Too many wrong things in general. I will not buy from you guys at all. Lessoned learned.

My field manager helped me throughout the process. He was very responsive and met with me multiple times to address any concerns.

This company was great to work with. The sales staff was exceptional and informative and the project manager kept me updated about the status of my home and even went above and beyond when needed.

Nothing but issues since move in. Instead of enjoying my home all I have been doing is taking pictures, documenting, emailing and following up. The flooring was installed incorrectly which is the largest issue and I’m having to fight every step of the way. I thought Pulte delivered quality but apparently they allow tolerance for lippage so they are only fixing the ones that are really bad. Outside of that that I have tons of pictures showing that every room in the house has issues including the backyard which was left with nails, razor blades and construction debris.

Overall great experience. Was never told Pulte does not finish the garages.

Supply shortages did cause a delay in the building process.

Great product, minor issues with a few items

I like this builder but my house was rushed to close before it was ready. There are so many mistakes that I'm having to wait around to address. They shouldn't have closed me in December and still things in Feb aren't completed. They put a different brand oven in and the fan doesn't work. I hope it gets fixed!

The whole process of selecting the lot, selecting the materials and closing was easy with the team. They were very patient from the beginning and very helpful to any inquiries I have even after moving in

The Pulte experience overall was really wonderful. As a first time homebuyer I felt every single person I interacted with that works for Pulte was patience and answered all of my questions and really supported my experience. The area where I felt could use some improvement is the workmanship on small details. To be fair we purchased a home through a pandemic but the home was turned over to us with a lot of small details that were not done well or done incorrectly and as stated we purchased our first home and expected something closer to being done “perfectly.” They will come back to fix these little things which I am so happy about. Good construction. Quality has been great. Prompt responses and communication. Closing was on schedule.

We were remote during the build. Pulte delivers all the services to from design, to build through the mortgage to hand hold you. The key at the end of the day is the home quality and Joed, our field supervisor was amazing and made the experience very positive.

Having a tough time getting people to fix urgent issues such as a leaky roof. The service calls keep getting cancelled. Warranty means nothing if you can't service it.

My over all experience was very bad. My house construction was delayed by 4 months. I was rushed and forced to close the house before fixing all the issues that we identified. The construction manager tried to help us. But still there are several in resolved issues.

They work fine, that is only small details which easily they can fix.

Quality of workmanship was very poor and quite below what one would expect.

It was a great experience overall. Love my new home! The only issues I had were with the design center personnel. Very unresponsive. Be sure not to sign anything that day & look over your selections carefully. My field rep, Ben who assigned did a wonderful job. Went above & beyond.

They are a pleasure to work with

The home buying/building process was easy. It does take a long time and expect delays. Make sure you note any issues with the home as early on as possible but don't expect it to be fixed quickly. I'm still waiting 7 weeks after move in for issues noted during construction.

We had a nice experience through the purchase program. Sales man was amazing and very helpful through the whole process. Construction wasn't what we were expecting. A lot of paint stains all over the house. Lots of dents and scratches on doors and trims. Issues with the pave that hasn't been resolved yet. It's been almost two months since we got into the house and most of the issues we pointed on the closing have not been solved.

We love our new home especially for the price we paid. Great sales and building team!
