said is the better.

I love the fact that Pulti has dozens of inspections from start to finish. I wish the buyers could have more than two home inspections. The tile company really needs to do a better quality control of each step when doing floors. Most floor jobs cover a large area and to get each step correct is critical.

Purchased primarily for the location and immediate development/community. Quality build and construction with a few over the top features often dictated by over zealous local inspectors. As a spec home, Pulte limits your choices and say in much of the design but this is standard. These are not custom homes. Overall build, fit and finish is very good. Minor issues have been addressed promptly. Final move in readiness also very good but disappointed in condition of garage floor as there were lots of spots of plaster mud and other debris that must now be removed once the weather warms. And will require us to empty the garage for them to do this! ... More

To date Brian has resolved the items I’ve found needing correction and or repair. I closed at the end of January but will be moving in the end of March AA I needed to come back to AZ to close the home I had here. I hope the Pulte response to action items I may find upon return is still high level customer satisfaction

Building a home is difficult, and Pulte is a good company to do it. However, the design meeting, where you pick out the furnishings, was a disaster. Lots of issues with supply chain that I think could have been averted. Overall workmanship was excellent except for some glaring issues that were identified but not corrected. Still having issues arise. Their customer service line is wonderful, but the "special" one for appliances is really bad. I think issue still is that trying to build too many homes too fast instead of concentrating on what they have in front of them. Construction manager Blake and Salesperson Isabel excellent. ... More

Construction manager consistently kept us in touch during the building process. Provided pictures which were helpful being out of state. Any touch ups after we closed were addressed in reasonable time.

The house is good and John.is very responsible person. Answer the.mail and fix the.problem quickly.

Although the home was delivered a month late, the construction team was responsive and kept us informed of progress and issues.

With Covid ending and supply chain issues, I am unsure where any blame should go. Our 1st Pulte home was very smooth, but this had many road bumps in the build. Pulte tried to fix everything quickly, but they had to rely on others, which was the issue. Ian also did not help. Next time I will look to rehab an existing house if there is a next time. Pultie's Superintendent gave us his best effort, which made things better.

Marianne (sales rep), Malcolm (project mgr), Andrew (Customer service mgr) are outstanding and have been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, their workload is increased by the lack of responsiveness of the Pulse suppliers. I closed two months ago and I don't have the washer and dryer that I ordered. The workmanship from the cabinet supplier install team was surprisingly poor. Several structural issues were ignored. The painting crew was sloppy. I have permanent non-removable paint marks on my tile floor, and some damage from using paint remover on the floor tiles. The door jambs have irregular cutouts which prevents the doors from closing properly and staying closed. The pool and spa were permanently stained from construction debris and yet the pool contractor filled it with water and expected us to accept it in that condition. The lack of regard for the property during construction by the subcontractors seems to be the source of most of the issues on my punch list. Both bath tubs had to be resurfaced because the crews threw the protective liners into the swimming pool and used the tubs as trash receptacles. A large crow was trapped in the pool cage over a weekend because workers left the doors open. The crow put holes in the cage screens. We are very fortunate to have such dedicated partners in all this (specifically, Marianne, Malcolm, and Andrew). They work very hard to get issues resolved. They are amazingly customer focused. They remain positive and pleasant when presented with issues. I work full time and having to deal with a long punch list takes a significant amount of my time as well as the Pulte team. I think everyone's time is valuable and wish that the subcontractors shared that belief. ... More

I'm very pleased with my townhome by Pulte. The design is good, the choices were good, dealing with Pultes employees was great, and the overall build was good. I'd definitely recommend them. I absolutely love my layout with a terrace and loft. The design choices were great! I only have a few minor complaints which all of them have been fixed. They miswired my HVAC so the middle floor thermostat sent air to the upstairs floor and my CAT6 outlet was also miswired. Very easy fixes. Both of these issues were subcontracted so I dont really know if I can fault Pulte for it. One thing Pulte should have offered was window blinds and ceiling fans. For some reason they didnt so be prepared for that. Pulte was quick to fix any errors or deal with any complaints I had. Overall I would repurchase my home if I had to do it over. We signed for our new home in March of 2022 and we’re told our home would be ready in the spring….March or April of 2023. Then we were rushed to close in December which only benefited Pulte. Outside brick was installed the day of the closing.

Be sure and review everything carefully. I caught the sales rep with errors particularly with change orders. At one point she asked me to select different cabinets because I changed to built in appliances which I never did. When I received the final closing documents price did not match my final change order. I believe sales rep forgot to submit the last change order. Beware of Procom Pulte's partner for smart home features. Very deceptive practices in order to make more sales after close. Thought I was getting a "system" when all I was getting were speakers. Only allowed in home 1 time during build process ask for more so you can see quality. Ended up with scratches in tub which Pulte stated was not covered under warranty. ... More

Good experience in general, house looks like well robust build (for the 1st month living there) Hopefully will be in that same way in the next years.

Everything went real smooth except when I asked if I can insulate the garage, I was told it’s going to delay construction and inspection when I could’ve taken 1 evening to insulate now it’s all drywalled and it’ll cost a fortune to insulate now, it’s colder in the garage then outside, 1 other issue was I noticed allot of dust in the house, I decided to look down the floor registers and low and behold all kinds of construction debri so had to vacuum it all out, other then that the house is quiet inside don’t hear showers running don’t hear toilets flushing from 1st floor or 2nd floor, job well done. ...
