I booked my townhouse with Pulte in January 2020 and then Covid happened in March , i though the project will get delayed by a huge sum but instead to my surprise Pulte were very efficient and did not delay the project as expected even in this difficult & challenging times. Pulte has been very trustworthy in delivering project in time. Very happy with their response overall.

Disappointed in the attention to detail. Paint chips here and there. Nicks here and there. Flaws were not obvious but we are neat freaks and maybe expected everything to be perfect. Love the floor plan and the sunsets.

the house is very well built with every detail very well finished, my family and I love the neighborhood the neighbors are very friendly . only one detail that I did not like was that the house was not cleaned before closing ,it was very dirty with a lot dust and one of the bathroom was extremely dirty the windows full of dirt .I talk to the representative she says they hired a company to clean the house, I do not think they did the work ., I had to hire staff to clean the house ,I couldn't let my daughters play in a dirty house

Developer is good but some contractors who build the house are really bad! Unfortunately a lot of thinks in the house are bad! Quality of the job done for paint, door installation are bad! Painting walls without covering the floor. Pulte need to check people they are hiring to build the house. They will fix everything but you have only 30 days to do that! Everything else is good!

The door to master bath is in awkward position. Conflicts with shower door when open. Slider hidden door would have been better. Similar issue with master suite door and hallway. I am not fully satisfied with insulation of floor of unit above us. I do realize in multi level living there will be some noise. I thought your system of insulation would be a little better.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. Any issues were fixed within a reasonable time frame.

Field manager was very responsive to concerns. Build quality is not what I would expect for a $350,000 house

Mark has been awesome in following up any issues since we’ve moved in. He’s made this experience excellent.

Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of our new home, although at the price we paid I puke have expected even higher end finishes. The building process went very smoothly. My only real criticism is post sale. The building supervisor had told us in our walkthroughs that the sod line (seed in the back and sides) would extend to the front of the house but it stops at the front of the garage. Now that they have our money, he says it was laid correctly. Not much we can do about it since we don’t have witnesses to what we were told verbally. High costs for options

Thank you for building my new home. I’m slowly getting unpacked. The builder team is very nice and good about communications. They will do whatever they can as quickly as they can if you have requests or concerns. The contractors work could be done a bit better for the price paid.

The quality and workmanship is top notch. Can call ur home. There’s a few issues identified by Paulte was responsive. I just don’t like that my driveway issues cannot be fixed .

We love our new home. There are a lot of thoughtful features and we appreciate the focus on energy efficiency. It's very, very close to perfect. The purchase and selection process was pretty smooth and streamlined. They did a pretty good job of keeping us updated on progress. Our field manager seems pretty conscientious and I have pretty good confidence that things I can't see are done properly. That said, there were a few breakdowns in communication, but eventually, everything turned out the way we wanted. Now, I'm a perfectionist and I tend to notice where it's not perfect. There were a few things that were immediate concerns and Pulte resolved them right away. Six weeks later, we're still missing a few items, so I've submitted requests to have them installed - generally they're pretty responsive. I think COVID-19 has delayed things a bit. There are some features that seem scratched or dirty when I would expect them to be new - they'll be scratched or dirty after a few weeks anyway. Overall, I would buy from Pulte again. The home plan, site and space is awesome. We have had several kinks. While all responded too, I’d say it’s because too many contractors are involved.

There is a long list of things that I am very pleased with, but I am sure the minor things that could have been better are more beneficial for any firm. Here is my list of changes I would make: - The grass was laid haphazardly and there are holes and empty patches all over the yard. - Our shower door does not close all the way and allows water to leak out - The grout was not sealed and displays each and every drop of water or dirt stain instantly and permanently.

Every step of the process was pretty straightforward and easy except for Pulte Mortgage, that was a terrible experience. I do not recommend using them. But everyone else involved were beyond great and helpful.

Pre-settlement Pulte was responsive to issues. Since settlement have made Pulte aware of a couple of issues that have not been addressed in over 15 days. It appears that follow-up from both parties is needed.

Pulte built us a great home and delivery it on time. There were a few corners cut that were disappointing but overall it is a quality built home and they have been very responsive to the little issues that have come up. I would definitely buy Pulte again and would recommend them.

This was a completed home so there were some things I would have done differently but I can change or add some later. I feel that a number of items should be standard such as trey ceiling in master, a finished garage and a couple of other items. Now, on-site agents are FANTASTIC and should be commended. Bree was always patient, responsive and always professional. Tucker was excellently. A very pleasant experience.

Minor repairs needed as expected. Overall a good experience.

I would definitely buy and recommend Pulte to friends and family

Our home was priced much lower than the same house in Lakeshore. Neighborhood is friendly. Staff is friendly, accessible and professional. HOA takes exceedingly long to respond to an architectural request. I am on week #5. No email or call, simply an acknowledgement of receipt email.

Design center needs to take extra time to make sure the buyer understands everything that is being selected. The overall quality of construction is great. The cleanup before the home owner could be better. We have a lot of grout that is smeared all over the tiles. It will take a long time to clean it. The tile installer was good on the floor but the kitchen back splash and shower stall tile could be better. The grout in the shower was very sloppy and the cleanup wasn't done properly. No one seemed to care when I expressed my concern.

The buying experience went well. They were responsive but had limited flexibility on the new home. Overall we are very happy with the house.
