Awful customer service and bullying tactics to get to the closing table out of the blue which resulted in having to cancel a missionary trip at the last moment. The closing was then moved the day of the walk thru and cost me over 10k due to loss of trip. Not only apology was offered and in fact the bullying and threats up thru the inside legal council continued up until the evening before the eventual closing. The lack of leadership by anyone at Pulte is not only disappointing and the entire Pulte organization should be embarrassed how I was treated through this process.

Good sales people. Horrible trades workers that don't know what they are doing and don't care about your new home. I would never buy another Pulte home, it has been a living nightmare trying to get my home built. RUN, RUN, RUN as fast as you can away from buying a new Pulte Home!

Great quality home here in Rio Rancho.

Everything went well from dealing with out sales manager and later setting things up through our building manager. Everyone was super informative on what to expect throughout the process. However when it came to giving us detailed information on when our house would possibly close even after the windows came in we got very little information. We had to keep asking and it affected our living situation at the time. We almost got kicked out of our apartment with a newborn because of the lack of communication from the building manager. As the house was finished, they left paint everywhere on the floors, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware. There was some drywall work that didn't get addressed until 3 weeks after moving in. They also still haven't come to paint the patch that they corrected on the drywall. Our toilet roll holder in the guest bathroom downstairs is broken no fault of ours. It was due to how it was installed into the cabinet, it's loose. The quality of painting on the exterior of the home could have been much better especially around the trim areas and the home numbers. We also had a minor electrical outlet issue fixed and it was due to something coming loose behind the fridge. Thats most likely due to lackluster work in that area by the electrician. These homes are basically a slam dunk. Pulte hires contractors to perform the associated task for all trades. The companies do not provide sufficient training and oversight to verify the particular trades have performed their crafts correctly. Pulte is also guilty of the same lack of quality control. Pre-closing punch list are not completed at closing and obtaining the attention toward completing punch list concerns is a struggle after closing. If you start this process with low expectations, it's not bad. Do not have high hopes in these areas: Excellent communication Pride in craftsmanship Timeliness Customer service is hit/miss Ability to get materials in stock (not Pulte's fault, that's a supply chain issue) Ability to hire quality framers (that is Pulte's fault) Workers paying attention to detail Feeling like you, as the customer, are important. I would also recommend that during the building process, you make site visits frequently. There were many mistakes made and if you aren't there to catch it, it can be covered up by the next phase of construction. Hire an independent inspector. This is our second Pulte home in Skye canyon and we just love it. They build a great house and this one we will be in for a long time to come!

Loved the whole experience from beginning to end ! Have a home that I love !

Nothing special, just some basic build quality.

Home is nice in the most part, but received home incomplete and warranty for incomplete items will take months! Quality of vendors and workmanship was very disappointing for the price I paid. Responsiveness to very simple warranty items is horrible. When the vendors do come and fix they are lazy and job needs to be done more than once. Even the electrical contractor cannot fix repairs which I have ended up resolving on my own. If you have the luxury to wait for closing, make sure EVERYTHING is completed before moving in!

Overall the house is great but if there is an issue Pulte is incredibly difficult to deal with and get a timely response. Also, they knew about a leak in our house before we closed and did not correct it, so my trust in them is diminished.

The whole experience was infuriating from top to bottom. We were promised weekly communication about the construction of our home, and it was spotty at best. Our home was delayed not because of COVID supply chain issues but because of a report that they weren't able to get correct. We were forced to sign a document saying that we were satisfied with the quality of our house, but we have a ton of items that were just missed. They need to have someone who inspects each house to make sure it is up to quality standard of the price of the house.

Had a great, smooth experience

Truly awful experience, ran into so many issues that it became awkward to continue to point them out. I felt like they rushed to complete my home and I notice it every day. I had double digit documented issues after I moved in and they still are not all fixed after living here for over a month! Communication has been poor at best. First morning we woke up to a flooded Landry room, master bedroom and walk in closet. Not recommending friends and family to go through what we went through.

Sales team is worst team you can get . Even build manager was rude. Pulte mortgage team was also worst. Had terrible experience. Best part was after build manager left they assign new build manager (Mark) and he was best and did help great in everything towards closing.

My sales consultant was wonderful, which made me go with Pulte. She was knowledgeable, accessible, friendly, and helpful to me in making decisions. Beyond her, the building process was , in my limited experience with building, heartbreaking, frustrating, and full of unwanted surprises.

The seller, Marrissa and the building manager Adam were very helpful and made my buying experience very pleasant.

My family felt that home vibe the first time we step inside the house. The initial entry got the best impression how open the place was especially having multiple walk in closet in the room was a plus for my two kids.

People were great in dealing with problems in a tough building environment.

The Butte model is perfect in meeting our family needs.
