Steven, our builder manager/superintendent communicated and facilitated our build experience thoroughly, efficiently, & expeditiously. He kept us on top of the building process with timely communications. The construction site was always organized and clean. We have built a number of homes over the years, and Steven has provided us the best home building experience thus far. In addition, the overall workmanship and product quality are clearly evident throughout the entire home. Susan was incredibly helpful during the buying process. She stayed in touch with me and explained step by step the entire homebuying process with Pulte and visited after I moved in. The house is lovely and we are thrilled with our home buying decision.

My experience buying my new home at cattail from Pulte has been great. The sales people, the product manager, everyone have been very professional.

So far, we have had a great experience with our new Pulte home. The purchase process was straightforward and seamless. Since we purchased a quick move in home, we can’t speak for some of steps in the process but the sales process wasn’t overly complicated. Leading up to closing, we had multiple walkthroughs to check the quality of the build and learn the mechanical systems. We had a third party inspector inspect the house prior to closing and they found very few issues, even said it was one of the better new constructions they have seen. Sean (project manager) and Alex (customer support) have been quick and responsive taking care of any minor issues that have come up pre and post closing. I think they rushed through the build and had shotty work in many areas. After closing I was dropped like a led balloon. It has been 2 months since closing andI have yet to have a rough grade or driveway put in while spec homes have been built and finished including grade and driveway long after my closing. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

Pulte team was knowledgeable, efficient, and provided a great product on time

Most of it went well, apart from some closing details that I won't disclose here and have been discussed with Pulte's team during closing. Still learning the details of the house and getting minor details adjusted. So far, the experience with the building/aftersales support team has been pretty good.

Our construction manager kept us fully informed at every stage of construction. The loan process and closing through pulte was very easy to navigate. We now have a beautiful home and are confident that it has been built with the highest standards.

She being amazing to work with

Buying this home was So difficult using Pulte Mortgage. We have excellent credit, Zero Debt , a down payment of 34% of a the sales price, and all of our documents in order ( account statements, income statements etc). It would have seemed it should have been easy. It was so difficult, I sent all the documents requested then a different loan processor requested the same info again apparently did not look at the file first. This happened several times. The process was ridiculous. That is the mortgage part, now the house itself. It is ok. On our pre closing walk through the construction manager identified a drainage issue between our home and the neighbors home, he submitted a ticket for repair. More than a month later nothing has been done. I submitted a repair request through the owner portal and was told it isn’t covered. I have since sent a follow up email and the construction manager got involved since it was identified prior to closing however as of yet nothing has been done. I am at this point very disappointed and wondering if this was the right decision to purchase this home. ... More

Overall a good experience with our inventory home. The Pulte sales team Jennifer was helpful and straightforward throughout the process, and Jared, our construction manager, did a thorough job during the builder walkthrough. Any issues we noted were addressed quickly, and the home was delivered as expected.

My buying experience was good from start ti finish. Dylan, my sales agent kept me in the loop. My punch list was handed in in a timely manor.

New homeowner of pulte home was very underwhelming. Build quality is full of issues in manteca. Eg. Wiring problems, paint issues, carpet padding nails are exposed; that even injured the kid. Baseboard are uneven and had nail patches.

The salesman, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect lot and home plan. The construction manager, Michael, did an excellent job in managing the major and minor aspect of the construction. He really understood every step of the process and kept us informed along the way. Michael took care of any needed corrections right away. Overall, our experience was very positive with Pulte Homes because of their high standards but mostly because of people like Jeff and Michael.

Everything was delivered on time and as promised. There were no surprise costs at the completion. Our Construction Manager Charlie, went above and beyond keepping us informed and adressed any of our concerns promptly. This made for a smooth stress free build. We are very happy with our new home. Thanks to Jason and Charlie for the guidance they provided during this build.

Overall Pulte home buying was a terrible experience filled with uncertainty n disappointment. Other than the construction guys on the property, everyone was uncooperative starting from sales, mortgage personal to the final handover. After the possession of the property, every issue I had was treated like “it’s a YOU problem”.

Straightforward home buying. Nothing to complain about. Communication was great, never felt like I was being sold anything. Everyone I dealt with at Pulte was professional and knowledgeable of their job.

Responsiveness has been great with fixing issues and the sales team has been great as well throughout the home buying. There are some quality issues with the build not sure if the value is there for what we paid.

I would not recommend this builder. The overall quality of work was disappointing, with several issues that should not happen in a professional build. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like concerns were not taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner. And the final result did not meet expectations. For such a significant investment, you expect attention to detail, reliability, and accountability — all of which were lacking here. I would strongly suggest doing thorough research and considering other builders before making a decision.

Overall just so appreciative of Clayton & Brandon for making this a phenomenal experience! They were both awesome at all times and made it seamless for us.

Keith was great. Efficient, methodical and practical.
