On walk - through check carefully and make them fix issues asap

I don’t wish to add a comment other than to say that requiring respondents to do so is poor survey design.

We have been informed of weekly progress, updates and what is the coming up. What we have seen is the material used is great quality, the workman ship is Ok. There are small issues we informed and Denver has been great to work through to get them fixed in timely manner.

The customer service after move not great with response in repairs.

Limited home design budget, overall quality is good (when you upgrade literally everything like we did), Finance wasn’t a good experience, period. They just never called us back nor picked up the phone. They messed up our contract. Home construction manger was very responsive. The warranty manager was very responsive at first, but slowed down a lot in response. The electrician that worked on our electrical issues after closing didn’t follow through. Carpenter was fast and did quality work.. Construction trash left in drain of one of the bath tubs, after the complainant it drained slow before closing. Size of house is nice, so is layout. The overall experience was okay. Be extremely prepared to pay attention to all of the various details since you will have a short window to make updates and changes throughout the build process. The quality of the home is okay, but the attention and quality of the finishing details left a lot to be desired. We were not pleased with the drywall, paint and trim work. Overall, it looked very rushed to meet deadlines and the lack of quality shows.

The builder was great however once you get into your home and start dealing warranty they are not that good. I have had several issues since moving in. I haven’t been in my home 2 months and AC technician have already had to come out three times. I also put in warranty request and it takes over a week for reply and sometime I even have to resend an email to get reply. I have not been pleased with Pulte since I have closed. I hope the service gets better!

All the people from Pulte we dealt with were fantastic. Our GC Jim, sales rep Andrea, mortgage rep Marcela and everyone else were great. Basic construction of the home was solid. Our own independent pre-drywall inspection was very good, however it was the finish work of paint, cabinetry and finish carpentry that was left short. Several broken cabinet doors, cheap flat paint with many sloppy errors, trim and door frames damaged and covered up. Other items were a damaged hood vent, electrical outlet not even hooked up, missing cabinet hardware for an entire bathroom and data cabling not terminated correctly to name just few. We have had homes built before and have been through the process. Many of these items should have been caught and fixed before move in. The purchase and building process was on point! Trying to get items that need repair/replaced has been a very slow process!

Great buy the only thing is that they build the homes too quick that they miss a lot of things before the walk through. Slow to respond n to repair the issues.

The builder is good, but things are still not rectified even after doing so many follow ups.

Overall Construction is great .

I don’t have any experience with the builder. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get on the webpage in case a problem arises.

It has been a month and my temporary microwave is not yet replaced by the proper one. The temporary microwave was installed to get the certificate of occupancy so that they can keep the closing date and not postpone the closing date. I was told it will be done in 10 days, but even after 1 month, the proper microwave is not installed.

Painting quality is low. I'm noticing a lot of imperfections in painting.

All models with small sandwiched furnace rooms beware of furnace noise issues.

This is the second home I purchased from Pulte , the first home everything went smoothly everything was in place and it was well built . The design center was informative and helped picking and choosing design products . The new purchase was a little different , the home seems to be well built, but we have a problem the design center . When picking finishes and appliances there was a problem . When picking the appliances , we were not informed by the design sales person that the refrigerator that we had pick did not fit in the opening . The refrigerator should have been cabinet height but the standard refrigerator protrudes from the cabinets by 8” .I am hoping that John Mc Murray the problem adjuster can correct this issue. ... Pulte sales team is top notch and design center is well organized and easy to pick out things. The design and some of the craftsmanship is well done. The finish needs some work. Spackling, Nail pops, lines in ceiling, spaces in flooring Give the home an unfinished look. I’ve had a difficult time scheduling to fix some of these items. As a professional I expect E-mails at least be answered within 48 to 72 hours. You get a generalized email (automated) but nothing of a dressing concerns or scheduling to fix concerns.My best advice would be is to not close until everything in your house is fixed and to your liking. Do not believe that they will come out within the first 30 days and fix any items that need to be corrected. We are over the 30 days and I’m still waiting for a scheduling date. Overall excellent builders, however as we all Understand home is one of the life’s biggest investments, a little more care and promptness towards buyer and their choices would further add cherry on the cake.

I am satisfied with most Pulte has done. The after part needs some help. We have had some plumbing issues that are not emergency’s. Reached out to Pulte to see about getting repairs now so the issue does not get worse. It has been 2 weeks and have not heard back. Not sure if their customer service team is backed up. Either way they need to do better here.

Very nice home floor plans & options/interior selections, great structural framing, but poor finish work: you can see drywall seams, dings/gouges in door trim, poor paint coverage on trim (can see nail holes). Won’t do it right the first time, but can do it under warranty after you move in (maybe?)!

After making a deposit, we waited months for our home to begin construction. We paid for an unfinished garage. However, the sheet rock, tape and mud were a mess and required a professional to smooth out the wall and make them paintable. All of this was added expenses that could've been avoided.

Having had a Pulte home built 21 years ago, we decided to purchase another Pulte home.

My experience was good, only I lacked that at the time of showing the property in this case the model house to emphasize what the house does not bring, such as improvements, in this case, better floors, the dashboard, the metal, and wooden handrails, improved walls. I understood that the house was delivered as it was taught to us and when I received it I was disappointed that what I had seen and bought was not what they were giving me and all because the sellers were not clear at the time of showing the property.
