Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The project manager, Ryan, was great; timely updates, quick to answer questions or take care of anything needed.

We are thankful that our sales consultant, Yvo, was so incredible. He was the best part of our home building experience - very professional, a great communicator, and did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. 5 stars for Yvo. Unfortunately, our construction manager was the complete opposite. He was not only unprofessional, but went so far as to write up a nasty email towards us future homeowners in regards to concerns we had about the house. I will refrain from going into detail. Aside from that, the amount of issues with the home was overwhelming throughout. It’s a shame that a lot of these have become our issues post-closing because they were not addressed at the time they should have been when the home was under construction. For example, a big issue we had in the kitchen. A raccoon snuck into what should have been our locked house (all windows had been installed, but a sliding door was left open) and the animal urinated & defecated all over and between several cabinets and inside of drawers seeing it was the day before countertop installation. We saw and addressed this immediately. For weeks, nothing was done until right before we closed where only two drawers were replaced. After closing, the smell of the feces and urine was still very strong in the kitchen because it had soaked into the cabinets. We have children and pets - this is extremely unsanitary and not to mention a health hazard for everybody. I cannot stress how disappointed I am that this happened at all, as well as the fact that it did not get resolved until a month and a half after we closed on the house. Thankfully, Rob and Jimmy in the customer service/warranty department have gone above and beyond to make sure things were right in our kitchen. For all of our other warranty needs, Rob has been extremely helpful and has gone the extra mile to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. We could not be happier in this respect! I also must add that although we had a terrible build experience overall because of our construction manager, Ed, after reaching out to the construction supervisor, Nemo, we were much happier and things finally started to move along again once he became involved. He was a pleasure to work with. This was not our first time building a home, but it was our first time choosing Pulte. We understand the lack of supplies & manpower in recent times, but what we went through was completely unrelated to those things. ... More

Love my villa, great value fir the price we paid. Our build took 14 months and I am very disappointed in the way the house was turned over to us. I have a 2 1/2 page punch list of mostly minor issues, but the house should not have all these issues. I know Pulte builds a quality house, I live in a Pulte house in Illinois. I just think they were in a rush to get this closed and ignored many things that should have been fixed.

1. Not happy with the micowave/oven not getting installed yet after oneband half months since closing. 2. Reported issues about a month ago and waranty folks have not created work order yet. 3. Not happy with Pulte running water and electricity through this unit for other units. This could have been avoided easily. This was cheap.

Overall the materials used seem cheap. 1. Sinks do not have anything to close and open the drain, have to push it with hands 2. Bathtub tap doesnt have anything to control water flow, either its full flow or no flow 3. Shower head seem cheap build 4. Toilet seats are cheap built 5. Kitchen stove and dishwasher both are not functional, stove takes longest time to heat, dishwasher dry cycle doesn't work 6. Trim paint job was done poor quality 7. Kitchen island workmanship is poor quality, its not straight but off, I wish i could upload pictures 8. Temporary driveway takes off and concrete work hasn't been done even when the frost warning is off from a month, no communication regarding it 9. Flooring work is poor quality, the planks move ... Our experience with the Pulte staff, sales and engineering has been exceptionally good.

On time build as promised. Quality of build not as expected. Options cost a lot. Forced to go with Pulte lender as other options don’t work. Responsive to the issues that are brought to attention.

I was very much satisfied with the house,

We absolutely love our new home. The settlement date was unfortunately pushed out several months past the initial expectation which resulted in a higher mortgage rate sadly. We have run into some electrical issues such as a recess light being covered over by drywall, electrical switch issue in the hvac closet which the builder was aware of prior to settlement but did not fix until after move in. We also could not hard wire our security cameras as there was a wire that was stalled into in the attic. We understand these things happen and Pulte has been quick to respond to maintenance issues and helped to get them resolved quickly. Communication during the building process was very sparse. We were told we could expect to receive weekly updates every Friday which turned into 3 over the course of 4-5 months with many of our outgoing emails ignored. If the communication would have been better the whole experience would have been a 5 star experience. ... More

Pulte townhomes are beautiful and practical. Buying experience was good but could have been better if sales representative provided more details about the options along with their benefits during selection. Some slight modifications in design (eg. doorbell on garage door) can make the home experience even better. Overall great homes and will recommend to everyone.

The end to end home buying experience was seamless. The home was delivered within the timelines and per the expectations set in the contract.

Follow ups on items after closing can be improved

Uniformed process from Sales, to Mortgage, to Site, to Title. Was a bit nervous going into it but it went better than I expected once closed.

I love my townhouse and the craftmanship

The building experience was good as we could visit the home anytime as long as there were not workers present. They kept you updated on issues that may delay the home being finished. Overall, they were easy to work with and were responsive on questions asked.

Pulte homes are known for their built and quality. Although I can say I am happy with my new home, the same cannot be said for the buying and building experience. The communication from the site manager, the loan office as well as the sales agent was lackluster. Every little update required communication from the customers part and never was anything communicated by the initiative of these company employees. Overall I’m happy with my home, however if you must buy a pulte home keep into consideration it might not be a wholesome experience.

Paint work was not high quality or complete, some jobs not complete around home.

Overall our buying experience was good from our sales agent Melissa and Luisa our customer service care representative! Due to several delays and supply issues, our building time frame was heavily impacted, Communication could have been a little better. Very Disappointing was the lack of workmanship and attention to detail regarding structural walls, sparkling, painting, door frames and outlets when we moved in. Though Luisa our representative is handling these issues attentively, we are inconvenienced by contractors coming in and out to fix! If we had a proper walk through these issues could have been handled properly before our move in. ... More

I would tell future customers that pulte does not care about thier homebuyers and that they will continuously talk about thier reputation but have no interest in fulfilling that reputation. The house looks beautiful but truly should bot have been a pain for a home buyer to have to make so many complaints or work orders for what should be a walk in ready home.

Overall a very good experience and professional.

Lots of ups and downs buying a house was emotional Rollercoaster but at the end its all worth it and we have a lovely home.

This was our first time home buying experience and Pulte was very responsive and good at explaining the building process. Sales rep and field manager were excellent. However, workmanship from the contractors used was ehhh. Visited the house as it was being built everyday to make sure nothing was missing, installed incorrectly, or broken.
