Pulte originally offered lots first come first serve. When we looked to buy property we were informed that we would need to bid on the property. We learned that we were bidding against ourselves so we didn’t want to lose the opportunity to live in the community. Pulte has since dropped this practice. Regardless we love the home and community

House is great so far, minor issues as expected. This is not our first build the first difference is no grass was not installed in front yard as part of build or even offered. Back yard grading was never finished told to wait until spring so we will see. Fine finishing details not quit up to par I.E. both sliding doors caked in dirt, Paint left behind was all left open so no it’s unusable and I have to dispose of now. The driveway is ridiculously small for 3 car garage option for no reason plenty of room and maybe a 1/4 yard more of concrete. I think there are a lot of small things that could’ve been done better which would have made the experience better. ... More

I love the design of the home . The extra bedrooms could stand to be a little larger Should have the option to screen the porch

My experience with pulte was amazing, I just wish they used a better title company with better reviews rather than a 3 star company. And maybe let the new home owners know how hard it’s going to be to get internet/cable& your mail to the house. How your address may not be activate at majority of all places.

Took too long to build and craftsmanship was subpar

Home took longer than expected which cost us a lot of money in storage of furniture, moving costs and housing costs while we waited for completion. We understand supply chain issues caused these delays and our supervisor did everything he could to satisfy us, which we appreciated.

Overall with the protect manager was excellent if I would buy another property with PULTE yes construction quality a plus.

I put a deposit down on my Spec home in December of 2021. The house had a completion time frame date of March-May 2022. During the time of the construction, I had several managers overlooking the project. The first one I never heard from, the second one I did speak with a few times. He told me what the delays were once May came and went. Around August, I was told the house was waiting on 2 things to make it complete. Around the the second half of August, I was told the missing items were in and installed so a walkthrough date and closing was set for September. I live in California so I have to travel 3000 miles to get to my new home. When I was in NYC en route to Florida,I received a call from a third site manager telling me the house is still not finished. Come to find out that there were 4 items not 2 that still needed to be installed. I continued my trip to Lake Worth to see the house. I met with the 3rd site manager Javier who showed me the house and kept me abreast of the progress to completion. He went out of his way to meet with me and walk me through the property. I really appreciated that. He has offered to come back and walk me through the house when I move there. He was very accommodating. I was able to sign what ever papers I needed to sign at Pulte's office in West Palm Beach, a day before I went back to California. I eventually closed on the house the end of September. As for my sales person, she always sent me updated photos and responded to my calls and emails. Very helpful when I was on site. I am happy with my home as is but unfortunately they still haven’t come back to make repairs after 3 months. Overall, they seem to be a little bit careless when it comes to your carpet — found splotches of paint here and there. You can also feel that they put carpet down without ensuring there was nothing underneath it — i feel small bumps here and there. Also the wood/laminate flooring when I did my first walk-through was perfect week before closing. After closing I come back to find it was damaged and something they had to order and replace. After 3 mos. They still haven’t replaced it. Another note: I marked up what needed to be fixed and came back to see that 70% of what I needed fixed was resolved. The other 30% are lingering on. The doors were rough and not sanded properly along the edges which is a hazard to young children. New builds what have you but they could be a bit more intentional and careful. My shelves have a layer of paint on them as it seems they put them in and then proceeded to paint the walls after. Leaves white marks on my clothes is how I discovered. Wasn’t able to remove it to a satisfactory degree. Still rough to touch. Overall, I believe it’s a case of overpromise, and under deliver. Great people on the ground and I believe they have good intentions but I just need them to deliver as promised. We waited for 3 months at the beginning of the year and walked away disappointed with the development sales management. Connected by recommendation from our realtor to work with Christine and had an A+ experience. The construction manager Scott was outstanding.

Design studio experience was very stressful. Two things. One. some options that were available were not discussed. Second, it would have been a much better experience with the design center to have at least 24 hrs. to change some decisions. or add some options.

Overall, a good experience except for the constant delays and slides in closing.

Builder did a good job initially however when nearing the closing i was not happy the way my walkthrough was done. I need to tell all the missing things and ask for everything. My Pavers also not arranged properly and NOT good. If i ask now they say it is within tolerance level :(

We love our townhouse.

The sales agent that assisted us played an important role to make everything smooth in our acquiring our first home.

Before we buy we need to check the agreement with builder and prices

The quality of the builders, Eric and Gus, is fantastic. I could not say anything better about them and their responsiveness to issues. On the opposite spectrum, I would never recommend using Pulte Mortgage. The loan process was the worst I have ever dealt with and took the fun out of watching the house being built.

The only disappointment is the fact we are 2 months into our new home and have yet to receive our Oven / Microwave combo for our kitchen. Overall experience was satisfactory.

The reason we chose Pulte was because of our Sales Rep Emily .. who sadly moved mid way through the build. She was amazing and a true asset to your team. Our PM Joe really went to bat to get things completed for us. He stayed in communication and on top of work orders. We appreciate he kept his promise to us.

i felt like i was always making the calls to check on my new home and i thought it should have been the other way around

The builder, his construction manager and his warranty team were very responsive to any issues that arose during the building of our house. Unfortunately, we had some subcontractors whose work was well below average, specifically the painter and whomever installed the duct work. The painter left many drips imbedded in our grout and the baseboards are a mess. Three ducts in our house contained styrofoam that prevented the fans from working properly. 30 days after closing and our kitchen cabinets still need trim work that should of been installed at closing. People were great in dealing with problems in a tough building environment.

I would like to say that the seller agent and the construction manager helped me keep my hope on the purchase of the house. The construction of the house took approximately a year. The builder company values more production over the quality of its final product. The price of the house unbelievable high. My high score goes to the seller agent, the construction manager, construction care manager, and the construction workers on this review.

Once they actually started building the home, things went well.

We are happy with the home overall but we were disappointed and frustrated with the buying process. Too many people associated with the purchase of the home. Mistake made on husband’s Social Security number. When we received phone calls and we had to return call it took sometime 6 hours. Also we would receive documents that needed us to fill out and sign at like 5:00pm with expecting a quick response.
