Good house for the money. Had some issues during construction that required re-do. Need to stay on top of things or they won't get done.

My husband and I are very happy with our home purchase. We had our first leak due to a punctured drain pipe (TV mounted incorrectly) and Pulte graciously fixed it for us. I would definitely recommend.

Buying the home was relatively simple, follow up after the sale was not which I’ll attribute to one individual as after they were out of the picture and correct person involved, things began moving in the right direction. We’ll see how the repairs go.....

Overall very happy however have had some issues with things falling apart which have been fixed but it has been sort of a hassle. Overall, very pleased so far.

The best news for the community is Mr Sean H He does care and helps and supports at all time.

This is my first house, i really like the quality of Pulte and design but the only thing was few minor details were not discussed not a major issue but like gas connection at the backyard patio and light fixture at gathering room.. rest everything is great.

i am overall very happy with the attendance and and the way the project was organized and conducted by Pulte. this applies to all involved departments, sales design center, construction and construction supervision. schedule was ahead of time. looking forward to move in.

Do a thorough inspection of your new home. I found a few things that need fixing. Luckily it's under warranty. Door sticking, Rattling noise in the air vent, hole on the master bathroom dry wall, hardwood floors has scratches in bedroom, hallway, kitcken, kitchen cabinet pullout drawer where stuck missing screws, front porch and back patio ceiling needs to be repainted. I loved the layout of the house. And most of all, I do like the location it is close to everything. Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Sam's Club, and fast foods.

Overall i like the new home and would like to thank my construction manager Mr. Aaron who did a great job in helping fix many of the issues that i pointed before handover and after handover. He took great care of us during the final inspection to explain every single detail on how to take care of my new home , maintenance contact etc. I dont have to follow-up on the issues i mention, he takes care of arranging someone to address the issues. I really like his customer centric approach. Except for the initial hiccups with purchasing (lot prices not being considered equally) and price being hiked-up. i like my home and appreciate the construction team who built the house and delivered on time. ... I am very pleased to have bought a condo at Highcrest from Pulte homes. Pulte Holmes has been around for a long time and can be trusted for offering quality home and a fair market price. The process of going through the purchase, mortgage(I financed through Pulte) and closing was an extremely stress-free and pleasant experience. The only surprise perhaps was that a garage space was optional and therefore came at an additional coast - this became clear only when started discussing the pricing. We are happy with our new home.

Keep up with the builder on updates. It is fast and fluent process.

The wood floor isn't flat and has noise. The garage door has big noise and a gap when I closed. The wall is a wallpaper, it's easy to off the wall.

Worksmanship can be iffy, but the builders will fix anything wrong/poorly done promptly.

The house is ok, no major issues. Since it’s a builder-grade, HOA-community house, the choices on some items important to us were limited, such as quality of materials and availability of finishes. The mass-production approach also doesn’t take into account end-user experience. Due to these two factors, it will require substantial rework, something we were hoping to avoid by buying a new home. Live and learn.

Make sure you know ALL the options on your new home before you finalize your purchase.

Very good location, good home plans and very good people to help you with the issues and needs.

Front office staff very responsive. Couple of response time delays, but overall very pleasant and cooperative. Not overly impressed with cleaning crew. Tucker came out personally to do a job that they should have completed. Front office staff always very pleasant and responsive.

Before closing make sure all repairs/corrections have been made to your satisfaction. We had some minor issues that were still pending and were told at the final walk-thru they would be taken care of after the closing. When trying to schedule it became somewhat of a challenge. In all fairness the most crucial item did receive attention. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our new home : )

Did not receive a prompt response to service request. For example, when I requested adjustment to water pressure and temperature, I was initially told to call a plumber myself. Eventually, service was provided but had to make multiple contacts. Issue could have been handled more efficiently.

Pulte financial services were the best! Always in contact with UR best interests first.

Pleased overall with product and experience.
