what is different from other builders: Pulte welcomes you in the construction site and they will respond to your notes and concerns and address them (if they make sense for sure). knowledgeable construction managers (at lease the one i worked with) and very responsive, they even helped me after the closing. Pulte periodic inspections: this process is very helpful and will point out any thing missed or not perfected by construction team and address all the issues, i have visited the site every single day and witnessed how thorough their inspections are. We are fortunate, lucky to have Dylan as our builder manager, he manage to go above and beyond for every piece of job, anytime I called him he answered every question I have. pulte group is lucky to have Dylan, we have no issue with our new home everything is well build, good quality, again I want to thank Dylan for the time and effort he put into making sure to deliver the best quality for our home.

This has been the best new home build I've ever had. Great communication all around from everyone involved in our home purchase. Timelines and updates throughout, they were even ahead on closing by 2 months which was amazing!!

From entering the model home to sitting at the closing table, the experience my wife and I had was almost flawless. Pulte made the entire process easy, transparent, and worry free. We put a lot of trust in Pulte, being that we purchased a home from over 1200 miles away. This is our second Pulte home and we are very glad we made the decision to work with them. Tyler in the sales office was a no pressure, calm, and comforting presence which we both really appreciated. He was incredibly knowledgeable and amazing to work with. Again, being out of state, having Tyler onsite was like having a good friend that was a phone call away. He answered every stupid question we had and even made multiple trips to the site to show us parts of the home that we wanted to see again. Jared, the building manager, was another great person to work with. His ability to explain things and his level of detail is very appreciated with you are essentially trusting what you can see through a phone. Again, similar to Tyler, he was only a phone call away. Jared runs a tight ship, delivering the home ahead of schedule with amazing quality and attention to the smallest detail. It's like he had a time machine... every question I had, he already had an answer. Every "concern" I had, he already addressed. Shayna from the mortgage company was incredible and answered probably 2000 or so emails that I sent. Dalton who started the mortgage process was great, answering and explaining everything, even calling to make sure we were comfortable and ready to close. And then the entire closing team. Overall, the level of service we received was above and beyond, which is rare to find these days. I would 100% recommend Pulte Homes to friends and family! This is our 2nd Pulte home. We love this one even more than 1st. The communication and updates throughout the process are 2nd to none. From sales to construction manager to customer care folks. These folks care about you and their job.

We had a wonderful experience with Pulte. This was our second home building process (first time with Pulte) and all I can say is Pulte blew our last builder out of the water. Their customer service was fantastic and our construction manager Corey was beyond amazing. He texted us updates, responded quickly to concerns, and stuck with us all the way through the process. We had a few minor things we needed his help with after we closed, and he was at our home within minutes to help out. Cannot say enough great things about Pulte. Thank you for building our dream home!

First off, Ping was very helpful with me and my family. She answered all questions for us. We came in multiple times before deciding to put interest into buying a home. Brett was an angel to me and my family. During the process, Brett helped us more than we can ever imagined. We are extremely grateful Brett. Thank you Brett. Finally, Jonathan was another angel to our family. Answered all our questions and fixed all things that we needed to fix. Very grateful for Jonathan. My construction manager Luke was amazing! In todays world it’s rare to actually call someone and not have to leave a message. Not with Luke. He was incredibly busy in December trying to get as many families as possible into their new homes before year end and still made time to answer my call, listen to any concern I had and take care of it. Pulte is lucky to have him ! My sales consultant CJ was also outstanding! Thank you

We were very pleased from the outset to the final stage of moving into the new home. Each team member has been very communicative with potential delays, progress, etc. They have responded to our questions in a timely manners and resolved minor issues with new home very quickly. Overall, it’s been a wonderful (affordable) buying experience in a difficult real estate climate and market.

The best part of the overall buying experience was construction Manager Chris Melton. I cannot talk enough about him. He was a thorough professional. He was the true north star and highlight of the overall experience. Very clear in his communication about the status, very true feedback very time for the questions we had. Enjoyed working with him. From the moment we met ‘Bea’ in the sales office who guided our home buying process from model homes, site selection and ultimately connecting us to a quick move-in opportunity, Todd and I were thrilled. The Bellwood we purchased was perfect, Carlos kept use informed as the home was constructed and we closed in minutes when the time came. So easy and organized.

Tom W was extremely helpful and continues to be! As with any new home build I expected some issues, but there really weren’t that many and Tom is a person who truly gives his all and goes out of his way to correct anything that needed to be corrected. Allison made the picking out of everything in the house easy and pleasant. Dawn made everything clear during the closing and walk through.

Ought a move-in ready home, Pulte organize their resources accordingly and facilitated a very quick close. Top shelf experience from start to finish.
