Overall, it is an ok experience. However, there are situations that are frustrating. they kept pushing the closing date further, which isn't great for the buyer. The worst part of the entire house is the paint job, you touch the wall, the paint goes away. List of items were identified to fix, but no one showed up for a month. Other than that, the community and town is great.

We decided to buy our first home with Pulte because we had heard really good things. But the experience has not been good. First there were hardly any flexibility on choosing different options. There was only 1 model home but pulte was offering 5 different designs. They did not had good digital experience to help make decisions. Very rigid timelines and no much flexibility on making changes. They were adamant on closing because they wanted to meet there timeliness so gave the house with so many open issues and now to resolve them I have to plead to get the attention. The standard answer is by end of spring which can be in June. But the same things are already been taken care of new houses that are been built. So it gives the impression that once they got the money, we are not priority anymore. Finally the quality of construction is below par. I am coming from old rental apartmebt and J could see they having better construction. The way the things are now going I am sure all the good will and brand value will soon be lost. Experience was average. A little disappointed with Lsni. Smaller than Model Unit

With supply issues and everything going on in the world, made our home buying experience difficult. We were initially quoted a 6-8 month time frame to build home but lasted over a year. We felt the last month of the home building process was rushed. Our final walkthrough we were missing flooring in 70% of the home. We were missing mirrors, medicine cabinets, and due to design center error wrong backsplash installed. Pulte construction is doing what they can. The contractors is what they are having issues with. They have also been slow to fix things since we moved in.

Buying a new home always comes with so many unknowns and Pulte made it easy to navigate the challenges around the process. There were some delays in the timelines and Pulte was forthcoming about the issues and timelines allowing us to plan better. Periodic check ins and getting updates about progress on a weekly basis from Marilyn and John was a delight. It was also good that any feedback was promptly addressed and the home was handed over in great shape.

I am happy to get in Pulte's home and overall feel that we made the right decision to go with them. However, I find it bit pricy. They need to review their base package of home design and selection to include basics instead of getting those features as part of upgrade options after paying extra. Other builders are offering such features at a competitive price. At the end I am happy as Pulte's bidding process allowed us to get into our dream home, while other builders have long queue!!

Elaine is a great salesperson. Tim is a great Customer Care Manager that coordinated fixing numerous issues after closing.

We have been very pleased with both Pulte homes we have built. Any issues that arises were handled in a timely manner. Our home is gorgeous and we can’t wait to enjoy it!

A 7-month delay that cost me almost $10k in temporary lodging, moving trucks and movers, storage units, and repairs to items that were moved an extra time to and from storage. Sales strung me along with faulty closing dates. A design center stipend should have been given yet they offered me nothing after telling me a July closing date but delivery in January the following year!

During the construction, they constantly contacted me and gave me update information. If there is a problem even after closing, they will fix it immediately.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! My AC unit wasn't working the first day I tried to use it. Of course it was 86 and humid. I emailed Ryan and he showed up at my door within the hour. He had an electrician on site so he sent him over to my house. I was worried I had a bad outside AC unit, but there was just something loose in the wiring . Ryan had my AC up in running within a couple of hours!

Overall our experience was good. We experienced delays but we eventually got to setup our beautiful home. The quality of materials and overall workmanship was good. Special thanks to Shannon from the Sales office for helping throughout the process. Responsiveness to issues could definitely improve. We have raised requests for issues and it has been over a month and it hasn’t been resolved yet.

Our sales rep at the beginning of the process of buying our home was fantastic. He was proactive in his communication, regularly checking in to provide updates about the progress of our home purchase and build. Our construction manager was responsive in a timely manner to our requests for updates. We understood the lack of proactive communication, because he expressed that he was extremely busy because he was the only Spanish-speaking employee in the area so had many Spanish-speaking clients he had to liaise with. Still, he was able to provide a timely response to any questions we had. As we approached closing, our contact with Pulte began to go downhill. We had several issues pop up at the last minute regarding the workmanship and quality of finishes in the home. It has been more than two months since closing and some of the pre-closing repair requests have not been addressed. The responses from the warranty department are not made in a timely manner. We have purchased other new construction homes in the past and have received much more prompt, professional service from those builders. Overall the house is beautiful but it was not delivered in the condition we contracted for. Excellent Customer Service and great product. The supply chain issues / delays could have been managed better. But still extremely satisfied with the home and the Community

Hi, I bought a home at one of the Pulte communities recently and the home buying process was clear and very easy.. I would recommend pulte to anyone.. Also the construction manager explains the process from the start at various milestones and always ensures clients are happy with the homes..

Home construction was very smooth and home handed over before what they have committed

The quality of the builders, Eric and Gus, is fantastic. I could not say anything better about them and their responsiveness to issues. On the opposite spectrum, I would never recommend using Pulte Mortgage. The loan process was the worst I have ever dealt with and took the fun out of watching the house being built.

Great communication from builder and lender. Beautiful home.
