It is good to have your own real estate agent with you who is knowledgeable in new home builds with Pulte. The builder does not have your best interests in mind in many cases, so it is very helpful to have a impartial experienced advocate. It also is important to know that when you do your structural meeting with the sales team that they will hide a lot of things from you. There are many options they won't show you and they will mislead you based on what they have been told to push. You should ask to review all available options even though it takes longer. Ask questions about the options. If you wish something could be done, ask what option would make that happen. Hopefully your sales person won't lie and say something can only be done at the design meeting when it has to be done during the structural meeting because once you lock in the structural contract, it cannot be changed--no matter what. Also, be aware that if you want anything other than the default pool, you need to separately schedule a pool design meeting. Sale representative Jose is nice. Field Manager Shaun is very patient and supportive. However, the response from warranty group needs to be improved.

Overall experience was good, I’m just not use to the slow Florida construction schedule.

Really happy to work with our builder Kevin, Very good experience working with him. But we are not happy with couple of things, We didn't get the brick and appliances which are promised from pulte group

The buying experience was Ok. Although there were multiple small fixes, pulte has fixed the things even after closing.

The design that what was shown in the model home is what we got. Small issues here and there, some things which they said they would do, they said they won't after we signed, but they were minor items....but dropped the trustworthiness score for that. Value was good relative to other homes but the quality seemed to be rushed and thus not great. They are responsive to issues.

The home took a bit longer than estimated to be completed. But that is understandable given the supply chain issues plaguing every industry these past few years. Our Sales Consultant and Construction Manager did an outstanding job navigating the setbacks this caused and ensured our closing date, once established, did not get delayed. Although, a few minor things still needed touch-up after our move-in, we are satisfied with the overall quality of the home and their persistence to ensure any post-closing line-items are fully addressed.

As a first time buyer, I had a very positive experience. Kyle kept me up to date with the progress of the construction. During my walkthrough, he was very professional. He was a pleasure to work with during this process. Kyle was thorough during the walkthrough as he pointed out details and pending issues with the build while assuring me that he would personally see that each issue that needed to be complete or corrected. As the closing date was approaching, he organized all the trades involved and made sure to resolve all pending items on the build. Kyle was true to his word and I felt like I was heard, treated with respect and he made extra efforts to make sure that I would be satisfied when handing over the keys to the house. share your experience in five words

All of the people were very eager to make things smooth for me and provided friendly, high-service experience. But there was always a limit to what they could do. If I wanted something outside of their scope, there was no price that simple additions could be added. My prior Pulte home had so many upgrade options that I was surprised that there were such hard limits for a simple upgrade.

I'm very happy with my home. I don't regret purchasing at all. I think the hand off after closing could have been better coordinated. There was supposed to be a celebration walk and all these different support groups to meet, but none of that happened as planned. It left us a bit confused as to who we're supposed to contact when receptacles don't have power or we need to check up on our punch list. It's been a month since we've moved in and our punch list is still pretty long. Only 1 issue has been resolved out of about 10, and we don't have any sort of schedule to predict when the rest of the issues will be fixed. Resolving the punch list gets 1.5 stars. I think Luis G. our construction manager deserves a huge pat on the back. Even though the house was running late, he had a great attitude, and we felt like he took care of us no matter what sort of issue came up. If it had been anyone else, I feel the experience would have been very different. All of my light switches are in different order in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. That's super annoying. Salesman had incorrect numbers on paperwork after deal. My wife had to correct him 3X. Made me uncomfortable

Good experience, highly professional, defined processes, good quality and timely responses. Base model has very less choices and most of the basic items are part of upgrades. Offer Mortgage, Insurance and other services for easy coordination. Friendly staff and construction Managers

Overall experience was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend a potential buyer.

Do your research and continue to follow up on the building team. I love my home but some attention to details go over looked during walk through. Nothing alarming but the great thing about pulte is they have a dedicated team to fix any problems with in reason the first year which is extremely useful.

Overall Tyler took care of us and fixed each issue. However the lack of attention to the little details, by the contractors, was annoying. I had to point out multiple small issue. Ex: Thermostat installed crooked. Light at bottom of stairs was installed partially into the stairwell. Floor vent hole cut crooked. Etc, etc…

The home building process was extremely easy for me. The sales rep and construction manager did a great job. pulte’s title company were not easy to deal with.

Overall the home was build within the defined timeline… there were delays here and there but those were minors so I am overall happy with the schedule…. Couple of options were changes during the process due to logistics issues but that’s not specific and in control to Pulte I guess… And once you commit to your options nothing can be altered thereafter… Good quality home and team on the ground is responsive but can’t say the same for there call center though…

November of 2021 my wife and I visited Surprise, AZ with the possibility of purchasing a house. We read on the internet about Pulte homes for sale. When we lived in California there was a Pulte development next to our neighborhood and we went to see what the homes had to offer. The homes we saw were appealing on the outside and offered many features in the inside that made the house worth buying. When we decided to leave California for Arizona and we saw the Pulte homes for sale we made the decision to look at them again. We made an appointment with Courtney just before Thanksgiving and visited a couple of model homes and fell in love with the Prado. It offered allot of space, vaulted ceilings, covered patio, and many other extras that made the home very desirable. A day later after meeting with Courtney we put earnest money down for the process to begin. Almost to the day our home was completed in November of 2022. Courtney was very consistent with keeping us informed of what was happening with the home during the building process. The construction manager (Tony) contacted us after a couple of months after we purchased the home and contacted us almost every week to keep us up to date on the building process. Two months before we moved in we got another construction manager (Jennifer) as Tony transitioned to another city in Arizona. Jennifer and Tony were excellent during the building process and always communicated with us what was happening and what was going to occur next. My wife and I are happy with our Pulte home and moved in just after Thanksgiving and Christmas. There have been only a few cosmetic flaws that have been fixed by Pulte in a timely fashion. We are fortunate to have a great team of Pulte employees. I am very happy with my purchase of a Pulte home. The sales rep & construction managers were great to work dueing the process.

Happy with our new home, just normal punch list items which are being resolved quickly. Only complaint I would have is the looooooonnngg build process.
