I would tell prospective owners that it is a well made home and great area to live in.

Not a man of many words, but Bryan(Sales Agent), Phil (Contractor), and the entire Pulte Family made our first time home buying experience for me and my family amazing. Thank You and I highly recommend purchasing a home with PULTE!!!!!!!

The quality of the material is so cheap, the finishing and paint are not professional at all, and before the closing, if you point to them that there is something wrong they will fix it immediately but after the closing, they take forever. when you make a request for something that needs to be fixed they might not answer unit you follow up with them. I chose to buy a new home so I can set and relax since everything should be new, but this is so much headque. I'm spending my day calling and sending an email and waiting for people to come to fix it, and only had the home for 2 months.

I will never build a new home again and I most definitely will not use Pulte. One bad experience after another.

If you're looking for a builder that will do just enough to get by, then Pulte is your builder. Throughout the sales process, they tell you about their quality promise and all the steps they'll take to ensure a quality build. Then at each and every step of the way, they'll fail to even come close. We've been in our home for 6 weeks now. The week before we closed, our third-party inspector turned in a 30 page report of defects to be addressed. Absolutely no action was taken. After we closed and moved in, we reported numerous other issues. They keep promising they'll come back and fix it. We've been here for 6 weeks now and we are still waiting (although they promise to come and fix everything next week - we'll see). Overall we are extremely disappointed. I truly believe this overall lack of quality is pushed down from the leadership team - I am beginning to wonder if the execution level team members are given the tools they need to provide a better quality home. ... Professional service and team on processing each steps to purchasing a new home.

Everything up to completion was great as well as workmanship. I have some issues that need resolving, and I am not getting any reply or satisfaction in these issues. Very frustrating! Feel like now that they have my money, sit back and not solving problems.

Be careful, if you are expecting Pulte to build you a "Custom Home" you're going to be disappointed. Craftmanship is poor, we are not planning to live in our new home long so we are not worried about what happens in 5-10 years. But, if you are looking for this house to be your "Forever Home", you will run into a lot of issues. All the trades that are working on the home are being forced to rush to get things done due to Pulte expecting X amount of homes built by a certain timeframe. In our home, the tile was installed poorly and crooked, the carpet in our upstairs doesn't reach the tack strip, and the walls are not plum they bow out which makes the baseboards and casings look terrible. Do not get carpet in your home. It is a low-grade carpet that will not last more than 5 years. Don't waste your money paying for upgrades, it will be wasted money. The design center appointment do not get pressured into going with levels 5-7. It just doesn't make sense, it is not any better than levels 3-4. The smart home feature is nice but you have to understand how to use the technology. Overall I wouldn't build again with Pulte and I would not build in this market (June 2022), with inflation at an all-time high and the interest rates getting higher and higher. Great experience Excellent work given the short time for closing . Very professional and responsive Pulte team . Very planned and coordinated work . I real lay had great experience in the buying process .

Pros: Pulte has great floor plans, elevations and options, good site locations, good community planning and generally well maintained communities Cons: Shoddy workmanship in a few areas (needs to focus more on the quality and not just speed), possibly a COVID driven issue but some of the standard options they have provided before along with their higher-priced options aren't standard anymore (as a second time Pulte homebuyers, our last home we've built came with some standard options that weren't standard in our new home), responding to new build issues through their claims portal is very slow, our experience with the sales during our home construction was very bad and she didn't get her work orders properly organized neither with us nor with the builders and there was confusion with options and the sales price changed twice because she couldn't keep track of the options. Overall it is a good experience but there is potential for improvement in some aspects.. ... More

My overall experience with Pulte was good. William, the sales agent proved to be very knowledgeable and honest in assisting my family and I with choosing the best lot and model that suited our needs. Harrison, our Project Manager was very attentive and responsive with concerns that we had. My only issue was with the workmanship of some of the contractors. However, discrepancies or issues were resolved in a timely manner by Harrison.

Once I closed on my home many issues have been ignored. Front porch has large cracks, never heard about my driveway and grass installation. I had to pay to have my garage insulated and drywalled. After 2 months I have not received my trash receptacles. A little disappointed after purchasing a home for over $400,000

I am giving overall 2 start just because of the customer manager (Brandy)quick response. Worst experience for the rest all.

Timelines and quality are not as expected.

Throughout our construction process we had many questions around Pultes set and missed timelines. During that process we were made to feel like we were in the wrong with unacceptable responses, if we even got one at all. Would not go through this process with Pulte again.

Overall experience up through closing was fairly positive. For a production type home ,Pulte does a good job. But every new home always comes with some after-construction issues. While Pulte goes out of their way to promise that these mostly minor issues will be promptly dealt with, in reality their response to rectify these issues has been less than promised. It seems that once closing is completed they just dont care as much. It's been more than 2 months since we closed and we're still waiting to hear from them on when these issues will be resolved. We've called, emailed and texted numerous times but still no response. Buyers will be encouraged numerous times to respond to ratings requests and told that these are very important for employee ratings satisfaction evaluations. My recommendation is to tell them that once all issues are satisfactorly completed, only then will you respond. Otherwise you have no leverage ... More
