I love the floor plan and how it was designed. I'm having issues with a design flaw reference the master shower. Hopefully it gets corrected.

We love our home. Fell in love when we first walked through it. Bruce is an amazing salesman and was spot on through the whole process. We appreciate the guy tremendously. Materials... we are finding some here and there issues, but nothing detrimental. We do think that some of the contractors used should be reconsidered; however, we are happy nonetheless. The construction crew... Kelly... we adore. She knows her stuff and we feel as if she is the cherry on top to the experience. After the sale.. not extremely happy with our sales team here at our home site, but totally looking past the unprofessionalism displayed. Pulte Mortgage.. Tylene and Jeff.. AMAZING! The position of ceiling light is not reasonable, I bought a 8-bed house, but there is no light above the dinning table, very strange.

Our home in many respects is a prototype as it is the first one in a new communitee. Local building code issue, design centers lack of complete details on the project and other small details that need to be addressed will answer the questions related to our overall experience. The above "Star" ratings should NOT be considered a final rating, only a rating on the process. We have every expectation that the final rating will be a FIVE plus. Pulte homes are a good value. The neighborhood is great, quiet and safe.

Everyone involved in the process was professional and helpful in every way possible, I highly recommend to friends and family to stop by and talk with someone, so they can receive the same satisfaction that I have received.

As this being my first home buying process- Pulte made the experience enjoyable, contrary to all the horror stories I've heard with home buying. The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. The Builder was also very pleasant to work with. Everything that was promised was delivered with great quality and satisfaction. Not once did I feel I was getting the run around or receiving false information. The quality of the home superb and I'm happy to have them as my first home builder.

Realistically priced and good to very-good quality of materials and workmanship, Pulte Homes are truly built to be lived-in. The designed living spaces feel like they are made with real-life conditions and not model-quality living. I found the people who work for Pulte are very friendly and down to earth. The only suggestion I would give to new home buyers is to do a regular inspection of your home during the build process and you will save yourself a lot of future frustrations.

Not bad, a bit below my expectation.

Our new home is beautiful and the quality is without question. However, don't think that a high price home is without its faults. Pulte has been fixing the issues, but response is very slow and communication is sporadic. At least things are being fixed. I would buy this home again, despite the issues.

Still have issues with the refrigerator and light switches in the kitchen. Also, master bath shower surround has scratches that need to be addressed.,

Pulte homes are very functional and have great open floor plans. I'm overall satisfied with the purchase of our home, but if you are looking to purchase a Pulte home be aware during the final walk through. I started noticing the the quality of the paint, tile and overall build which is not excellent, but average.

Overall, Pulte builds a good home. The one area we were not happy with was the quality of the finish trim work - too many gaps and too much caulk used to hide mistakes. Our field manager was OK but not overly responsive. Workmen were very sloppy. Strongly recommend with Pulte or any of the big builders that you visit the property at least every other day to make sure things are done properly. Would not recommend having the home built while you are living elsewhere as you will likely have a few unpleasant surprises when you show up for the closing.
