Overall great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. A few minor flaws in caulking/painting/etc, but overall good quality.

Build is good. But long time to complete.

Take a longtime for them to do repairs and respond to emails.

Overall quality of the product is good but attention to details before close is very poor. Many issues would have been avoided if tradesmen and proj manager had performed final quality inspection. IE appliances installed but no power to them, lots of paint splatters on tile floor, no garage door opener etc. Easy items to resolve if final inspection actually performed. Lack of transparency on when we will receive appliances that were contracted is infuriating. Not asking for Pulte to improve supply chain, just tell us what you know instead of "we have no information" ... and neighbor waiting over 7 months for appliances. ... More

Your experience through out the home buying experience are directly tied in to who is your sales person and manager. Tyler and David are truly professionals.

We do love our home, but since moving in we have noticed numerous examples of poor workmanship. We have found drywall with tape over holes and painted/textured over. Chips in our 30k tile floor, debris on windows. We have been patiently waiting for replacement cabinet doors on a few that were scuffed/damaged or not stained properly. We have been patiently waiting for the refrigerator we have ordered. Paint missing on the exterior in a few places. Overall- the purchase/design/finance and construction of our home was good- delays aside which appeared normal given the current market. But to walk into a home, not completely finished or cleaned was a little upsetting considering the additional wait for close. We understand the market being hectic and continue to be as patient and positive as we can, but with so many small issues or obvious coverups of drywall, Mis- alignment of ceiling rafters just being dry walled over.. it is hard to not be disappointed. ... Schedule adherence was great. In general, the house is built good and looks good. However there are aspects that left 1)quality of materials for cabinets etc 2) lack of quarter rounds on hardwood floors is an eye sore 3) No transition where carpet and tiles meet and it looks a bit dangerous 4) heat is mostly going into one side of the house(hopefully can be fixed) 5) feels like we can hear every sound from outside

Our Southwestern Florida Home built by Pult in is Amazingly Solid, very pleased, however we worked with them so they could close us by the end of the year knowing we had a dozen items on the Punch (Still to do list). This is where they totally dropped the ball, very unresponsive,...Very disappointing.

Overall good quality. Love the development.

Surprised by the upgrades during the process.

We were very disappointed with the stone veneer on the front of the house; it doesn't go all the way to the ground I haven't seen any other homes in this development with the stone veneer. All the homes with brick or siding go all the way to the ground. We were told something about water seepage but that was incorrect. We were told it was a code thing but the inspector came out, he said it had nothing to do with the code. And then we were told that that's just the way Pulte does it. It looks absolutely horrible! I can't imagine that Pulte would be proud of this. No one from Pulte has offered to fix it or make it look better. Do not choose the stone veneer! ... More

Overall Good Experience So Far!

We were told no more basements, so we picked a different model with more sqft. Yet right next door a few months in there was a basement being dug. Poor communication in the end, with completion date being pushed back a few times. Very poor paint job inside, even the touch ups were not good. Mistakes made on electrical outlets and what not, and one that led to a large hole being made in one of the walls to fix it (patch job doesn’t look good). I realize I didn’t spend a half million on a high quality home, but I did spend money on a new home that I expected to be better than what it is. Very little clean up from the workers and see trash and debris on the street all the time. ... More

The buying process went OK Watching the progress of the build was very interesting How ever the final steps went wrong and we were delayed moving in this was terrible.

Great selection of materials, options, and upgrades.

Everything is comfortable and good conditions.

Unable to address simple issues like Shower door installation, laundry room door even after 6 weeks of closing is quite frustrating. The issues raised during final walk through stays pending for 6 weeks and no response / feedback from the construction team to several emails.

Everything for administrative work went smoothly. However, when it comes to building the house, seems pretty fasted work and the quality wasn’t properly looked at. But the house was great.

The overall buying experience was great

The sales person and build manager were amazing. The trades workin hon my house were subpar.

Happy in my new community.

Stay on top of them. Promises at times fall short, then it is dropped into the warranty department to address items that should have been completed the first time. Do a thorough walk through. Take your time. Recommend pushing for an escrow if item are not correct prior to closing.
