Very slow almost non responsive in correcting issues after the closing. I’m not talking small things. They are very slow or non responsive to correct the issues. No matter how serious they may be. Yes I repeated my self. That’s how ignored I feel.

Stay on top of your superintendent. They throw these houses up quickly and do NOT pay attention to quality. I had multiple walls that were not square and are still being fixed two months after we moved in. Once you sign and move in you are not a priority.

Over all it was an okay experience. The workmanship seems rushed and we don’t feel like it was detail oriented due to it was a bigger company with many units that were being worked on all at once. With staffing changes within the company, as buyers we suffered insufficient communication which lead to some complications with our overall process.

Very Flexible and good builders

I’m extremely upset not finishing work after I moved like my laundry room should be gas point for my dryer I have numerous email phone call text but up to date I’m without dryer construction manager Ryan not helpful at all my flooring needs to fix over a month nothing done broken fence that’s before I moved in and numbers of promises still not been done I would not recommend to my friend or family I really had bad experiences with construction manager I’m very upset Thank you

I would like to thank Gabriel who made it possible for me and my family to have our beautiful home . He believed in me , we have only been in this country for 1yr 7 months but he made our dream come true of being a home owner here in America ,he kept us up to date with everything and he always answered our calls when ever we called him . This house took 7 months longer to build than anticipated. Sloppy, dirty, incomplete work. Horrible attention to detail. I closed 2 months ago and there are still broken cabinets that need to be fixed and the microwave/oven combo is still MIA with no ETA. You have to beg for updates. Everything that I pointed out and placed blue tape on during the walk thru, either didn’t get done or I was told by Jose that nothing could be done about it. The things he promised to get fixed, never got fixed and they just went around and removed the blue tape but never fixed the items. I am a single mom who works full-time and I worked very hard for this house. I absolutely feel as though they are taking advantage of me by giving me a sloppy, incomplete house and just sitting on it knowing I don’t have time to hound them everyday for what should have been done in the first place. I am still scraping paint and grout off of tiles, handles, carpets, walls and fixtures that it doesn’t belong on. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. A collection full of lies, slander, insults to the personality and intelligence of the customer, I spent nearly a million dollars, my house lasted 24 months instead of 6 months , During this time, the Pulte managers in MN committed racial discrimination instead of apologizing. Eventually, instead of enjoying our first home in the land of dreams, we will carry a bag of pain and insults for the rest of our lives. This is my Pulte Experience for USA welcoming

It took from Sept. to one day before closing (March 31st) to tell us we were approved for a mortgage. It should not take that long. Still having issues after closing and I hope they can be resolved.

Great brands and materials used during construction! Communication with our sales rep and construction manager was quick and easy during the process.

I would not recommend Pulte homes to anyone. I anticipated the quality and craftsmanship to be below average, but Pulte went even below that. I have a strong background in construction management so I expected that I'd have to fix some minor issues, but each day that we are in the home, I find another shortcut taken by the contractors that they use. I would recommend to any potential buyer, do extra research and find a builder who still has pride in their work and treats customers right, instead of just a number. These homes are too expensive to be built this poorly.

No new home is “perfect” but Pulte certainly aims for that and as a result you will take delivery of something quite great. Pulte is also very VA friendly and zero down to them means 0 down. Now fellow Vets if you have debt keeping you from being where you need to be to qualify you may have to put some skin in the game to level the playing field. Don’t construe that as a down payment. Construe that as Pulte genuinely wanting to make sure you can afford the payment and not get in over your head. They also give Vets a break on the earnest money needed to hold your lot and build. This is not something that is typically waived as they would be taking all the risk but at 50% off for Vets it ensures your commitment to the build and makes it affordable to you at the same time. Other builders simply won’t do that but Pulte does and even gives a Home Town Hero credit towards your purchase. Very Vet friendly and it is appreciated. My direct neighbor is a Former Marine and our neighbor across the street is a Sailor so there you go. I will not recommend anyone to buy pulte house , it would be better if you buy small builder house and save your money. Pulte is very bad and they don’t build quality house. Provide wrong in while booking and hide things at contract time.

The pandemic and weather slowed the process down which was frustrating but the builder and office staff kept us informed and worked with us.

My experience with the builder team was great. They always responded but there are things I guess are not in their control when it comes to trades. I have so much pending. So frustrating. My experience in that matter has not been the best. 30days after closing still chasing after to get trades to complete the punch list. I believe Pulte could do better with their process about building and completing.

Awesome team effort..right from inception..Salvatore to Stefano...everyone was brilliant

Our family has purchased five Pulte homes in the past few years. Pulte has changed. Their mortgage company will tell you they will work with you on pricing but then not match a competitive bid. Construction was a disappointment from start to finish. Sub contractors did poor work and not mutch follow up by supervision. Pulte insisted on closing on a home that was not finished and very dirty. We are still trying to get warranty work done. I understand the times we are living in but that is no excuse for poor craftsmanship or Pulte saying there is nothing they can do about it.
