Pulte was overall very good to work with and produce a reliable home. Our field manager was great and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Good comfortable house. Things to be fixed take longer than expected. Nothing to do with material just simply getting things fixed.

Not crazy about having to do so much on-line. I prefer face to face interaction.

Pulte as National builder has not lived upto the expectation. They are taking the buyers for a ride with no good overall buyer experience when buyers are putting their hard earned money into their dream homes.PULTE is taking them for granted right from start of the buying process - Sales, building and closing. Everything is rushed with very or no execution support and the owners are kept in dark with out any due support that they are expecting. Spoke with several existing and new owners that are coming to this NORTH COVE community and they are buying these houses to have a roof over them and that is driving the drop in quality and workman ship. Over all it is a very bad experience and PULTE leadership team needs to retrospect if this is really sustainable and help buyers . ... More

Nowadays, purchasing a new house with all the craziness going on in the world is a major challenge. Only the experienced builders are figuring out! Pulte is definitely one of those builders. Customer service, open communication, honest feedback and immediate follow through are the reasons that Pulte made our purchasing of our new home such a nice experience.

During closing, Pulte went through all of my requests and made sure they were complete. I am happy with my new Pulte home.

I would not purchase from Pulte again

Terrible service. Home not done in accordance with contract or upgrades. Walked away from settlement. Lawsuits threatened. Brutal experience trying to get Pulte to simply complete home in accordance with contract

With everything that was going on with the supply chain Lane made it as smooth as possible.

Sales team is great, Model home will always close the deal. Great floor plan's. Builders crew from framing to paint need much improving. Pulte is a production/quantity builder. Homes must go up quick and be sold quick. So, the crews used to do this is veery important. This is where the attention to detail comes into play. This is lacking big time. NoN matter the cost of the home, if its a new build things should be done with a eye for detail. Pulte expects the future owners to hold up their side with financing the home. The buyer expects the home to be near as perfect as possible. Pulte tends to rely on you have a warranty and then you have to deal with that. This is the situation my family is in. I could list everything that is an issue but it's a long list. We are close to three month inn the home and waiting one issues to bed addressed. We are hopeful that they will bee addressed and we will bee more happier with out purchase. This is my 3rd new build and buy far the roughest to date. ... More

Awful customer service and bullying tactics to get to the closing table out of the blue which resulted in having to cancel a missionary trip at the last moment. The closing was then moved the day of the walk thru and cost me over 10k due to loss of trip. Not only apology was offered and in fact the bullying and threats up thru the inside legal council continued up until the evening before the eventual closing. The lack of leadership by anyone at Pulte is not only disappointing and the entire Pulte organization should be embarrassed how I was treated through this process.

Good sales people. Horrible trades workers that don't know what they are doing and don't care about your new home. I would never buy another Pulte home, it has been a living nightmare trying to get my home built. RUN, RUN, RUN as fast as you can away from buying a new Pulte Home!

Great quality home here in Rio Rancho.

Everything went well from dealing with out sales manager and later setting things up through our building manager. Everyone was super informative on what to expect throughout the process. However when it came to giving us detailed information on when our house would possibly close even after the windows came in we got very little information. We had to keep asking and it affected our living situation at the time. We almost got kicked out of our apartment with a newborn because of the lack of communication from the building manager. As the house was finished, they left paint everywhere on the floors, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware. There was some drywall work that didn't get addressed until 3 weeks after moving in. They also still haven't come to paint the patch that they corrected on the drywall. Our toilet roll holder in the guest bathroom downstairs is broken no fault of ours. It was due to how it was installed into the cabinet, it's loose. The quality of painting on the exterior of the home could have been much better especially around the trim areas and the home numbers. We also had a minor electrical outlet issue fixed and it was due to something coming loose behind the fridge. Thats most likely due to lackluster work in that area by the electrician. These homes are basically a slam dunk. Pulte hires contractors to perform the associated task for all trades. The companies do not provide sufficient training and oversight to verify the particular trades have performed their crafts correctly. Pulte is also guilty of the same lack of quality control. Pre-closing punch list are not completed at closing and obtaining the attention toward completing punch list concerns is a struggle after closing. Important irregularities are missed by Pulte's home inspection in their efforts to close on homes. Missing components are craftsmanship, pride and quality. ... More

If you start this process with low expectations, it's not bad. Do not have high hopes in these areas: Excellent communication Pride in craftsmanship Timeliness Customer service is hit/miss Ability to get materials in stock (not Pulte's fault, that's a supply chain issue) Ability to hire quality framers (that is Pulte's fault) Workers paying attention to detail Feeling like you, as the customer, are important. I would also recommend that during the building process, you make site visits frequently. There were many mistakes made and if you aren't there to catch it, it can be covered up by the next phase of construction. Hire an independent inspector. This is our second Pulte home in Skye canyon and we just love it. They build a great house and this one we will be in for a long time to come!

Loved the whole experience from beginning to end ! Have a home that I love !
