The site Field manager was very responsive, mindful and efficient in his job. I was regularly frustrated with Pulte Mortgage, Whirlpool and the warranty team. I was given appliances that were broken, not the right products, many unanswered questions with countless delays, while still waiting on my kit for my microwave. I have had several of the appliances not working or broke before I moved in the serviced one which should have been replaced and they replaced everything else. Pulte Mortgage's loan officer was unknowledgeable about her role. She was making big mistakes and placing me at risk of not getting my property. She never did follow up and when she did, she assumed that I was going with them because they were going to match the competitor's rate. The whole process was smooth and excellent communication from our construction manager. A++

Our Southwestern Florida Home built by Pult in is Amazingly Solid, very pleased, however we worked with them so they could close us by the end of the year knowing we had a dozen items on the Punch (Still to do list). This is where they totally dropped the ball, very unresponsive,...Very disappointing.

The process from purchase to close was exemplary.

Overall the experience was fine with few problems, most, though not all of them were addressed quickly.

the quality and finishes is not good for what it costs

We are happy with the home overall but we were disappointed and frustrated with the buying process. Too many people associated with the purchase of the home. Mistake made on husband’s Social Security number. When we received phone calls and we had to return call it took sometime 6 hours. Also we would receive documents that needed us to fill out and sign at like 5:00pm with expecting a quick response.

Everyone was really nice and helpful.

The overall workmanship of the home is not good, especially for paying over $300 per square foot. I closed on my house 6 weeks ago and still do not have a bathtub for the master bath and many other issues that were noted during the final walkthrough are still not resolved. Timeliness and responsiveness of correcting the issues is an issue as well. I would not recommend using this builder. They cut every corner possible to save money for themselves.

selling agent was great, overall build quality not up to par, lots of details done poorly, some parts appear unfinished. Would be cautious using Pulte for next home.

From sales to construction and completion process is well done , post move in also we got great support from John who is in charge of construction

This home builder is not a high end builder but good value for money . It was very frustrating waiting for the home to be finished in these Covid times . Both Kristina and Patrick were outstanding in placating us

Pulte is not interested on building a quality home, too many issues not address and lack of supervision. I have bathrooms without the silicon on toilets, showers, overall paint was not apply correctly, it needed to be sanded and then paint, floor you can feel is missing something because when you walk you feel a hole under the floor, cabinets have a lot of cracks and missing soft close, my island in the middle of the kitchen shakes when walking around it. Ceiling has a lot of marks and a few cracks days form closing. My experience is bad on my first new home I have pictures and video if you are interested on seeing the evidence. . ... More

From start to finish, the process was very smooth. Pulte consultants help you guide throughout the process and have been very helpful.

We closed on our home 12/30/2021. There is a myriad of issues with our home. The warranty department is overloaded with other homeowners with issues. One of our neighbors has been dealing with the same issues for over a year. John, head of SWFL Pulte warranty, says they have 47 people working in warranty. I suggested that Pulte hire more construction managers and better contractors vs. trying to deal with quality issues after. Why? Because the warranty people doing the warranty work are also subpar. We've built multiple homes, and the honest truth is I would never buy another Pulte home. We now have help with an attorney (provided by Microsoft, my employer), file a complaint with BBB, and also lemon law re: a $5k pool heater that has never worked that the contractor refuse to replace. ...
