Overall we had a good experience. We enjoyed the entire process of planning building our new home. The pulte consultation at the design center was a pleasant experience. The only thing I would like to have known was all the additional add on we could have received. Example gas line outside for a grille, additional outlets in the garage and outside. Being first time home buyers we did not have any experience in building a house.

Overall experience is good, but could have been better if they would have fixed few things they marked during pre-walking and promised to fix them before closing..

We absolutely love our new home. The settlement date was unfortunately pushed out several months past the initial expectation which resulted in a higher mortgage rate sadly. We have run into some electrical issues such as a recess light being covered over by drywall, electrical switch issue in the hvac closet which the builder was aware of prior to settlement but did not fix until after move in. We also could not hard wire our security cameras as there was a wire that was stalled into in the attic. We understand these things happen and Pulte has been quick to respond to maintenance issues and helped to get them resolved quickly. Communication during the building process was very sparse. We were told we could expect to receive weekly updates every Friday which turned into 3 over the course of 4-5 months with many of our outgoing emails ignored. Pulte townhomes are beautiful and practical. Buying experience was good but could have been better if sales representative provided more details about the options along with their benefits during selection. Some slight modifications in design (eg. doorbell on garage door) can make the home experience even better. Overall great homes and will recommend to everyone.

Paul and Todd were very responsive during the entire process. They did a very good job

Our home was finished on time. Pulte does some things that are on the cheap side... ie - paint is poor quality. Closet shelves could be better. Some ideas are not the best in actual conception. The home is beautiful though.

Overall the Pulte house is a good house. The timelines provided at purchase were not realistic at all. Four - five months indicated, Ten months actual total. Sometimes multiple weeks went by with no progress. That is frustrating. Subs rushing to complete work often caused damage that the next group needed to correct.

Research and understand the limitations of buying a mass built house and the experience should be good.

It was very trustable and fast acting also.

Site manager, Ed, responsive to needs. Always was prompt returning calls and treated us with respect. He did his best to adjust to circumstances out of our control and was always professional. He is a true asset to Pulte.

Good but always room for improvement

The construction team are good and responsible. Although the delay of some appliances, in all, they are good

COVID challenges all of us.

It’s been an overall good experience.

While the home construction process was not without hiccups (not unexpected in times of pandemic/labour shortage/supply-chain issues), Pulte addressed our concerns to our complete satisfaction. We are happy with the final product.

Good workmanship and construction management. Pro-active communications by sales agent.

Process was easy. They are production builders, so there are limited options. The models are beautiful but they represent most upgrades. If you want a home at that level of trim you will have to go with these upgrades. We did go with many upgrades. Ultimately our home appraised at 10k less than we paid for it which was a big disappointment. The subs didn’t clean up and the floors were dirty and muddy most of the time during construction. I paid extra to have the garage painted. The subs left clumps of sparkle all over the floor which I am scraping up now. Attention to detail was lacking. But I knew I wasn’t working with a custom builder. New construction managers came on board towards the end of construction and have been very responsive to issues in completing my home. I had issues with electrical issues when I moved in. I plugged in a lamp and the breaker tripped. There was a neutral wire grounded in a ceiling fan box. I had a great experience. I was kept in the loop through all phases of the building process.

Good and provides updates

Had nice experience with little problems related to quality of construction process. Where works damaged couple of items.

Overall I am happy with my home. There are some small issues that are being resolved.

This was certainly an experience to remember; what should have been no more than 10 months from signing our contract to the end of our 3-months delivery estimate. Although we signed our contract at the perfect time, before everyone decided to move to Florida; COVID-19, we, along with everyone else that signed a contract in 2020 were affected by the pandemic with supply chain and construction delays that extended our wait an additional seven months from our initial estimated 3 months. However, we finally closed and we are happy with the overall construction of our home.
