While there were some problems at the closing walkthrough, which is normal, James and Travis (our construction manager and his supervisor), worked after closing until everything was perfect. They even remain in-touch today to fix small things as we notice them living in the home.

Excellent quality and customer response.

Buying process was rushed and prevented time to research to avoid surprises, such as the terraced streets with open view fence in the back so that people can see into your yard. We found out you cannot plant anything to effectively block the neighbors from seeing in and that was not disclosed either. Exterior choice is very limited and too many houses look the same. HOA doesn't let you change enough. Also reported some issues that need fixed to the number they gave us and nobody has followed through with even a phone call or email. Our home itself is beautiful inside but the neighbors being able to gawk into the backyard and even see into the house ruins our new house joy. We regret this purchase. ... More

All great everyone worked hard and together

Quality workmanship is nowhere to be found in any phase of build. Contract for purchase was signed one year ago and still unfinished house (outside of house not painted, my guess is will never be caulked, yard is mud and rocks). Every phase of build appears to have been done by a blind two year old. House was just thrown together with attitude of just do it as cheaply as possible with as unskilled labor as is possible. The painting and drywall was awful. The order in which things were done makes no common sense. Why put down flooring before drywall work and painting are done? They sell you things (such as appliances) that they can't deliver. Knowing now one year later, what we are going thru, I could never recommend Pulte. I would love to have a face to face conversation in my (new) Pulte house with someone very high up in the Pulte organization to show them the kind of work that is being done in their name. Jeff has been a great guy to work with and really seems to care about the home owners. I hope that you give Jeff a secretary someday to help him be in mulitiple places at one time.

I am extremely sorry to write this review because it won’t be good. I waited - stalked - this location because it’s where I wanted to build my house. I was so excited to get in on the first release and to get my first choice on my lot. I drove by almost weekly when the house was being built. I was so excited to close on May 23, 2022! And that’s when the trouble began. There are so many issues with this house. And the warranty department is absolutely TERRIBLE! You cannot get ahold of anyone. Every call goes directly to voicemail and there is no point leaving a message because it will go unreturned. Texts are not responded to. Emails are not returned. They literally DO NOT CARE that you cannot take a bath in your new $650,000 brand new home because the cold water line is kinked. When a sun-contractor does show up to complete work, they are the wrong sub (it’s happened to me 3 times now) or they don’t show at all. And the work still sits there unfinished. They do not care that you moved in at the beginning of April with no oven or microwave because of the item being “back-ordered” and that you are being told it will be the end of JULY before you can actually cook in your new home. There was significant delay in completing our home that went beyond pandemic and supply chain issues. Our question as to what happened was never completely answered and initially we were given a less than honest answer. Communication in the beginning was lacking. One individual was terrific however. That was Duke our final project manager. The post sales process is also problematic. We have several lingering issues that are taking several emails and phone calls to get resolved.

Highly recommend Pulte homes. Pulte is the most innovative and best home buying experience! I have seen Pulte homes in MA and Florida .. they are always leagues above all the other new construction homes in this price range. I built a new construction home prior to Pulte .. so I'm familiar with the troubles that building a new construction home can bring. With Pulte, everything was flawless and I was informed every step of the way. Even though there was a delay due to covid supply (obviously a global pandemic) .. I know that I have the best home and best value. There isn't a better feeling than walking into a brand new home with a 1, 3, 5 and 10 year warranty on parts. Thank you to the Pulte team! ... More

Beautiful home. Very responsive team. I wish some of the construction details would have be done with a little more attention.

Overall the quality of the home is good. Very poor communication from the field manager. Once his supervisor and another manager took over, the communication was fine.

I should have known dealing with Pulte was going to be a disaster from day one. From the very initial VIP phone call, all the way through the entire almost 18-month process has been nothing but a disaster and lies. Pulte only cares about the money and does not care about their customers or doing the right thing for its customers. Pulte manipulates and twists things around and takes advantage of their clients. They are greedy and they are unethical. I have more faith and trust in a used car salesman than I do dealing with Pulte. I would never suggest or recommend anyone have a home built by Pulte but if all other options were gone and you had no other choice but to deal with Pulte then I highly suggest you only deal with a gentleman by the name of Josh Earhart. He's the only person I dealt with that I had true integrity and morals. ... More

We started out super excited, this was to be our dream house and the home we would grow old in together! We had simply the BEST Project Manager Ever! Race answered all my questions, he was quick to address both questions and concerns, He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, however.........at closing, there was an issue with the hardwood floors, I was so upset, we had hardwoods through the entire house.........Race jumped into action! He determined the exact issue and what caused it, he scheduled multiple people to come in and evaluate the issue and try to fix it, after exhausting all repair options he is having them replaced. What does this say about Pulte and Race? Well they stand behind their product, they make it right and what you to be happy. If we ever do decide to move again, ( which i really doubt, but you never know) I will certainly pick Pulte over other builders, ( i have built 5 houses in my life....so far LOL) I could only hope Race is still with them! Conclusion, Pulte is a great company with high standards, am i saying everything is always perfect? No, but they make it right if something does come up. ... More

Everything went smoothly and we're extremely happy in our new home.

It was a struggle but we are in. It took over a year from the time we signed. Our closing was changed at least 5 times and most of it we wouldn't find out until the day prior so we missed quite a bit of work for these closings that didn't happen. We still have issues on things being finished so hopefully we get those fixed sooner rather than later. We moved in a month ago and we've had a couple issued addressed but be prepared to find things you didn't know about until after you've lived in the house for a bit.

How well received we were by Kori, Project Manager and Emmanuel, Warranty Manager to solve any usual expected new built issues we experienced. Pulte does a better build of homes in our opinion.

Although PGP Title is separate from Pulte Homes, the experience with them started the home buying experience on a bad note. The individuals we dealt with were incredibly unprofessional and borderline rude. The folks we dealt with at Pulte Homes were nice for the most part but also unresponsive at times. The quality overall has been a bit of a disappointment. There were numerous things left undone at close that we are still trying to get taken care of through their warranty team. It's exhausting having service people in and out; often times showing up unannounced. This is our first home that we built, so maybe some of the items on the punch list are normal but a lot of it appears to be just subpar and rushed workmanship. ... More

This is my third Pulte Home and I the first I was able to choose my options and upgrades on so I thought it would be fun and exciting. Out first Pulte was a quality build and one previous buyers didn’t qualify for so we got a great bargain. The second was a no frills spec home and had a few issues, but Pulte took care of them. This home, the last Pulte I will ever buy, was a nightmare. The quality of materials and workmanship Is horrible and most issues were concealed by each next phase of construction rather than corrected. The trades never cleaned up, leaving rotting food and wrappers and even beer bottles on site daily. Pulte management admits to being held hostage by the trades and said if they complain about the work, the crews just won’t show up. The home was delivered 4 months late and filthy. After 2 days of cleaning, we replaced broken trim, fixed the texture and caulking issues and repainted with quality paint then moved in 13 months after signing our purchase agreement. The only pleasant part of buying this home was the Design Center. Gina was very knowledgeable and helpful and the options were plentiful. ... More

Loved the home. Good quality. On time delivery

Overall was not the experience we expected, thought Pulte would be a very reputable company to work with; however ran into issues every step of the way. Quality is definitely not to expectations of a luxury home, especially for the price we paid and the neighborhood value. The mortgage process was also very poorly managed, we had to close at a much higher interest rate that could have been avoided. Our home exterior is still incomplete with no line of sight when the exterior and landscaping will be complete.

Not only did the delays total four months to move in (7 month window to 11 months), but we’re still waiting on an oven, utility sink, cabinets, etc. Pulte clearly over building while rates are down and not concerned about you once you’ve paid your down payment.

Salesperson Lara was so much fun to deal with. Always had time to answer my questions. The field construction manager Roy was the best. Always on top of things and right there for me

Jimmy is the most unprofessional person I have ever met as well as lazy and incompetent. I have multiple emails noting issues with the house through out this build that would have completely been missed had we not discovered it and made him aware. Multiple times the things I pointed out were ignored unless I stayed on top of him to get it addressed. For the first two months of our build we had zero build updates from him and he blamed a coworker for not adding us to his email list. When we did start getting updates it was apparent he never went by our house and relied on what he read on their online system to tell us what was going on at the house. We just started going to the house the day before the build update so that we could update him with the progress the next day because he was usually unaware of what work had been done. At one point he stopped giving us phone updates and we started receiving email updates from the sales associate. He wanted us to only tell her, the sales associate who is unfamiliar with construction and still had to relay everything to Jimmy, about the issues we were finding with the house. He was completely unaware of the selections made for our house when there were delays because he could never tell us if the delays affected our specific selections. He used that to delay giving us a closing date. First he said he would set a close date when the flooring went in. It went in and then he said he would give us a close date when the countertops went in. Then the countertops went in and he said he would give us a close date when the backsplash went in which is when we finally got one. He blamed all of the delays on Covid even when we were two years into the pandemic. He blamed Covid for being completely unprepared for the final walk through inspection we had already rescheduled once due to his unpreparedness. On multiple occasions he stated to me that he doesn’t build a perfect home which was absolutely disgusting to hear the lack of pride he had in his work. He is a terrible representative of your company and should never be involved with customers. It’s his lack of management and over site of his team that lead to the scratches in the floors but of course it’s not his fault because nothing ever is in his eyes. If he was actually doing his job and monitoring the progress as it went along things wouldn’t have been constantly damaged as the different trades came through to do their jobs. ... More
