We had an amazing experience building with Pulte. They communicated every step of the way, and were responsive when we had questions. Our home turned out amazing and is really great quality. Our construction manager was the best, and even communicated when he was out of the office. If you want a stress free build, build with Pulte!!

During the entire build process there was little to no communication and if there was any it was triggered by myself. Post closing a list of items to be fixed were shared with the customer care team but again no communication on timeline for repairs were given. It is beyond disappointing the customer service provided - it is something you would expect from a builder with no experience.

Tyler, the sales rep was wonderful. He helped us figure out the home options we would like and is very good at his job. The home was completed in a timely manner, and the overall workmanship was very good. Everything was going well until the end of the build. There were SEVERAL issues at our final walkthrough, and this was addressed with the project manager BUT nothing was fixed or corrected. We were assured by the project manager that everything would be taken care of, but when we moved in, the garage door opener didn’t work, the garbage disposal didn’t work, the ice maker did not work, the oven and microwave didn’t work, the painters did a terrible job( painting over switch plates, floors, tile, clumps of paint in places,etc), tile still needs to be acid washed, and framing in some rooms needs to be corrected. First time new home buyers. Everything went very smoothly and the house was done on time and we couldn’t be more pleased!! Its beautiful!!

Pulte is using sloppy contractors and generally doesn’t care about their customers post purchase. They installed lots of already brown, most dead sod that is not coming back to life and 2 weeks of daily watering and accused me of not watering enough despite my day 1 proof with photos and my water bill detailed usage graph, then their sod contractor came and literally yelled in my face and they are refusing to replace the dead sections they installed. Incredibly unprofessional and it’s a disgrace Pulte uses such awful contractors. We’ve also having electrical issues, corners were cut with plumbing, mortar and paint speckles are all over bath runs because they weren’t properly protected, drywall seams are very visible, many items called out during the build process were never fully addressed despite promises they would be. A lot of the issues weren’t seen at the blue tape final walk through. There’s just no way you can catch everything in that one hour window. But after living here nearly 2 months it’s clear Pulte does not pay attention to detail or care about their clients post purchase. ... More

Our ceiling seams and wall seams were less than professional. Pulte sent APV to address. The APV tech informed the only way to correct the ceiling mismatch was to have the complete ceiling texture reworked. It's been 2 weeks and no followup from a Pulte rep.

Pulte has great people that help facilitate the whole home buying experience. The quality is excellent. The Foreman on the job was outstanding. We would definately recommend Pulte to anyone interested in a new home. Price point is excellent and the quality and workmanship very good. They stay on the job to completion. Having the Foreman who makes sure it is done right means everything. Thank You so much.

I was very disappointed with the way the house was turned over to me after closing dozens of things were not repaired or fixed and the house was in disarray unacceptable for a higher and builder.

Cory and Vanessa were great to work with, however the workmanship wasn't that great. And, friends are shocked when I mention that ceiling fan and hanging lights installation are not included as well as only one rack in a bedroom closet. Some of the painting was pretty sloppy, too.

Corporate is amazing … They go above and beyond to help you.

Britta was great on the front end patiently going through many options on many models. Matt and Meagan were very professional and responsive as we neared the end of the build. Pulte is slow to address service requests after closing.

Was overall great experience buying home with Pulte.

I have great experience with Pulte Sales/Accounts/Builder and all engineer and Support post closing, closing team and the entire team of Pulte. Great coordination and keeping home owners posted on any changes or delays of delivery if foreseen. Also, closely follows up on home closing/post addressing of any home issues as part if warranty. Overall satisfied as of today in buying Pulte Home.

Overall: We are very pleased with Pulte's personnel and our purchase. Our overall experience with Pulte exceeded that which we had with another builder the previous year, which was also pretty good. Our Pulte sales agent MARY differentiated herself from the very beginning. This market was red hot for sellers/builders. I interacted with ~5 different builders on my hunt. All very nice people. But Mary gained my trust very early on, and because of that had me look more closely at Pulte. I have been in customer-facing roles, and led customer-facing teams for more than 3 decades. High integrity, knowledgeable, transparent, directly-answer-the-question-asked-straight-shooters, as best as I can discern, are what I value most. From the moment Mary and I first met 2 months prior to this community even having homes for sale, through hundreds of questions and interactions throughout the process, to closing and even still post-close, Mary exceeded those values. I could go into detailed specifics, but will leave it at the summary for the purposes of this review. We'd also commend our field manager Justin. SUPER responsive and THOROUGH(!) and honest. We greatly appreciated having had him as our field manager. We even had opportunity to interact 1-2x with the GM Anisa. Very friendly in a genuine way. Overall very pleasant interactions. Beyond the people-interactions throughout, thus far we have noticed only very minor fixes needed. To make this a useful review, we will add our top constructive critique: Our #1 agitation by a landslide was with the flooring. (A) Pulte's policy was they do not install planks on the stairs or upstairs hallways. (B) Nor did their design center offer the specific planks we wanted anyway. Thus, given (A) and (B), since we intended to have planks throughout the whole house, the least messy (and wasteful) way to R&R the flooring after close (since apparently the inspector would not allow us to close with a concrete floor), would be to have Pulte install carpet in the dry areas (which could be removed and given away) and sheet vinyl in the wet areas (easy to remove) throughout. Easy right? But when we requested the sheet vinyl option - that was actually listed as an option on our option sheet they sent us for our community - we were told that that was a "mistake" and sheet vinyl was not available "for our community." So they mandated grouted-in ceramic tile as the only "standard" option for the wet areas. So we had to jack up the ceramic tile the day we got the key. A unnecessary waste and mess. Okay. It is what it is: sheer gamesmanship to get a certain amount of people to purchase upgraded flooring through Pulte (the least competitive prices of all their design center categories). Perhaps Pulte "wins" more than it "loses" with this tactic. But it is the main thing that soiled our overall experience since it seemed to betray the integrity and transparency that made our experience so positive with all the front-line customer-facing personnel and that I specifically praised above. Therefore, this public review itself would lack integrity and transparency if I did not specifically call this particular tactic out in this critique. Hope this is useful to someone. I had/have multiple issues when i moved in. It's been more than couple of month's that i moved in and still lots of issues. Customer service is horrible. Even i could not get hold of any one while calling the emergency line.

Matt and Lauren were very professional and responsive during the sales process. The design center staff was great and helped us make the right choices. Garrett is the construction manager and he was great. Very responsive and very caring even with everything he was dealing with during the pandemic and supply chain and labor issues. The entire organization from sales to closing is very professional and well organized. I highly recommemmend Pulte to any new home buyer.

Working with Pulte builder and mortgage made the process effortless.

We enjoy our new home very much. Pulte kept a high standard on the build quality while each event during the process was helpful, informative, and professionally conducted.

Pulte Homes in this community is taking advantage of the market situation and building very poor quality homes. The building managers are over whelmed with the number of homes they have to work and not able to supervise the construction quality and missing several important aspects. Pulte homes is only intersted in rushing to close the homes without even having appliances and competing the home properly.I would not recommend this company to put your money

I have felt very comfortable dealing with all the staff, they are very attentive and helpful, especially Alberto, an excellent person.

Good value and exceptional customer service!

Our garage door is broken 2nd week into a new construction home because the J bar was not installed into the wall at all. When it came undone, it caused damage to the garage door, and would have caused serious injury to anyone walking into the garage , or damage to our vehicles. Most of the window latches don't close correctly in the house either. We also do not have the property line marked correctly to setup a fence in the backyard.

house quality as good as we expected. very roughly material. and after closing , customer service reaction too slow to fix rest home issue.

Nanci was absolutely wonderful and very patient. Helpful in every way. Once in our new condo there was always someone around to help. We are very happy.
