Finish work on house is sub par. Grout and paint are already cracking/peeling or non-existent in some places and we have only been in the house a month.

I do love the Condo , but I see where they left walls unfinished and my front door you can see outside light. They said they would contact for a punch list after being at the condo for a while. I am sure they will fix any issues.The appliances are great quality. It is quiet and I love being in the back and looking at the trees. The only draw back is no sunlight comes in to the condo so it is always dark.

The overall buying experience was great. Working with Pulte Mortgage and insurance was easy. Being out-of-state made it difficult to take care of any issues prior to closing. I had two virtual walk throughs but you can’t catch hidden flaws that you normally would catch in person. Trying to get the right contact information to get things taken care after the closing has been difficult and not as responsive. My first home was a Pulte home in Texas. I’ve just purchased one in Ohio. Obviously I trust Pulte as a builder.

The homebuying experience with sales person, construction manager, mortgage consultant, title, and closing was fantastic - no complaints there. All my complaints are regarding the post sale owner helpline. We have terrible water pressure out of the shower head and I when called the number (in the first week after moving in) to inquire if they can look into it and fix the water pressure, the lady made it sound like "it's your house now, it's your problem"!

Lumber used in framing was not great. Presented challenges for drywallers. The construction manager was a pleasure to work with though some communications could have been a tad better. Overall, we really love our new home and understand the current conditions in the area for lining up subcontractors.

They could have used better insulation

Kept us well informed during the build process. Initially responsive to issues, not responsive after a few weeks.

Closed on 6/16 and working through items that need attention. My builder has been responsive in all cases but the quality of the subs has not been adequate. Appointments have been made and the subs don't show up or when they do they don't complete the job Very frustrating.

Experience was ok overall. Happy with the home. Would have been better if all issues were corrected before closing or shortly after as agreed upon. All issues were resolved up to 1 month after closing. Staff was polite and professional.

Great build quality and construction manager was superior in providing the updates. After closing dissatisfied with the Pulte customer service for the repairs that incurred within 2 weeks of closing.

The initial process of buying and the beginning of the construction process was great. My salesperson was fantastic during the process. He was quick to address my questions and concerns and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was definitely a pleasure to work with. Once the construction process was coming to an end, the two-way communication with the construction manager wasn’t as great. I was told that he’s very busy which I understand. However, perhaps having two people for the job would be better so that the buyer can get their questions answered and things followed up on in a timely manner. Now that I’m all closed, there’s still a couple of lingering things I wanted addressed but I’m over chasing it down and will have to have someone else come finish it up. I paid over 40k my floating stairs and it was just terrible on closing day. My biggest issue is the superintendent being switched mid job and receiving complaints about txt messages on weekends because he doesn't work weekends but still hasn't responded to texts I sent Tuesday. this is my second pulte home my first superintendent is 1000x better. u guys told me to goto Sherwin Williams and gave me a piece of paper w no line of paint and the superintendent didn't know and couldn't get a hold of the painters. so didn't get any paint. found out it's. painters edge and it's $15 a gallon.... not happy about that. they also don't sell it at any of the stores is commercial only.... the gates weren't working when I moved and HOA said no it's just me but it wasn't lol. I do love the fact they made the wolf range happen before closing. Karen was amazing I had been looking for a home in summerlin and all the bidding for lots drove me nuts so to be able to come up and just buy a property was the best part of this experience. also Christina at the design center is absolutely amazing and best communication I've had at pulte. focus electric and plumbing are great too. the process was long difficult and stressful but financially the best decision I made this year in real. estate. ... Love our home. Biggest complaint is the standard finishes we kept and didn't upgrade, Wish the standard paint was better quality. Can't touch the walls without marking them up.

The process was a lot simpler than I would have expected. All post-move issues so far have been fairly minor and easily fixed. The materials, such as the paint are incredibly disappointing because of how hard it is to clean walls without the paint coming off. There were also so annoying upsell choices throughout the process that restricted you just because Pulte decided that's the way it was going to be. Most complaints though are fairly minor.

Very bad quality Of kitchen cabinets, paints and to much complications on closing.

My experience was good and amazing with the project manager KEN. he was always available, answered every concern and question I had and he helped me a lot. KEN is great asset for PULTE homes.

Overall good experience but could have been more timely. The overall handover was delayed by roughly 4 months.

Very good and timely responses to any issues which home buyer encounter.

During construction they talked about the levels of material to block out noise. Realizing there would be some potential noise I am disappointed from the noise above me. I know this is cookie cutter construction but given there were some options given there were some additional ones that should be included in a 62+ community, such as a bench seat in the shower. The ability to look at the construction on line was not helpful at all. The message never changed and nothing to see. When it is not a single house but a large complex with people moving in from all over, it might be a good idea to provide some information about the area. I am sure if you worked with the city/town they would be willing to put together some brochures or pamphlets of the businesses, town facilities, carpenters, painters, handyman, etc ... More

As we have been in house for a few weeks now it does seem like the attention to detail is somewhat lacking! Crooked light plates, outlets that didn’t work, stovetop crooked, paint not cleaned up, caulking average You asked for review now you got one

Too many minor open issues upon completion.

Neighborhood and home is super great. There are some kinks to work out with the final finishing details, and we know that will continue to be addressed by all the amazing people working for Pulte.

I appreciate the time and efforts of all team members who helped us along the way. I was a disappointed in the state of the home and yard. The house was not thoroughly cleaned upon completion and we are still finding areas covered in sawdust, etc. The sod was and remains patchy in appearance. Attention to detail was lacking but I suppose expected in a large corporation operation.

Pulte delivered in the time that they said they would from the beginning. Pulte was responsive to issues found during the build. Overall it was a good experience to get the house built.
