The staff was great and answered all questions in a prompt manner. In terms of construction, a few small issues. First, the laundry room door can’t be open (it swings in) while accessing the washer. Second, the washer and dryer doors open giants each each. So you have to pull the clothes out of the washer and go up and over the contacting doors. The doors should be on opposing sides so you can transfer directly. This is especially true if we pre-ordered the washer and dryer from Pulte. The water and electrical hookups are known, so the models can be selected based on that. Third, the bathroom accessories are installed well but do not seem very sturdy. Plus, the markup on them is absolutely insane. From what I’ve seen them sold for online, I would say 50-100x. Fourth, noticing paint where it shouldn’t be. Fifth, a few other installation matters/decisions associated with personalized selections left me a bit baffled and made those selections difficult to use. And yes, maybe I should have noticed during the walkthrough. But it’s tough to see stuff initially. And more difficult to see through sheetrock until you start to mount/install certain things. ... It was a good overall experience but they can improve in showcasing the interior selections on a computer. Sometimes looking at the small piece say a kitchen backsplash you don't get an idea how it will look. They could utilize virtual reality to show the selections made.

Overall we had good experience. What we did not enjoy was the options we got to select in design center. Pulte definitely add more options as it gives way less to choose as compared to any other builder of this scale.

All questions and problems was answered and taken care of quickly.

Quality Construction and delivery of the is great. But we noticed couple of things to be improved. After closing home response is not that great. Need to understanding the customer pain. Simply saying after touching some rough-ins they will say warranty will be gone, At the time of closing also co-ordination not that great for colleting the keys.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with a new home build and only heard stories about negative experiences. I’m pleasantly surprised to report that my experience has been great. Be aware that you will need to pay attention to the details. The framing, foundation, trim, appliances, and design selections. As a buyer, you are purchasing YOUR home. It’s in your beat interest to be highly involved in the build process. If your expectation is a HGTV hands off experience you may find yourself disappointed. Stay engaged with the process. Find all pictures you can representing the features and materials you want included in your home that Pulte provides so that there are no surprises at the final reveal. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

Working with our construction manager, Robert was great. He was kind and helpful. Once you are moved in, it seems that it takes a bit longer to get things addressed, but they get done.

She ensured our entire home buying experience was smooth. she went above and beyond on all our needs. She made sure all our questions were answered.

We love our new home and the price we paid wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for.

We love our house, but we feel like some of the work was sub-par. For instance, the paint isn't precise in some areas, the trim boards have some gaps, and some outlets keep tripping the breaker from just using the vacuum. Also, for the price we paid, I feel like the finishes should be a little bit higher grade than what we got.

There were a lot of cosmetic issues that we’re not sure how they got past everyone’s eyes, but they’ve been responsive about helping out with those.

We were not pleased with out sales agent at times. Sometimes it seemed she put her own interests or that of Pulte before our interests as homebuyers. We wished that we had used a realtor of our own or that she had encouraged us to read the contract before we signed or be more prudent about unnecessary upgrades, etc. The builders were polite and competent. They were eager to exceed out expectations and offered extras to make sure we were pleased. Some of the issues we had with buying our new home had nothing to do with Pulte, but with selling our former home and the closing process and also the mortgage approval process which was arduous. Had a great experience with purchasing my home

The house is, for the most part, fairly well constructed. Not all the materials are top quality but none of the construction deficiencies (e.g. really crappy drywall) are, in my view, due to the foreman. Rather, some of the trades were less than, uhh, terribly skilled or concerned about quality work. The post closing follow-up has been excellent. The pre-sale mortgage process, however, was the absolute worse. Overall, I'd give the foreman, salesman, and post-sales customer service five stars; the trades three stars (on average); and the mortgage department -7 stars (unless I can give lower).

build is not the greatest quality but acceptable for the price range

Not the highest quality of workmanship. Numerous places where painting was poorly done and molding not connected. Issue with flooring within two weeks of moving in.

Some of the sub-contractors could have done a better job. Some of the finishes were rushed and should have been better.

The process can require some personal time, but it is well worth it.

I understand that I was supposed to get a survey about my Pulte finance team and my Project Manager. I never got those and would really like someone from Pulte to call me regarding this.

Home is great with appliances and tiles and hardwood floors. All ceiling LED lights are very nice and bright the home. All staffs are friendly and quick response to any issue that I have concerning the home.

Our overall experience with Pulte was very positive, with a few small but bothersome issues. There were a few repair items we pointed out to the build team during our various meetings. While some of those were addressed upon reinspection, others weren’t and we had to repeatedly ask for some minor repairs and touch ups to be completed.

As far as the building of the house had no problems at all. All done in a very timely fashion. After the build, slow to get punch out and touch ups done. 8 weeks in and still waiting on service. So be patient. Getting a small mortgage through Pulte seemed to give me the most aggravation. All in all , after everything is said and done, we're happy customers
