We liked the school in our neighborhood and the home was built with reliable materials.

We recently purchased a new condo, built by Pulte, in the Potomac, Maryland area. The experience could not have been better. The sales associate, Devon, was professional, friendly, and very understanding of our needs. She guided us through the processes, even calmed some anxiety on our part. The construction supervisor, Sean, was also terrific. He kept us informed on construction progress and met with us at important stages as our condo was being completed. He was always available to take calls or e-mails and was extreme helpful as we moved in, making sure that our unit was ready for us. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience after purchasing the home. Overall, while the materials used in the homes appear to be on the lower end, —especially for the lower models—but not a major concern for me. I know the builder is aware of this, and I do appreciate that there is a two-year warranty in place. Additionally, the responsiveness of the team when submitting service tickets has been very good, which I value. That said, from a pricing perspective, I do feel that my home was overvalued, and I would like to explain why. After I completed my purchase, I learned that another nearly identical home was offered with a $45,000 cash incentive, whereas I received only $20,000 and out of that 20k, 10k was used towards home value because it was listed for a higher price. I also heard that the other home was renovated to help facilitate its sale, while I was not provided with any similar upgrades or incentives, despite purchasing at a higher price point. I understand that market conditions change and that incentives can vary, and at this stage I realize there may not be much that can be done. Everything has been great. Our builder Patrick has been very responsive with any issues we have brought to his attention. Overall a very positive experience.

Everythign was easy with Pulte, great customer service and easy process,

I went to the open house at Harbor Square. Talked with Andrea, who was very informative, about wanting to buy but I wanted my son to see the models. I scheduled a day to bring my son and she was able to show him the model with the garage, which we now live in!! What was really awesome is when Robert was able to show us both what our home looked like before all the drywall was installed. Along with all the extra safety features that will keep us both safe while enjoying our new home! Andrea and Robert, thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my home with Pulte. From start to finish, the process was smooth, well-organized, and clearly communicated. The quality of the home and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Daniella and Johnny were absolutely amazing to work with—professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a quality builder and a great home-buying experience.

Generally speaking, we had a terrific experience and are thrilled with our new home. It is well built, excellent quality overall, and nearly all the details were completed in a timely manner. We did find it a bit challenging to complete all the steps from another state and had to make a few unexpected trips rather than having to make such important decisions virtually. We also missed a few details at the end - there is an incredible to-do list and items to organize that comes at you at that point and we are still waiting to have those details addressed but we do have a year. A 5 for sales and customer care support. A 1 for Pulte Mortgage bringing overall rating to a 3. An overwhelming and overly complicated mortgage loan process. Too many people involved, confusing and conflicting online communications. Only objective was to get as much information as they could so the mortgage could be packaged and sold within days of closing to Fannie Mae. Exasperating process.

I was lied to throughout the whole process by both Pulte and my Agent. I was told i could build a pool in the backyard and then found out once construction started there was a huge 15 ft drainage easement in my backyard that i cant build anything on. No one tried to help, Pulte essentially said too bad so sad. They tried to offer a different lot but none of them would work for our model home we wanted. Also after we closed we had plumbing issues and they ignored us. They sent out the plumber with only a plunger and he plunged our toilets for 15 mins. Nothing happened and he left saying he fixed the issue. The same toilet buid up happened again, i begged them to send the plumber once more this time with a camera. They sent the plumber with only a snake, couldnt find anything they said. And then finally it happened a third time, but this time the toilet downstairs exploded everywhere and soaked my floors, baseboards and carpet in sewer water. We are currently without flooring in our home due to the stupidity of Pulte. We would never ever buy from Pulte again and are thinking about legal action. ... More

Overpriced the on Quality of workmanship & materials

Too many surprises. HOA is non-responsive. Monthly fee is too high for the service provided. Salespeople and building supervisors are very nice and the exception to the rule. Home itself has numerous minor issues. Phone service is spotty which is a real problem. Internet service has issues.

Jason, our project manager was terrific answering questions and tending to our’punch out’ list.

Quality Built homes in a great neighborhood setting. Great for all generations. Soon to open parks and amenity center will be an awesome hub this neighborhood. We moved from busy Southeast Florida and love the relaxed and peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. Still has a feel off country living with nearby access to stores and shopping. The builder has been very responsive to any call out. We are very satisfied with our experience with Pulte at the Landings

Talk about a “all in one”experience! Whole process was very simple. Financing was a tad more painful than usual. Tons of askings of the same documents and explanations for minute items but all in all, not bad at all.

Really loved my home buying experience with Pulte! From Mary’s exceptional sales support to Ryan’s construction diligence, to the amazing home I now have I am SO happy I went with Pulte and would definitely do it again!!

Very bad after sale

We purchased a spec home in a new neighborhood. I think we were the 10th closing for the neighborhood. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, we had a rookie salesman that wasn't the greatest, but tried hard. The other salesperson was awesome! All in all, I think we got a great value for our new home. I think we paid almost 15% less than it's worth. Definitely worth looking into Pulte.

James made the move-in experience a breeze, and endured all items from the blue tape ceremony were corrected prior to move-in! I really appreciate James thoroughness!!

I love my home, my overall experience was great had it not been for permit delays that were very unexpected and not well handled. Other than that, I have no complaints

Everything from start to end was handled so professionally. Closed in 12 days and couldn't have went smoother. It's been over a month now since I closed and they still take my calls with questions and handle in a timely manner. Kevin at Beacon Pointe Village is A++ in my books.

My experience was awesome from Ty Warren, my sales representative to Matt Bullard, my building contractor. Ty is the first impression that you receive from Pulte and no one could represent your company any better. Matt is absolutely fantastic. He was so caring and listened to each and every concern that I had. He met each and every one in a caring and professional manner. He went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. I am so pleased and I LOVE my new home. Thank you.
