Cory and Vanessa were great to work with, however the workmanship wasn't that great. And, friends are shocked when I mention that ceiling fan and hanging lights installation are not included as well as only one rack in a bedroom closet. Some of the painting was pretty sloppy, too.

Britta was great on the front end patiently going through many options on many models. Matt and Meagan were very professional and responsive as we neared the end of the build. Pulte is slow to address service requests after closing.

I have great experience with Pulte Sales/Accounts/Builder and all engineer and Support post closing, closing team and the entire team of Pulte. Great coordination and keeping home owners posted on any changes or delays of delivery if foreseen. Also, closely follows up on home closing/post addressing of any home issues as part if warranty. Overall satisfied as of today in buying Pulte Home.

Overall: We are very pleased with Pulte's personnel and our purchase. Our overall experience with Pulte exceeded that which we had with another builder the previous year, which was also pretty good. Our Pulte sales agent MARY differentiated herself from the very beginning. This market was red hot for sellers/builders. I interacted with ~5 different builders on my hunt. All very nice people. But Mary gained my trust very early on, and because of that had me look more closely at Pulte. I have been in customer-facing roles, and led customer-facing teams for more than 3 decades. High integrity, knowledgeable, transparent, directly-answer-the-question-asked-straight-shooters, as best as I can discern, are what I value most. From the moment Mary and I first met 2 months prior to this community even having homes for sale, through hundreds of questions and interactions throughout the process, to closing and even still post-close, Mary exceeded those values. I could go into detailed specifics, but will leave it at the summary for the purposes of this review. We'd also commend our field manager Justin. SUPER responsive and THOROUGH(!) and honest. We greatly appreciated having had him as our field manager. We even had opportunity to interact 1-2x with the GM Anisa. Very friendly in a genuine way. Overall very pleasant interactions. Beyond the people-interactions throughout, thus far we have noticed only very minor fixes needed. To make this a useful review, we will add our top constructive critique: Our #1 agitation by a landslide was with the flooring. (A) Pulte's policy was they do not install planks on the stairs or upstairs hallways. (B) Nor did their design center offer the specific planks we wanted anyway. Thus, given (A) and (B), since we intended to have planks throughout the whole house, the least messy (and wasteful) way to R&R the flooring after close (since apparently the inspector would not allow us to close with a concrete floor), would be to have Pulte install carpet in the dry areas (which could be removed and given away) and sheet vinyl in the wet areas (easy to remove) throughout. Easy right? But when we requested the sheet vinyl option - that was actually listed as an option on our option sheet they sent us for our community - we were told that that was a "mistake" and sheet vinyl was not available "for our community." So they mandated grouted-in ceramic tile as the only "standard" option for the wet areas. So we had to jack up the ceramic tile the day we got the key. A unnecessary waste and mess. Okay. It is what it is: sheer gamesmanship to get a certain amount of people to purchase upgraded flooring through Pulte (the least competitive prices of all their design center categories). Perhaps Pulte "wins" more than it "loses" with this tactic. But it is the main thing that soiled our overall experience since it seemed to betray the integrity and transparency that made our experience so positive with all the front-line customer-facing personnel and that I specifically praised above. I had/have multiple issues when i moved in. It's been more than couple of month's that i moved in and still lots of issues. Customer service is horrible. Even i could not get hold of any one while calling the emergency line.

Matt and Lauren were very professional and responsive during the sales process. The design center staff was great and helped us make the right choices. Garrett is the construction manager and he was great. Very responsive and very caring even with everything he was dealing with during the pandemic and supply chain and labor issues. The entire organization from sales to closing is very professional and well organized. I highly recommemmend Pulte to any new home buyer.

Working with Pulte builder and mortgage made the process effortless.

We enjoy our new home very much. Pulte kept a high standard on the build quality while each event during the process was helpful, informative, and professionally conducted.

Pulte Homes in this community is taking advantage of the market situation and building very poor quality homes. The building managers are over whelmed with the number of homes they have to work and not able to supervise the construction quality and missing several important aspects. Pulte homes is only intersted in rushing to close the homes without even having appliances and competing the home properly.I would not recommend this company to put your money

I have felt very comfortable dealing with all the staff, they are very attentive and helpful, especially Alberto, an excellent person.

Good value and exceptional customer service!

Our garage door is broken 2nd week into a new construction home because the J bar was not installed into the wall at all. When it came undone, it caused damage to the garage door, and would have caused serious injury to anyone walking into the garage , or damage to our vehicles. Most of the window latches don't close correctly in the house either. We also do not have the property line marked correctly to setup a fence in the backyard.

house quality as good as we expected. very roughly material. and after closing , customer service reaction too slow to fix rest home issue.

Nanci was absolutely wonderful and very patient. Helpful in every way. Once in our new condo there was always someone around to help. We are very happy.

Great job for all those involved processing to pay my house

I believe that Pulte has beautiful homes, I just bought one! The build process was very involved and I appreciated that. The finishing jobs were rushed and I am finding multiple issues that the natural eye cant see during a walk through.

This was the worse experience we ever had building a home. We have built 3 other homes in the Charleston area and this was awful right from the mortgage company on. The workmanship is horrendous!!! They rushed building our home and right from the sod, bushes and trees on into the house it is cheap, poorly done, and still not completed after 2 months of our living here!! Even the appliances were wrong! I would never recommend a Pulte home to anyone and would discourage anyone from building with Pulte.I

Please revise your new home very well. I had paint issues, kitchen items installed crooked, carpet issues, electricity issues etc. The sales team experience was amazing but construction wise was not.

Coming from a fully custom built home to this is definitely a shift in mindset. The finishes and options are okay but not great, the quality of everything is slightly above builder grade, looks good, feels a lot less substantial to the touch. Warranty though is great and the teams are very responsive, which I will say is an upgrade from our last build, where that process was a lot clunkier. We also ended up with a spec home, so a lot of things were already chosen on our behalf that are/were not ideal for us (i.e. stair tread color completely different than the main floor color (light main level floor, darkest stain possible on the stairs and railings). I had a wonderful experience with Pulte. Mark was our salesman and he was phenomenal. Unfortunately, we had to deal with supply chain issues which resulted in some delays but overall, Pulte delivered an amazing home. I love everything about this home and love this community so much.

Not too bad but typical trac home construction.
