Windows are not isolated well and it very hard to heat up the first floor. And that is a big issue, the temp difference between the first and second floor is almost 15F… cold air comes in each window.

Govany is the worst super you could get. unresponsive, no accountability and constantly blaming others for his short comings. Bought a new home from Pulte that was an inventory home. Quality is what you would expect for an inventory home built in 2025, although there were some upgrades in this home. Pulte has been great, allowing us time to discover glitches that were not caught in the building process. Repairs have been prompt. No complaints. Because Pulte does not have a long history in Utah, I am a little concerned about the craftsmanship used to build these homes, time will tell.
