They missed the inbuilt pest control pipeline for my home. Even though they knew it before they did not inform me at all. Missed removing the test caps which ended up water outflow from my lawn and washer-dryer area. No proper installations, everything was made in hurry.

Once you close on your home they do not respond to your issues as they should. I’ve been here for 2 months and still waiting on simple things that I pointed out thru the walk through of the home. I would not recommend buying a new home from Pulte, and if you do, DO NOT close until they have completed your checklist, after that you are no longer a priority. Not happy, house is pretty but workmanship is sloppy.

Since the beginning the relationship was based on the fact that they were going a favor selling this home to me. got the house delay 4month (interest rate went up from 3% to 4.8%) and the closing was a nightmare. If it wasn't because I had no home to stay I would not accept the house and not close.

Neighborhood and home is super great. There are some kinks to work out with the final finishing details, and we know that will continue to be addressed by all the amazing people working for Pulte.

my customer service representative went above and beyond. helped me take care of some minor issues encountered. all in all a good home buying experience. great value if it was not for the recent rise in the market price.

We have been SHOCKED at the poor workmanship on our almost $600k home! We were cornered into signing off on celebration day that the house was satisfactorily completed. It was not but we were told it would be. Lies! Every contractor we’ve brought in since we closed in May has commented on the shotty work or the short cuts taken or the lack of attention to detail that they are seeing in our brand new home. It’s a sickening feeling to hear this over and over about what was supposed to be our dream home.

The home buying experience was good. The design center experience was great. Once construction of the home started, communication was sketchy. We had four different project managers (PM) and I believe the communication between each PM during the transition from one to other was lacking. The quality of the workmanship could be better for the price of the home.

After 6 months of waiting, which was fair and understandable due to supply chain issues, the final product had several issues upon move in. 1. AC was not working upon move in and we had stay at a hotel on our first night after driving from San Diego, CA. My family was exhausted from the cross country trip, only to come home to an oven. 2. Poor craftsmanship on the home. Lots of details missed put together poorly. Far from professional work. I’ve been in Open Houses of much older homes that had better craftsmanship. 3. Plumping issues Definitely not what we expected. To top it off, the HOA chosen is the worst possible choice to manage the property. The online reviews on this HOA is 100% accurate. Let me start by saying how happy we are with our purchase. We were very exited about the home when we purchased it. Everyone is been nice, communicating well and answering all my issues. We only had a small issue at the end but overall everything was good. I will give. 9 out of 10. Totally purchase another one with them!

I appreciate the time and efforts of all team members who helped us along the way. I was a disappointed in the state of the home and yard. The house was not thoroughly cleaned upon completion and we are still finding areas covered in sawdust, etc. The sod was and remains patchy in appearance. Attention to detail was lacking but I suppose expected in a large corporation operation.

Home is great and neighborhood is beautiful

Alison, sales person and Tyler, walk thru person were both extremely helpful! They always followed thru with anything we discussed.

Good Homes in good Schooling districts. Good community.

The house is very nice at a reasonable price.

I think the owners should have more options in selections - ex. if the owner wants handicap cabinets bottoms or not - this is not for everyone - some examples in model home choices don't always appear to be the same when installed - owners should be allowed more custom options of the condo - big tubs a waste in master bath - keep a larger shower and linen closet. add more kitchen cabinets

Derek the sales manager was easy to deal with as was Ryan the builder. After the house was complete George was the Pulte person who handled all of the issues after we closed on the house, and he has been excellent to deal with. I found everyone we dealt with from Pulte during the process was trying to meet and exceed our expectations.

We were excited to move in but Pulte had fallen short of expectations. We closed 2 months ago. We still have broken cabinets, mix matched paint, missing light fixtures and NOT A SINGLE HANDLE ON ANY CABINET OR DRAWER IN THE ENTIRE HOISE. There were too many misses to cover. The entire experience had been MEH.

Follow through on what was stated was great. Team has been very helpful through transition.

This home building experience has been the least enjoyable of the last 3 I have been through. Quality control and workmanship were horrible and 6+ weeks later, I’m still dealing with all of the issues upon move in. I had to have a meeting with the Customer Care Specialist yesterday to go through the laundry list of punch list items yet to be addressed. This takes time out of my busy work schedule. If I had wanted to buy a fixer upper and go through a renovation, I would have done that. The reason to build a new home was to avoid all of these frustrations! Is the home beautiful? Yes. Bad experience from beginning ,and especially at closing.

We have received an excellent home built with good quality materials and done on a timely basis. Our superintendent, has been an outstanding help through the whole process. He is followed up meticulously with open items and, has gotten the punchlist down to one glitch. However, that glitch is your painting contractor who’s work has been substandard and his responsiveness has been terrible. We have been in the house for six weeks and there are still two unfinished items on the outside of the house and he has yet to come back to do the touchup that was promised the week of closing which was May 27. Lisa Austin and Anderson have been great to work with

Increase in the value of the property overnight, even with our verbal acceptance the day before, we were forced to accept the new price. Lack of support at closing when the appraisal established a lower value than the contracted value. Delay in responding to warranty calls, and always directing us to resolve directly with the manufacturers, not giving us any support with this. No action by the construction company to solve the problem that everyone in the condominium is facing with high water bills.

Good morning, it is very difficult to get anything done. I have been in cassia since 5/26/2022. I still have items that are pending to fix. I still do not have internet connection, Pulte is not helping me to solve the problem. Please help me resolve these problems.
