They were able to finish the home ahead of time and surprised us.

My experience with buying the home was great. I am disappointed in the fact that I was told that everything on the punch list would be resolved before closing. It was not. After closing was told to go through the home warranty. During the move process, found more structural issues...part of the floor in the upstairs bedroom is missing but was carpeted over to conceal, snow blowing in through the walls. Overall, I'm very happy with the home.

Overall, we had a great experience working with our sales rep and construction team. The only downside was that since we purchased our home before the model home was built or any specs, you don't always know what you are getting. The master bedroom, master bath and closet are smaller than it should be!

We moved in over two months ago and are still waiting on things to be fixed that were on the celebration walkthrough list. We have to continue to follow up

Home was built with reasonable quality that one would expect from a national builder. Pulte has been very responsive addressing minor issues. Tim, the construction supervisor was very helpful during the build process.

There are so mony great things I can say about the whole process of building and closing on my new home, but I have to say that I have had issues with it being cold in my lower level that are still not resolved after having been in my corner unit for over 7 weeks. Folks - I really dislike leaving bad feedback but, when I say my lower level is cold, I mean it was 45 degrees on that floor with ice coming out of the wall socket, all around the windows and even on my wall. When I would hold a candle up to the socket and window, it would blow out. I have had a really difficult time getting someone out to help and have done everything I can to mitigate the cold myself, but it hasn't really helped. After talking to several people and making multiple phone calls, someone came out about two weeks ago to do an infrared scan of the area. What they found was significant cold coming from the socket and the window on the side of my corner unit. The gentleman said that someone forgot to put insulation around the socket. He ended up filling it with expandable insulation but said he couldn't do anything about the windows. The IR scan, he said, would be sent off to another team and they would call me in about 1-2 business days. A week later, I heard nothing. I started making phone calls again to try and figure out who was supposed to take care of the issue. I was able to contact someone who said that the socket guy did not let anyone know that the windows needed to be fixed and I would get a call from that team in 1-2 business days. Again, another week later, I heard nothing. I called and left a message saying that I never received a call, my lower level is UNLIVEABLE and living like this is unacceptable (it HAS warmed up to 55 degrees though)! I did receive a call back today and was told someone will be coming to look at it tomorrow. I am HOPING this will resolve it, but based on how it has been going, I'm not very confident. ... More

Antoine was superb in responding all out queries. The only cons with the process was the walk around in the house during the handover. Nevertheless, the total experience with pulte was great.

Not the best. Could have been better.

The house, the layout, and the option were tremendous and well thought out. However we were promised certain items to be finished and installed but almost 2 months after we are still waiting for those items. Additionally, during the build process, the communication was very good but after the signing it went to nearly non existent where I have to make office visits to find out any information.

Overall the house is gorgeous, very nicely designed, spacious, and modern. And most of the work is done quite well, such as electrical and cabinets. But others, especially painters, are terrible. They actually made other trades' work worse. The painters painted over all electrical outlet and switch covers, sprinkler heads, etc. Really terrible paint job, so just be prepared for that.

Despite some early headaches in the build process, we are ultimately happy with our new home.

Higher a third-party inspector for the house We did find a couple of things that needed to be fixed and Pulte took care of that.

This is our 4th new build and 2nd Pulte home. Overall the experience has been easy, adaptable and well documented with good communication. Within reason, several small adjustments were permitted to their floor plans. Granted that the world is a different place in 2022 and supply chain issues plague everyone, but Pulte has been able to acquire all material for the build. Am still waiting on an appliance but that is out of their control. That being said, they have not been very communicative with me about estimated time of arrival though. Quality of workmanship has been a bit of an issue. While they are a big builder, labor is still scare but the quality of the interior finish has been of a lower quality than I have ever experienced. Numerous drywall finish issues that were painted over. Pre-close clean was not very thorough. Overall, Pulte is a professional, easy-to-work with company that has the power of size working for them so we were from contract to close in less than a year. The styles and options they present are current, timeless and quality. The neighborhood aesthetics are well thought out and executed. We look forward to enjoying our Pulte home for years to come. ... We had an amazing salesperson in Gita and the last two months of our build, the project manager David was phenomenal. Initially the responsiveness to issues were slow. That changed immediately when David took the responsibility of our property. Since moving in, there are minor issues we have discovered, and I am happy to say that 90% of these have been addressed. We planned on making this our forever home, therefore finding a builder with a respected reputation to quality was important. We believe we nailed it with Pulte. We would absolutely recommend Pulte to our family and friends.

We like our home. Overall good quality materials and workmanship. Issues very slow to resolve.

Buying the home in general was good. Happy to have a great community. There were significant delays but this is expected in these days. The closing was poor because the docs were not aligned. It took over 3 hours when Pulte was the closer. After moving in we began to see the small issues. That's when you see the details in your home. We can see over spray in paint, small droppings of caulking and poor caulking. A tiny chip on a wood plank mWe've requested service for these. I call it the turnstile because they push to get you in the house because the next batch of homes need to get handled. But those small details should be handled better before calling the home complete. Otherwise maybe I'm just being picky ... More

Our original contract showed we would be in the house within 6 months and it was just about a year before we finally closed. As for workmanship, we feel there is a lot of improvement needed. Exterior concrete work is poorly done, we had issues with our cabinets, the wrong breaker was put in for our garbage disposal & wires were lose, we had issues getting our internet & cable done correctly, countertop had to be replaced due to staining on it, sheet rock was cut wrong on a corner yet it was left & painted over and grouting around bathtub not done correctly. Overall the pre purchase, keeping us informed on timely manner, meeting deadlines, closing all worked great. Materials quality also seems to be good, but it is just the beginning. Post warranty attention needs improvement, need the team to share some ETAs or timelines which is missing. All homes do have some issues to fix after we get in which is normal but attending to it and giving ETAs needs improvement.

Overall, it was a decent experience. Mistakes were made, and we had to catch some of them ourselves. So, it is not a worry-free or hands-off building process. You do need to stay more engaged and provide more oversight than I had anticipated. Some communications can get dropped or take several days to get a response. So, be prepared to wait or do several follow-ups. Other than that, things turned out fine and there are no major issues with the house at this point.

I appreciate all your work but it is so important have the walk tru done before the closing, to check that everything is well done, because all the mortgage process was fine, but we received the house 10 days after the closing date and so far we have some issues with the house and the garden without repair.

Have had a decent experience so. There are some issues like some electrical ports not working, planted tree that didn’t survive .. etc Trees are apparently not covered under warranty even if they have been planted just before closing and didn’t survive even for a month but was assured it will survive. They don’t want to take care of it. Some of the contracts are very slow to respond or won’t respond at all when issues are raised under warranty at all, have to follow up frequently.

Our overall homebuyer experience was good and we are happy with our home and the service extended to us throughout the process.
