My experience has been mostly hood. However it’s been a month and I still don’t have a front panel for my cabinet face for below my stove top.

Great experience working with our field managers. Always were quick to fix any issues that came up even after closing. Warranty manager also has been quick to get any issues resolved. Great service.

Very happy with my new roslyn home - just like the model. The builders were prompt, professional and completed the whole job when they said they would. Extremely happy would highly recommend

Months of delays aside, which were hard to deal with at times, the overall process from our Sales Agent Jason to our Construction Manager Erik, and to our Mortgage Team (Kris and Ashley) was a very smooth and efficient process. Watching our house become a HOME has been an amazing experience.

Overall I had a great experience building my home in Lakewood Ranch Florida. Sales always kept me up to date, and the construction process went as expected. After settlement the only repair items remaining are cosmetic. For example: dented doors, paint in the grout, broken screens, etc. all of these items are easily mitigated.

This was our first new build. We were pleasantly pleased with the transparency of the process.

Manny and Austin have been great on the construction side and warranty side to fix issues, but the quality of the home is poor. Clearly sloppy and quick work just to get the house done. Cabinets aren't level, trim is not square or flush, paint is sloppy and dripping. Paint is everywhere in grout and on the floor. Doorways and walls are clearly not level or square. Drywall finish in the entire upstairs is bad and has to be redone. The landscaping was quick and pretty sure the sod was dead when installed, grass still hasn't grown 2 months in and not sure if Pulte is going to replace it or not.

Jordan (ConstructionManager) was terrific. He was a great communicator, followed through with every request and delivered a new home that was nearly perfect. Love Pulte!

From the beginning when we were gathering information to decide to build at the location, we received excellent communication. We knew the choices we had for upgrades all the way to the finishing with the construction manager. Everyone responded to any questions within 24 hours and resolved any issues we requested. Highly recommend building with Pulte! Our home is beautiful and high quality.

We're one month into a new home built by Pulte. Everyone here at the company is professional and personable. We appreciated regular updates during the build process to keep us in the loop and with our home, we closed pretty much on time. That may not always be the case with supply chain and labor issues. They are responsive with warranty issues, which is good because the home isn't perfect. But no major issues so far, only several minor ones, which we expect all homes to have. Overall a satisfying experience, we'd buy from them again.

It was a long hurdle getting to the finish but it was worthwhile.

Well based on my experience do not close on your house until you have everything that you are expected. I was the first one in this neighborhood and am still waiting for my driveway to be poured in the meantime there has been over a dozen of homes that closed after me that have both their driveway poured and some of their landscaping. Had I known I would have held off on closing.

Our new Pulte home is a high quality build, and having owned 8 homes (most of them new builds by other builders), I recognize the quality. My advice is to buy the higher level options for flooring, carpet, counters, etc. It's worth it! Consider Pulte Mortgage and Insurance, because they make things easy, and they were the lowest cost options in our case. And finally, be patient and flexible, don't stress out if something comes up. Stay focused on how great it is to buy a brand new house. We love our new place.

The layout of the home is the perfect design. Very functional and beautiful! Pulte offers multiple design options to allow you to make your home your own. The building crew kept us informed all along the way. The experience was very pleasant! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Pulte! Our home has exceeded our expectations! Everyone at Pulte has been so helpful and knowledgeable. Our sales consultant Lance was there for us from beginning. He even helped us navigate the school system in our area! Laura was our design consultant and we are so thankful to her! Our vision has truly become a reality. Our construction manager Ed was also very informative. Ed communicated with us through the construction process and made sure everything was perfect for our move in day. My contractors Terry & Barbra was amazing to work with. My home buying process was so smooth with Pulte.

We didn't select Pulte as our builder, we chose a location we wanted and they happened to be the ones building here. We have had similar challenges as other reviewers on this site. We monitored our home throughout the build process and were here every week. It is clear that the quality of some of the trades is lacking and the communication among them was not coordinated. There are so many examples of this, but I'll spare you the details. Lots of rework and repairs that could have been done right the first time if anyone was paying attention. It was very frustrating to watch it all happen and not be able to do anything about it. We were told by our construction manager that "it's all part of the process." We still have punch list items from the build that are not completed over a month later, as many other people have said. The house was certainly not clean as it should have been (or as we were promised it would be) when we took possession. If you are planning to build a home with Pulte, it's good to be prepared for these issues. It was incredibly exhausting to try and manage the build process and keep track of things that we would expect them to keep track of. In the end, we love our neighborhood and we love our home. It could have been a better experience and we would certainly never want to go through it again, but we made it through. Hopefully you will too! ... More

Our home was finished on time. Pulte does some things that are on the cheap side... ie - paint is poor quality. Closet shelves could be better. Some ideas are not the best in actual conception. The home is beautiful though.

Waited for a year for a new home, a lot of construction issues, pushed to close and many unresolved issues in the home. Be aware of these promises and really push closing until rectified

Great team. Everyone was supportive throughout the process and made things as easy as possible.

Builder tried their best to make it but the raw materials used might not be good quality. Had to buy a repaired house instead of new house.

They rushed through to get it closed on time. Multiple things not completed or damaged when moved in. They said they’d fix it but we’ve been waiting over a month with little to nothing getting fixed. Have to keep reaching out and it gets pushed off. Most of the house is still good but bad experience overall. A lot of neighbors had similar experience.

Not even a month in the new home and there is a lot of signs of poor workmanship. Cabinets touched up with permanent marker. Slanted drawers, floors and walls/baseboards.
