How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Sales team was professional and post contract transitioned to Construction team. Construction team was understanding and helped understand the process in detail. Post move-in warrenty team is engaging and supportive. Customers do notice different teams during the life cycle. Would be great if a single point contact was available as this could be once a life time investment.

Great floor plan which is why we chose Pulte. Felt like upgrades were many and expensive, so beware what initial cost is. I can’t imagine anyone going with the base price they offer. The offered incentive was 5k off closing costs if we mortgaged through Pulte. It was the worst mistake we’ve ever made. With our credit rating of 840 and only needing to borrow 90k for our 525k home, we still weren’t approved within 2 weeks of closing. SO STRESSFUL ! We then went with a local bank who had us approved in 2 days, but we obviously had to give up the 5k incentive. Home build quality is good. We are ...

Timelines keep shifting. A lot of construction quality issues were observed across the community

Timelines keep shifting (Expect a delay of a couple of months). A lot of construction quality issues were observed across the community: sewage issues, drywall under the sink having holes/uncovered, AC leak issue in the attic, Sprinklers and drip link leak from day one.

Pulte has good and cheap qualities. It looks good outside looking in, but once you buy and see the fallacies, you'll be disappointed. With the money you spend on housing, you'll just expect more! A lot of errors!!

My experience has been fairly good. It was a different because I purchased a spec home so everthing was done when I bought it. The mudding work, cabinet installation and appliance installation all needed fixing. Some I am waiting for my 1 yr inspection to do. There is a crack starting in the ceiling that they are sending a crew to fix on Monday. The microwave trim wasn't installed right and finally they sent someone yesterday to fix it after some back and forth. The house itself is very nice in general and I am enjoying living here.

Post closure issues needs to be addressed quickly. Visiting vendor should be very polite with the home owners ( I have had a bad experience with the NWR electrician at AMS)

Ground broke 5-21 and closing was 11-8-24. Fast, efficient, communicative and well built. Construction Managers were great and hand off from one to the other was well done. After closing everything became more difficult and communication slowed down. Clearly "warranty" work is not the same priority as gettting the house sold.

Initial contact with Pulte salesman was positive till we quickly determined he was making mistakes and telling us things that were not accurate. Met numerous workers on the job and none spoke English. Fit and finish of home was average.

Customer care and construction manager, as well as onsite agent are wonderful (Cha, Angela and Sov) materials (except window screens)-excellent. BUT, they should be note discerning of the subcontractors they use-Many walls not square, may air exchange and outlet receptacles not square-cupboard doors not tuned-poor workmanship-I used to be a framing sub-the “nice touches” only take a few extra minutes-I expect better for $445k!

Should have pass on more knowledge to first time buyers of new home , Customize flexibility of options and bath shower and pipe insulation , so much of insulation wastage in trash could have been used for this , Buyer coordination while lawn sod job being done, Final grading before SOD was not done and laid over rocks and uneven surface, have dead spots in lawn

We enjoyed working with Dana throughout the buying experience. Overall, we feel comfortable and are pleased with our home. Pros: 1. Pulte has some lovely standard options so that you do not have to upgrade everything. Their floor plans are great! 2. Great communication from Ben, Brian, and Dana on the building side. When the stain of our woodwork did not match what was selected in the design studio, the construction project manager worked with us to remedy the situation. The warranty to remedy other construction issues is helpful as we continue to identify things that need addressed (door knob fell off closet door, drywall issues, etc.)

Hi, I am 45 days into living at pulte and my master bath plumbing already leaks. My office room ceiling needs to be cut and repaired which might need some time. Response from maintenance was fast but just when there was no room for negotiation and any additions on quick move in home, I expected utmost quality. I did not expect plumbing problems just a month in home stay.

We had a great experience with our sales rep Mandi. She is phenomenal! We also really liked and trusted our construction manager. However, there were a bunch of items right before we closed that still are not completed after 6 weeks of being in the home. It's quite frustrating that everything has to be handled via email when the construction manager or customer service rep could easily stop by our home and help address the concerns.

Lanai floor easily got flooded during heavy rain, I asked to elevate the flooring to avoid the flood but didn’t granted it. Paint spill all over the floor and wall and few scratches on the floor. Floor tiles sealant easily got removed and cracked. Bad cut tiles at the shower room. Glass Sliding door not fit, some door not fit as well. Malfunctioning appliance and broken faucet and asked for assistance but until now no fixing it.

Can't say enough about Brian and the front office. Open door policy. For the most part my house is my dream house! Neighbors are are welcoming and friendly. A few problems but I have confidence it will be resolved.

Known issue with ovens should have been fixed before closing. Many manuals left with my unit were for installation and not consumer use. Final walk through was too quick to absorb all the information. If any walk in closet is through a bathroom walk in closet should have an AC vent. Base trim corners are all have an unprofessional looking cut. Island wall that would house stools should have been painted “gloss” . Naturally, sitting at the island, shoe markings will happens.

Mass production tends to lose its attention to detail. Obvious mistakes during construction were ignored. There was and still is a long punch list of corrections. That being said we love our house. My biggest love was the navy cabinets and they were my biggest disappointment. So many nicks and smudges and doors that didn’t close right. I am hoping your crew will make things right.

I've had several fixed or to be fixed issues with the home thus far. High speed in bathroom fan did not work, honeycomb leak in basement, sump drain had to have rocks removed from it, Master bathroom sink drain does not close, stripped screw on outside garage door handle, water running off side of roof and has not been looked at for almost 4 weeks, poor paint/patch job on outside garage door, crack on outside shower trim. Some of these I've not put tickets in for yet as I can only be around so often
