Very profesional and trustful company

We love the home we purchased, and the neighborhood is amazing. We especially appreciate the school our kids are attending. The service we received from the sales team and the supervisor was extraordinary. I cannot thank the supervisor enough for the continued support and the swift responses whenever we have questions, even after closing.

I have identified several workmanship quality issues, including chipped tiles, which do not reflect the level of care expected in the construction of my home. It is disappointing to see evidence that suggests a lack of attention to detail and quality during the building process. I would appreciate these items being addressed to ensure the finished home meets the expected standards.

I need to wait until landscape lawn and sprinklers are in for responsiveness, so please email survey back once that is completed. Also Front Steps Cement sank in the winter time, lets see what happens when the weather thaws

The staff at Pulte Homes did a wonderful job from start to finish, providing me with information and updates on the progress and the completion date. Their construction manager, Cole, was exceptionally thorough during the final inspection. It was an overall great experience.

Was willing to pay for additional upgrades but not available. Not a fan of having to pick a package for trim. Interior paint job, and application = poor Front door frame/door not aligned properly. Sunlight, wind can be seen coming through seal. Settling occurred in the first week with 12” crack developing over patio door installation on interior wall. 3’ crack also on back patio cement porch. Upgraded kitchen hood not installed properly with water seeping in when raining. Looks like aftermarket job.

Pulte Homes Review Overall Rating: 2/5 Stars I recently purchased a home from Pulte Homes, Florida, and unfortunately, my experience has been marred by numerous construction and quality issues. While the location is convenient, the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service have left me frustrated. Key issues I’ve encountered: • Nails Popping Out: Numerous nails are protruding from the staircase and second-floor areas, which have pricked me and children during playtime. This is a serious safety hazard. When I submitted a service request, I was told “this is how it would be. You need to take hammer and softly hit the nails.” Why is this issue absent on the first floor? It suggests inconsistent workmanship. • Bent Garage Door: The door from the garage into the house is slightly bent and doesn’t align properly. The service rep agreed this to be fixed it’s been 2 weeks, but I insist it needs full replacement for safety and functionality. • Leaky Lanai Sliding Door: Air leaks in and out around the door, compromising insulation. When I questioned how the home passed inspections, I got a vague response about sliding doors not being airtight due to metal tracks, followed by a referral to email someone else. This shows lack of accountability or customer care. • Scratched Refrigerator: I noticed scratches on the refrigerator before we moved in, but my request for replacement was denied because I didn’t spot it during closing. How is that fair when it’s a brand-new home appliance? • Garden and Landscaping Issues: I did not raise a service request for the garden yet as by now you will realize this is a painful process. But there are bare patches with missing grass, and the mulch around the property is insufficient, leading to poor coverage and erosion risks. • Missing Weather Strips on Doors:Main door lack proper weather stripping, which likely contributes to drafts and energy inefficiency. This should be a standard feature in a new build and it’s taken 3 weeks approx to get a new weather strip! I was provided a temporary one! And there are even more minor defects piling up! I get the sense that the on-site team genuinely wants to help, but upper management views these fixes as additional costs rather than investments in customer satisfaction. If Pulte’s feedback process is just a formality, it’s wasting everyone’s time. If the company genuinely cares about homeowners, they need to send a team to fix these issues ASAP. From beginning to end it was a great experience. Gary and Blake were amazing sales people. The builder, Chris spent a lot of time answering my questions and was extremely responsive. I think the construction quality is very good. I had two inspections, one pre-drywall and one pre-closing and both turned up very few items. And the things that did turn up the team was eager to address quickly and without complaint. Now that I've been living in the home for a couple months I've used the warranty program a few times and Chris has been wonderful there, promptly responding to and addressing issues. Everything when it came to the sales process at the beginning was great. And then as we reached closer to closing, we got paired with Pulte’s preferred lender Guild Mortgage. The experience with them was shady and the loan officer David was unresponsive and was trying to wait until last second to provide us information so it would be too late for us to switch. At that point, I had mentioned multiple times to Pulte that the service there was subpar and Pulte didn’t do anything about it. The salesperson was unresponsive towards the end. I even sent an email detailing everything to corporate with zero response. This company only cares about you when you have an options to buy somewhere else. Once you sign the agreement and would lose a ton of money switching lenders or builders then they completely drop their service because they know you’re not going anywhere at that point without severe financial loss. Have built 2 houses from them and I can say with absolute confidence I Would never buy from Pulte again. ... More

Buying our home and closing was extremely easy. Sales and building manager were great to work with. The price of the house was reasonable given the quality and location. Very good experience and very pleased.

My home is beautiful and well built. The on-site team (shout out to James, Brooks and Ryan!) has been great - responsive and helpful and always go the extra mile. Pulte corporate, however, could improve their customer service. My closing date was a mess and I had to fight with Pulte to make things right, but in the end they did. After 5 weeks in my new home, everything is looking great so far and the few small items are being addressed.

Matt was fantastic and went above and beyond. He was very responsive and explained everything to us very thoroughly. Highly recommend.

I normally wouldn’t do a review until everything all the issues that have been identified in the home are complete. The quick response from Pulte title company was great. However, when it came to fixing issues it is a little subpar. After closing over a month in half I am still waiting to close out an item that needs fixing which was identified prior to closing.

Truly enjoyed the process. Everyone was very helpful. The quality of the home is great and I would highly recommend Pulte to others!

The sales office at Bronk Farm oversells and under delivers. Make sure you check every detail. A large number of the community are dealing with sticker shock, HOA changes for minor upgrades like lighting and fences, and other small issues that compound. I highly recommend you have a lawyer review everything from Pulte, negotiate, and double check. Last of all do not buy anything from Tom or Noah. You will regret it. Ask for any other sales agent and if you are transferred to these individuals refuse them as sales managers.

Our contractor Nick was so helpful through our process of building our house. Any questions were always answered and he always was there throughout the whole process.

I was promised that the necessary fixes would be completed after closing. However, since then I have only received apologies in writing, and I am still waiting. As of March 4th today, the broken windows have not been repaired. I agreed to close in good faith, trusting the assurances given and assuming that a large company like Pulte would follow through in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately, the experience so far has not reflected the level of professionalism I expected.

Smooth process from start to finish. Had a few minor things that needed attention about a month after we moved in and our customer care manager Joe has been amazing. Within a day of my request, he had scheduled contractors to attend to the few things that needed repairs. Mortgage process was seamless and professional!

My home buying team was very responsive, very trustworthy, very helpful and are still very accessible.

Whitney did an amazing job explaining all the features and benefits of all the models. She took her time to explain and answer all questions. Her communication was excellent. Paul was very kind and attentive to our needs. He was very fast to respond and line up any work that needed to be done. He went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed in the time that we needed it.
