My experience with the sales office was absolutely phenomenal. They were amazing. Pulte Mortgage, on the other hand, almost made me lose the house with their lack of information and incorrect information. I had to seek out my loan officer with questions and was given wrong information, making the process incredibly stressful and tainting the whole buying experience. The building manager is very kind and works very hard but the responsiveness of the crew workers when it was time to fix things, they didn’t show up when they said they would. Still 6 weeks after closing, I’m still waiting for a fix that was discussed during our final walkthrough but it isn’t at the fault of the building manager as he has reached out to the crew several times without response or them not showing up at the time they said they would be by. ... These are very well made homes. I’ve been impressed with the quality of the build, from slab to roofing. Correcting any issues I had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this builder. Great integrity!

My experience was good and amazing with the project manager KEN. he was always available, answered every concern and question I had and he helped me a lot. KEN is great asset for PULTE homes.

I am pleased with my newly built home, overall. Dan (construction manager) was very responsive to my questions and concerns and Devin (sales representative) was quick to inform me of any changes due to material or appliance shortages. However, there were several cosmetic issues in the finishing stage of the building process. These include paint marks and drops on walls, paint over spraying around window frames, chipped baseboards. While Dan addressed most of these prior to closing, a lot of it could have been avoided if construction crew would have been more careful when handling these. I would recommend and consider building with Pulte again, especially with Dan as the construction manager. ... More

We are extremely satisfied with our Pulte home. Initially we were going to build in another community with a different builder. However several issues came up and discussions with other homeowners led us to cancel that build. We then chose Pulte. Every single Pulte person that we had contact with over the course of the build was courteous and responsive to our questions. The materials and craftsmanship in every room is of the highest quality. Good Side - Dealing with the Production Manager was excellent. He was one of the best crew members I dealt with. He was very co-operative in every stage of the work. Bade Side - My 3 star rating is mainly due to to incomplete work that Pulte has done in my house. At closing the master bed shower glass was not installed and Pulte committed me with a date of 07/08. However further to that there is no follow-up being done nor any updates are shared with me. I had multiple calls with the Prod Manager but he does not seem to have any update from Atlanta Glass Door company. But at the same time I also see the glass door getting fitted in other houses which were closed along with me as well as few which are not yet closed or closed after mine. It is more than a month now after closing and my shower glass door is not yet installed. I had few complaints and issues for certain things not working properly in the house for which I had to reach out the service warranty department. I raised service requests with them for couple of issue but had no luck to get the problem fixed. It is been more that 2 weeks, I haven't got any update on that. ... More

We closed on our house over a month ago and are still waiting on things that need to be fixed. We still haven’t hung mirrors in our master bath because they won’t come and fix the shiplap that was installed incorrectly. We are also still waiting for Pulte to replace the carpet upstairs from where their painters spilled paint. Not sure why they didn’t replace it prior to us closing??

Overall good experience but could have been more timely. The overall handover was delayed by roughly 4 months.

Heidi and the construction crew at Union Park were great! Would recommend Pulte buying experience. Easy options, attention to detail and updates throughout the process were right on.

Overall everything is great. Helena as a sales person is very professional. Construction supervisor Mark is very friendly and professional. Took care of all issues very good.

Brandon and Becki at Prairie Woods are very helpful, responsive, professional and made our build a pleasant experience. They are a great asset to Pulte Homes. We would build again with Pulte

The purchase process was complicated by inaccurate option descriptions. Finishes were rushed (poor taping & drywalling, cabinetry misalignments, exposed electrical outlets, a number of electrical wasn't grounded, front door painting incomplete and interior doors misaligned, ripped carpeting, incorrect height on up[graded/deep-pour basement) and are very visible. Some of these items were raised before closing and we were told nothing would be done. Do not recommend.

They really did a great job

Lot of things were not completed by the time of closing. Still lot of issues exists and slow updates/follow-up on them. On the 2nd day post closing, a little wind blew the roof of covered porch. Not a good quality work. We can understand delay in closing date/home completion due to Covid/supply chain issues but workmanship/quality control is somewhat lacking

Whole experience was fine, just the loan process was frustrating

Seller's market by the time we bought the home, so the builder didn't really care about many things.

Scott was our construction manager and we couldn’t have asked for better service and communication. Andrea was excellent as well, getting us started and seeing everything through until we closed!

First day at my new home, I found out that the living room and 2nd floor bathroom ceilings were wet. The construction people came in and I was told that this was due to the water leak in ac unit in the attic. The drain pipe was not connected to the ac, so water was pouring out straight down to the ceiling below. No one inspected that the ac unit was running properly! They had to cut open the ceilings and dry them. They brought in huge blowers that were loud and I wasn’t able to move in to my home for a week due to the ongoing repair. When I moved in, there was still water collecting in the drain pan in the ac unit in the attic. I complained about it and after two separate visits from ac contractors, they found out that there is a hole in the ac unit coil and they had to replace the coil. The toilet paper holder is missing in the 2nd floor bathroom and I have submitted a warranty request. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for it to be done. ... More

We purchased a home already under construction. The sales person was exceptional. However, the build process was not. We viewed the house about 3 weeks before completion and there were many issues that were not done. We provided a list and then had our build quality meeting about 1 week before close of escrow and virtually none of the items were corrected. After the meeting there was blue tape all over the house and even 1 wall was out of plumb and still remains that way. We were told that 100% of these items would be corrected and a final walk through was scheduled for the morning or our close. While they made a decent effort to correct the issues many still remained and some are not corrected today. On the day we moved in were were inundated by ants which destroyed most of the food we had purchased and ruined most of our cleaning supplies which we had to re-purchase. Paint was splattered on the floors, some walls were thin on paint, cabinets were damaged and also much of the sod was damaged or dead as well as planted trees which were also dead. Pulte has tried to fix most of these issues but should have not set up close of escrow until they were all complete so that we are not dealing with these issues while we are already in the home. ... The whole building process started good, but it took Pulte 8 extra months to complete the project resulting me extra 16k out of pocket (interest rate, month to month lease). Our builder Josh, and Stephanie was unresponsive most of the time. They simply did not care. Also, who pays for 450k but get a thermostat that is not even wifi capable?

I’ve had a few homes built in the past and can say Pulte is the best experience that I had. Pulte kept us informed all through the build. At the end we are satisfied with our new home. Sure we had a few minor punch list items but we are confident these will be resolved to our satisfaction. We very much enjoyed working directly with Sales (Bill), Design (Priya) and the Construction Manager (Erik and Matt) who made it a great experience.

Everyone,hands down!!! Showed their support and love in the process for my new home. The whole team was there every step of the way. Also Mike what an amazing guy who takes his time to fully understand what you want and makes it come through. The quality,build outcome, i would not change anything at all.Thank you Pulte for happiness,Thank you for a home.
