We experienced some delays at the beginning of the process, but Pulte brought in an awesome manager to help close out the process and we immediately saw the pace pick up and the communication improve greatly. Overall we are really happy with our new home.

We love our home, but wish some of the loose ends were being tied up quicker. Obviously the exterior has to wait for warmer weather, but the response time for some of the fixes has been slow. Perhaps not Pulte's fault directly, but still an inconvenience.

Pulte Homes delivered a quality home and made the transition from renters to home ownership a breeze. The construction team was in constant contact with us throughout the process, we couldn’t be happier.

This is our second Pulte home in Skye canyon and we just love it. They build a great house and this one we will be in for a long time to come!

It was a good experience!

I realize that many issues we had were out of the hands of the builder with COVID putting a strain on the entire industry. But my frustration with the lack of communication during the building process. With our last build (before COVID) we had four walk throughs of our home as it was being built, we knew when things were happening, with this one we had 2, one was technically our final walk through and our house wasn’t even close to being done (with us closing in two days). Again, a lot of this was due to us building during COVID, but living over an hour away, I wish they had told me not to come saying the home wasn’t ready. A lot of the issues we pointed out before close weren’t dealt with, we had to reach out to our warranty specialist, such as finishing painting our house, fixing our lock on the front door that was installed incorrectly and fixing a leak on our secondary bathroom. It was definitely frustrating. Thankfully the warranty team has been very responsive, and has worked with us to make our home what we wanted. This is the 3rd (new) house I have bought from Pulte Homes. Good quality and reputation. You have a general experience and peace of mind. Knowing you can resolve any issues mostly to your satisfaction. Rushed to closing, some work lack quality (paint, trims, caulking, missing pieces due to late order or arrival, miscommunication between various parties in transition, such as external vent range hood not connected to outside due to drywall not prepared with a connection hole; exterior water bib installed right behind A/C unit at back of house, garage door not manually lockable due to mismatched bolt and slot; sharp nails can be felt under carpet on edges at upper floor, etc.). Honest and trustworthy. Knowledgeable

The first thing that stood out to us was the customer service, especially from our sales consultant Robb. He was responsive to all our questions and always made us feel like our time was valued. We also appreciated the transparency of the building process and prices; however, I did dock 1 star just because I felt like prices were so high (thanks COVID). Overall, I would certainly recommend Pulte to any new home builder...they made the process very easy (and as least stressful as possible), especially for a first-time homebuyer.

This home builder is not a high end builder but good value for money . It was very frustrating waiting for the home to be finished in these Covid times . Both Kristina and Patrick were outstanding in placating us

My family and I really love our house!!!

Build was quick and accurate. Minor cosmetic issues, a few mechanical, all addressed in a timely manor.

I had a good experience during the entire experience. The building process took longer than normal because of Covid but I always got my questions answered in a timely manner. I'd tell anybody to also get their mortgage through Pulte because that was a smooth process. I heard horror stories of people having trouble at closing but no issues at all. I'd recommend Pulte to anybody looking for a nice home with people who are considered with your happiness.

Overall smooth process from initial contact through closing. I would recommend Pulte Homes . Only concern is with some of the sub contractors paying a little more attention to the detail in each portion of the building process.

Ed was an awesome guy to work with! Very attentive to detail and responsive to any issues/phone calls. Overall a great experience with Ed.

If I were to build another home, I would certainly consider having Pulte build it for me again.

We have a beautiful home built in a well designed neighborhood. Pulte’s experience designing and building beautiful neighborhoods and houses shows in this project. Pulte did a good job overcoming supply chain issues throughout the project. The house design is spectacular, the construction appears to be solid. One disappointment is the interior paint finish. This is a luxury level home and nearly every room has poorly done paint. Runs, drips, and void areas. All of these spots were even ‘blue taped’ but somehow were not corrected prior to the closing. In the scheme of things interior paint is fairly minor and can be fixed later. Pulte created a beautifully designed forever home. It is well insulated, graded well to prevent water issues, and all of the plumbing and HVAC is working well. The overall Pulte experience was good.
