The sales process was great! We started with Jim G. and Ken picked up after Jim retired, but Ken was really helpful in keeping us up to date with status and what we needed on our end to do to keep the process moving. Alyssa at the design center was instrumental in helping us find options that best suited our needs and preferences. Her expertise and input in terms of interior design were on point and shows in the finished product. Overall, we are truly impressed with the quality of and value of the home. Our construction manager Justin has been outstanding as well. He has been extremely responsive with any minor fixes we brought to his attention. Within 24 hours of reaching out to him, he's issuing a work order the same day! We have been through the new home buying process several times before and without a doubt, Justin is the best construction manager we have ever worked with. I love my new home by Pulte

The overall build experience was positive. Dan was great to work with in terms of responsiveness, communication, and tried to be as accommodating as possible. The quality of workmanship was lacking (most likely subcontracting). Even after the pre-closing walk through, some of the fixes where not any better than the original issue(s). However, I will say that Dan will work to make things right.

We are so excited to share our process from start to finish and all the different milestones through the journey. It was great watching our home building progress and each stage created more excitement. We were informed of everything at each stage which made things more transparent and easy.

David was the reason we picked Pulte homes we were shopping around from Stuart to Miami and Ft Myers and he sold us on the Fields and help us through the process even post closing. I would highly recommend Pulte just because of are experience with him.

Excellent team in all department, they stick to tje commitment date and good qaulity work. Excellent support team and very helpful.Good trust worthy builders. Thank you for everything.

Our experience buying with Pulte has been great. A good warranty is always something I look for when buying and knowing that I can reach out for any and all issues and get a quick response really provides peace of mind. No matter what kind of home you buy, you will always have "something" that needs to be fixed. I'm very happy with our purchase so far.

During the closing process many issues that came up during multiple inspections were not addressed and we will have to deal with them moving forward with warranty even though the items were inspected in advance, construction manager was asked to make corrections and he agreed it would be completed before closing. Buying from out of town facilitated the team to assure us that everything was done, however, showing up for closing finding out it was not the case. Overall, the house has a feel of an appartment when it comes to the quality of build, poor finishes in several aspects. The kitchen is the exception—it was nicely finished throughout. Otherwise, floors are extremely uneven everywhere, both levels. Visibly with furniture installed (you can see beds are lopsided, side tables, etc), creaky floors in closets, raised spots where closet doors drag in the carpet, gaps between floor and baseboards throughout, gaps between carpet and wall on second floor, bumps and jumps on flooring everywhere, carpet with treads loose sticking out in multiple areas, no transitions between tile and carpet areas, broken toilet seat, missing emergency valve handle, walls with humps. In addition, we realized after moving into the house that there might be upgrades that we paid for that were not installed: for instance, the purchase agreement lists an upgrade for a wood staircase worth several thousand dollars and instead, drywall was installed going up the stairs. We purchased a specked home while living out of state so we were not involved in the building process, we knew everything had already been selected but we expected the considerable amount of upgrades we paid for would be honored, and if something was not completed, the price cost would be deducted. ... Our experience working with the Pulte Homes has overall been a positive one. In particular, Frederick, Loan Consultant was very knowledgable, professional and helpful during our loan process. Chris, High Density Field Manager III/Senior Construction Superintendent and his team have been very extremely helpful, professional, and provided exceptional customer service to us before and after we moved into our home. The quality and style of our home is excellent. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

Sales and construction managers were great overall, responsive and engaging. Major issues related to subcontractors timelinesses and attention to detail. 6 weeks after closing, still a number of unresolved issues which are taking unnecessarily too long to effectively address. This is simply unacceptable for a home in this price range!

Our sales person was poorly trained. For instance, we asked the upgrade cost of a sprinkler system and he said it was not an option. It was, but we didn't find out until after we closed. We chose a floorplan with an extended kitchen. He said it was included in the base price, but when we got to the design appointment, it was a $5800 upgrade. I advise knocking on doors of finished homes and asking questions. The most important issue we had was closing on an unfinished home. We were moving from another state and made all of our plans based on the closing date Pulte provided. We sold our home, packed up and had our belongings with movers when we left our old place. Our Pulte home was not finished and we had no options at that point. We signed a document saying we were accepting the home as finished because we had no choice. We are in the house 6 weeks now and they are working on things, but I would not have moved in with it at this condition, if I had had a choice!! ... More

If Pulte would take just a few extra weeks to finish a home it would make a world of difference. Pulte wants their money without regard to the large amount of money buyers are putting down for their homes. Unfortunately everything is driven by closing a certain number of homes every month so the last two weeks are crazy time as they rush to complete jobs. The trades are under pressure to get their respective jobs done so they rush to complete at the expense of quality.

Probably would not buy another Pulte product.

Pretty happy with our new Pulty home. Our superintendent resigned recently, but it appears thing will get better with our new guy. We were a little disturbed that all our neighbors have a punch list of minor thing as we do, even though they have been here for 10 months. Just little annoyances. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with once we make contact. They should finish up all the existing homes before they plunge ahead with the new ones. Glad we purchased when we did as the price keeps going up. I was aware of the quality going in, but keep reminding myself that this is not a custom home. ... More

The whole process was okay . Everything was on time as promised.

Construction manager John is awesome. Excellent at dealing with issues in a timely manner. Quick responses give us peace of mind. Some of the craftsmanship could use some improvement. Pulte is more focused on quantity over quality

Hi, I bought a home at one of the Pulte communities recently and the home buying process was clear and very easy. the construction manager Josh helped a lot and explains all the Queries at the right time as I am the new buyer. I would recommend Pulte to anyone.

Sales rep was not forthcoming and not up to date with information. It was obvious he was being cautious with what he communicated. Customer Care seemed more about ensuring that issues were addressed and closed as quickly as possible rather than focusing on customer satisfaction. Rep was not helpful and challenging to work with/communicate with.

Pulte has left me with empty promises. It is now been 40 days since I closed on my home and I still have blue tape in my house, crack in my bathtub, scratches on hardwood, kitchen cabinets not complete. I warn you to not close until the home is to your satisfaction.

Everything was a lie the price on the value of the home is off $262,000 you made extra in profit the work and ship was poor had nothing but problem since I moved in over 34 of them and they’re still not solved

I love my home and the model layout we picked is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It took a while for my home to be built and I understand most of the reasoning but a little more communication early on would have been appreciated. Other than that, my 2nd sales guy was great and my field manager was excellent. He was very responsive and addressed most every issue we brought to his attention. We love our neighbors and the community. Thank you

Have been disappointed in the number of issues that have cropped up with appliances and AC. Have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with the responsiveness of Pulte. One issue raised with a dishwasher in one of our units - raised on Sunday. No response from emergency team. Called and mailed multiple times. Then on Wednesday a ticket was raised. Still no resolution. Many other examples This is not helping Pute’s reputation
