Use Enrique because he is the only reason that we bought with Pulte. The female in the office was rude to both me and me and my wife.

Timely update and Resolving any concern are most important factors to buy new house. This was greatly entertain by Pulte.

For such a large builder, one would expect lot more choices. For example, there were about 5 choices for faucets. If you choose anything other than what it comes with the base plan, you will pay 3-4 times the market price. On the good side, the Pulte people I worked with - sales and construction - are good people and trying their best, in spite of the corporate restrictions.

Whole process was very smooth and timely, esp considering the market we are in. I moved from 1200 miles away so it went better than expected. The warranties offered by Pulte give me peace of mind that anything that comes up later will be handled.

The builder, his construction manager and his warranty team were very responsive to any issues that arose during the building of our house. Unfortunately, we had some subcontractors whose work was well below average, specifically the painter and whomever installed the duct work. The painter left many drips imbedded in our grout and the baseboards are a mess. Three ducts in our house contained styrofoam that prevented the fans from working properly. 30 days after closing and our kitchen cabinets still need trim work that should of been installed at closing. I would not upgrade most options as they are overpriced and of poor quality. Very poor quality of workmanship throughout the home.

Pulte scheduled my home to close on January 31 - well before it was ready for a new buyer. Several weeks before the scheduled closing, I saw what a terrible state the home was in and asked if they were sure they'd be ready. They assured me they would. Well, it came time for the walk through, which takes place a few days before closing so that they have time to finish any small punch list work before the actual closing date. The house was a DISASTER. I told them I would not close unless they agreed to fully complete my punch list, which had well over 100 items on it. They confirmed they would do everything I asked for. So, I agreed to close. Well, you probably know the rest of the story. It is now March 9, and there are still so many major unfinished and defective items in my home (since closing, I think all they've done is come and touch up paint, which was the least of my worries). What's worse is that Pulte is now pushing back saying they're not willing to do things they promised to do as a condition of the closing! I'm beside myself. I would NEVER recommend anyone purchase a Pulte home. I WISH i was able to upload pictures of the $692,000 home as they sold it to me. ... More

Good experience overall. However, Pulte doesn't offer customization. It would be nice if 1% to 2% of the budget was for personal customizations especially for older people. In the noise of building there were too many lapses on their part of what we wanted. Their response usually was that "is was not in the contract", well yes, if Pulte didn't write it down and put it in the contract. But overall the workmanship is good, layout is good, and response from company is good.

We had an awesome experience (Builders team)from the initial purchase of the home from the help/ extended by the sales rep(JC) who helped us thru the process. To the customer care manager(BP)who was very responsive and accommodating in resolving issues with the new home much to our grateful satisfaction. Thank you.

We just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Pulte Homes who helped us create our dream home! It was an awesome and wonderful experience and we would highly recommend Pulte Homes. We absolutely love our new home and have received many compliments on it! It was built with the highest quality and turned out even more beautiful than we ever imagined. I think the Pulte employees were all very well intentioned. I cannot know that about management as my interaction with them was lacking. I do think they were more interested in getting the house finished/closed than build quality. I feel like the completion of the house was rushed to get it closed. That's been reflected in the final appearance - the painting is seriously poor. We could have done a better job. Looks like 1 coat, numerous show through areas, ceiling paint on walls, wall paint on ceiling, semi-gloss on ceiling touch up areas, dry wall voids; crooked bathroom light fixture; severe scratching on cabinets. ... Pulte homes are built in good quality.

Daniel really stood out - very helpful, prompt, and effective in all issues so far.

Pulte was overall very good to work with and produce a reliable home. Our field manager was great and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Good comfortable house. Things to be fixed take longer than expected. Nothing to do with material just simply getting things fixed.

Not crazy about having to do so much on-line. I prefer face to face interaction.

Pulte as National builder has not lived upto the expectation. They are taking the buyers for a ride with no good overall buyer experience when buyers are putting their hard earned money into their dream homes.PULTE is taking them for granted right from start of the buying process - Sales, building and closing. Everything is rushed with very or no execution support and the owners are kept in dark with out any due support that they are expecting. Spoke with several existing and new owners that are coming to this NORTH COVE community and they are buying these houses to have a roof over them and that is driving the drop in quality and workman ship. Over all it is a very bad experience and PULTE leadership team needs to retrospect if this is really sustainable and help buyers . ... More

Nowadays, purchasing a new house with all the craziness going on in the world is a major challenge. Only the experienced builders are figuring out! Pulte is definitely one of those builders. Customer service, open communication, honest feedback and immediate follow through are the reasons that Pulte made our purchasing of our new home such a nice experience.

During closing, Pulte went through all of my requests and made sure they were complete. I am happy with my new Pulte home.

Terrible service. Home not done in accordance with contract or upgrades. Walked away from settlement. Lawsuits threatened. Brutal experience trying to get Pulte to simply complete home in accordance with contract

With everything that was going on with the supply chain Lane made it as smooth as possible.

Sales team is great, Model home will always close the deal. Great floor plan's. Builders crew from framing to paint need much improving. Pulte is a production/quantity builder. Homes must go up quick and be sold quick. So, the crews used to do this is veery important. This is where the attention to detail comes into play. This is lacking big time. NoN matter the cost of the home, if its a new build things should be done with a eye for detail. Pulte expects the future owners to hold up their side with financing the home. The buyer expects the home to be near as perfect as possible. Pulte tends to rely on you have a warranty and then you have to deal with that. This is the situation my family is in. I could list everything that is an issue but it's a long list. We are close to three month inn the home and waiting one issues to bed addressed. We are hopeful that they will bee addressed and we will bee more happier with out purchase. This is my 3rd new build and buy far the roughest to date. ... More
