Slow response prior to and after purchase. Questions were sometimes ignored or took several weeks to hear back. Never heard from the field manager during the entire build.

The team did the best they could with the challenging subcontractor base.

Beautiful, well built. The grounds are well kept. Nicely landscaped. The appliances are okay, but to me, are not as good or easy to use as the ones in my old house.

Quality of workmanship: no major issues but is lacking in attention to detail. Drops of paint and drywall mud on the flooring throughout the home, and in the showers. Trustworthiness: overall a pleasure to work with, the sales department was very helpful and informative. During a warranty repair where the bottom of a sliding closet door was falling apart it was found that all of the sliding closet doors were having the same issue. When the repairman called the building manager to report what we had found the building manager seemed annoyed that he was calling her while standing in front of me and was trying to sweep it under the rug. Value for price paid: as with anything there will always be minor things that come up. For the price paid I would have liked a little better attention to detail, but overall value seems very comparable to the price paid. Everything went well, except the delayed closing (only partially due to COVID-19). Build quality is very good.

Make sure to pick out all your options and review everything, don’t be rushed. It’s your money, wish I could go back and make some changes!

Title department is good. They expalin everything indetail, as a first time buyer It was very helpful

Recommend to ask lots of questions when building new. To participate in the building process as much as possible. We were out of state and were not able to fully participate or visit. Pulte has a great on -site manager at Primus, who is very professional & responsive to our questions after we have moved in, as well as setting up vendor returns for any needed corrections timely.

Pulte Exceeded expectations at all levels of the home building process. We are very happy with the finished home. Very elegant!

Several changes made without notifying me

We love our new home and are very excited to be living here. There were some minor issues and some details of the home that we're not exactly how we envisioned but for the most part we are very satisfied.

We very much like our new house

Despite the delays brought by the global pandemic, our Pulte Home’s build proceeded and was turned over to us. We’re happy to be in our new home.

The house is nice. Material and workmanship lacking a little. They are extremely responsive to issues.

We love the house and the craftsmanship is incredible. The post sale responsiveness to a service tickets has been terrible and borderline unacceptable. Apparently caring about a customer after money is in the bank ends.

I like the home but having been in the trades I am not thrilled with some of the workmanship. For the cost of the home I expected more.

Great sales team. Working with the developer was great. Consistent and transparent in providing information on Phase II development progress. Can be confident that you are getting accurate information. Options for selecting finishes, appliances and other items can be limiting. For example, we wanted a free standing tub, which should be a standard option, but was not available. Instead had to get the surround tub, which in my opinion is more costly to build out. Workmanship and materials are average, which in my opinion is OK, but for a luxury home, more attention to detail should be a requirement. This is our second new home through Pulte. So far, we have been happy with our purchase. Pulte does a good job building. The finish has left a few flaws, but we are certain Pulte will handle. My only concern is that the neighborhood should only have so many rentals, but have noticed that atleast six rentals surrounding my home. This should not have been allowed.

You will have high expectations when you get house from Pulte. I was not happy at all initially the way house delivered. But after some days Tim and his team helped me, turn it around and change my perception towards Pulte. Tim listed all my issues and address them one by one during this extra ordinary situation. Thanks Greg, Tim, Jon and Brian for all their effort and helping the community.

We've bought several new homes. Pulte's design and value are superb. Some of the workmanship and materials have been disappointing, however haven't spoiled our experience. Where our experience has been spoiled is the mediocre communication we've received from sales rep Crystal and Builder/Warranty guy Stuart. Their communication, efforts, and enthusiasm come across halfhearted. There is still some simple work on my home that needs to be done that has taken weeks and still not resolved. Who do I need to speak with that cares and has urgency???

We have always heard of Pulte’s reputation for customer service. This is why we decided to build with them. We loved our salesperson, and builder. We love the design of the home. The only issue we have is with some of the options they offer. The materials can be sub-par, and for this price point we expected better. We have built 5 homes, so we know what to expect. We lived in another state, so we were not able to keep watch or monitor progress as we would have if we lived in the area. If we had known that the options we chose were low-level, we would have paid to upgrade. Otherwise, Pulte lived up to their reputation for overall customer service. ... More

Cracks in basement walls. Waiting for resolution Fault contractor not Pulte but Pulte is the builder

Overall excellent home and excellent pulte north team

We love it but follow up on issues has been very slow.

Generally pleased. There were a few issues that should have been resolved prior to closing.one such item was outside landscaping.
