I have a suggestion for pulte when working w seniors. I think they could give more support to senior house buyers that are not as experienced as young ones on the internet. This issue came up for me and my husband often during the mortgage phase of this experience.

Purchase, closing and after care very professional and efficient.

Pulte builds homes quickly and the workmanship is very good, however, it is not excellent. In some cases, the workers did not clean up all of their glue, paint, and caulk residues, making move in more work than expected.

I will base my response base on the star categories. In terms of the quality of workmanship and materials, it could of been better. I understand that in the housing market, builders want to finish homes asap. However, quality should always be more important than quantity when trying to please your customers. With the inflation of homes, i felt that the price for my home was very acceptable. The trustworthy of Pulte was not bad, however, I get it, when the seller is buying the house, all resources are available to that potential customer. But once that customer actually buys the house, you are forgotten and replaced by another potential customer. Lastly, although there were many issues with my house, the responsiveness of the Pulte Homes was quick to acknowledge my concerns and were able to resolve those issues. Good home and professional staff

So far so good, we are just here for 45 days, no problem found. Good small community.

The house is great overall & our builder Brian was awesome the whole way through the process. This was my third house to build and his communication was by far the best I have experienced. Through the process we switched lots and because it required a new contract we were charged the new higher prices that went into effect after our original signing (they had our earnest money and easily transferred that over though). It left a bad start to the process for what felt like a lack of customer service and more of a bottom line deal. Lastly be ready to upgrade features to get the house that you want as their base level is very plain. Brian was the best part of the process and the house turned out great, but our early on experience with management made me question if the company wants happy homeowners or as much money as possible from everyone. ... Field manager was outstanding with advocacy for the homeowner and responsive communication. Slower than expected sales reflect a less than ringing endorsement regarding the value for the price paid for this community. Reasonable quality of materials and workmanship overall, but some areas could have been better for the price of the house. Particularly disappointed that the drywall seams in the garage were not finished. Also, the double hung windows have a fixed upper half, making it extremely difficult to clean the outside. Also, the lack of outlets in the unfinished basement is troublesome. ... More

Was mostly satisfied with the building process. The finishing was not not the best. Some issues although minor were not up to expectation. More effort needed on fine details especially when a home is new.

I wasn't overly impressed with any aspect of the process except our contractor (who's now leaving the company.) Pulte Mortgage was reliable except for the local VP who was on a power trip and a little rude. Fortunately, I only had one interaction with him. Our contractor and mortgage contact, Zach, were the people I trusted the most. The workers that build the house and mostly unreliable to do quality work unless the contractor stays on top of them. Focus on electricity condition

Nice house but pricey for what you get.

It’s been over a month that we moved and it’s nice, we’re enjoying the home. There’s no big issues. Couple of small issues fixed by the service team.

Construction and closing process when very well. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

Good Builder, could do a better job of fixing little details. Would use them again or refer

Our new Parklane Pulte home is so beautiful and comfortable! The floor plan is very functional and we’re enjoying living here!

Overall process was very streamlined

Very responsive team in communication but action is a bit slow maybe for valid reasons. Just a few items we are not happy with—we have to walk into a dark garage to find the light switch. The dining area light can only be switched from one side, We may have to spend extra to have an electrician rewire these light switches . The grading around the house draws water in, instead of away, this is being reviewed by construction manager. Good overall.

The overall experience did take some time. Going with the builder lender did have its set backs as communication was a major issue. The overall build is good. Seem as if some things were rushed. Little things didn’t get picked up and we had to go back and fix them during the walk through and 30 day inspection. Neighborhood is greAt. Lincoln the builder is a good guy helped with lots of issues and fixed them all.

Built the Furman Plan on River Green and put in all the options that we could think off. Wish we extended the Gathering room since we spend most of our time there. Very happy with the open floor plan and proximity to everything. Love the Master on main. Downsized from a 3600 sq ft house to a 2880 sq ft house and we feel that we are not cramped and have plenty of space for everything that we need.

We had a few issues but they were addressed in a timely manner. The team seemed genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. Wasn't thrilled with the Pulte Title experience, but on the builder side and the management of the construction, we were satisfied. Would indeed do it again, knowing what we know now.

I requested for a lawn repair for over 3 weeks and nothing has happened

We love our home. Working through several final details/issues has been sucessfull so far, I never give 5 star ratings on anything as a rule, this is sure close ;) Built a house prior to this, which was a nightmare, what a difference, in a good way, this time.
