Good experience overall. However, Pulte doesn't offer customization. It would be nice if 1% to 2% of the budget was for personal customizations especially for older people. In the noise of building there were too many lapses on their part of what we wanted. Their response usually was that "is was not in the contract", well yes, if Pulte didn't write it down and put it in the contract. But overall the workmanship is good, layout is good, and response from company is good.

The process of buying was relatively easy. I was worried that they would cut corners and for the most part, it has been good. My only issue is when there were things that were concerning or needed to be touched up, the ticket would take days to get a response and a week or more to get resolved.

I had a very good experience. From first day to closing, I was happy with the buying process. Our Sales Representative and Field Manager were very thorough at explaining things and responsive to all our queries.

I like this builder but my house was rushed to close before it was ready. There are so many mistakes that I'm having to wait around to address. They shouldn't have closed me in December and still things in Feb aren't completed. They put a different brand oven in and the fan doesn't work. I hope it gets fixed!

This home delivery experience was not good. The project manager was in a rush to change his job and he did not care about the situation of the property at the time of closing. So, we need to deal with the warranty teams to fix what was not ready at time of closing.

The overall experience was nice. We still have a couple things needs to be fixed /updated and our closing day was 2 months ago.

After I closed on the house there were many issues. My customer care manager, Ralph has been wonderful. Unfortunately, most of the materials and the the quality of work is subpar. There's still more than a dozen of issues still needs to be addressed. I would love to speak with 1 or more of your executives of the headaches and inconvenience this caused me and my family. Sales team was very helpful during initial contact but pushy and sometimes misleading at times up until closing. The design process was quick and easy and the women at the design center were extremely helpful. Building was delayed due to weather and pandemic shortages but overall an easy experience with good communication. Thus workmanship was good quality for the price but not completely finished. Attention to detail was definitely missed. Pulte made it impossible to use an outside lender but were not forthcoming about that until just before closing. Once we started the process with Pulte Mortgage they were very helpful and were able to help us with a smooth process at the last minute. The closing process was very easy and title company made it possible to do most of it online before the actual closing appointment. I had previously lived in a Pulte Condo which I truly thought was a 5 rating - all I needed or wanted. This second time around - I would rate it inferior to what I enjoyed the first time. Realizing that the times now are different with great help hard to find in different areas, some of what I experienced could be understandable - but not all.

Woodbury is an amazing neighborhood. My wife and I fell in love immediately. We love our new lot and are beautiful new home. When you are dealing a trac builder, you have to understand what you are paying for. Pulte did a great job managing the build and hitting their timelines. Some of the craftmanship isnt the best but overall a great home. We love it.

Good quality home though finishing touches need improvement. Sloppy paintwork, and grouting in places. For the size and location of the home, I consider the home good value though I wish the price included a few major ticket items (e.g. refrigerator, washer/dryer, finished garage walls).

When purchasing a new home, Pulte was at the top of the list due to competitive pricing and variety of models. I graded 3/5 stars for the quality of the home since we closed on a home that was not fully completed (missing tile installations, grout not fully completed, dishwasher not properly installed) and 3/5 for responsiveness to issues because it took a month before Pulte scheduled workers to fix these outstanding issues. We closed on the home at year end hoping Pulte would be able to fix all these things quickly, but it has taken time to get workers scheduled to do these items (almost a month later). For the majority of the work, it is good quality. It all depends on the local contractors that are being hired to do the work. Our 3rd party inspector said Pulte did a solid B rating for our home during the predrywall inspection (it's difficult to be graded as "A"), and at final walkthrough it was the final touches that was missing (such as filling in marks in drywall and paint correction). Also, one of the bathrooms is completely unusable due to a water pressure issue since the water does not run in the shower and toilet fills up slowly. The trustworthiness of the Sales Rep and Field Manager we worked with were amazing during the building process. Field Manager would send frequent weekly updates and answer questions in a quick manner (sometimes minutes after text is sent) and the Sales Rep would help resolve any other outstanding questions (such as HOA contacts). If I were asked if I recommended Pulte to others, I would say "yes" but don't expect perfection and know that you'll likely have to wait for fixes to be completed. ... More

Overall nice job. Could be better on final inspection

We purchased a home in 2021. The entire buying process was okay, nothing stood out until the end. We could not fly in because of covid and the closing experience was bad. They tried to give us a virtual walkthrough but the video quality was terrible and very few issues were detected. When we arrived, I made a list of a lot of issues I detected in the house. A LOT. Response to fixing the issues is good. The person responding to maintenance requests is great. While I appreciate the customer service, it's also a lot of time involved in having to fix the issues because we have 5+ people coming in every other month for all the issues we've found. Can Pulte just hire someone that does quality assurance before giving out the keys? When we pay for the house, we don't come saying, "hey, we only have 95% of the money we promised, we did our best", right? It's the same way when delivering the house to us. You can't come 95%. ... Buying process was a cinch. There were delays but nothing out of the ordinary. The construction aspect of the home left much to be desired. We have encountered numerous issues already (although Rich and the team are wonderful in their responsiveness and willingness to help) and have been disappointed that we've had to deal with these things in a new home.

I had a fairly good experience. However, when the close date moved twice, it caused all other planned transactions (movers, internet) to be pushed which was a challenge.

The house design is beautiful. However the construction workers are somewhat sloppy, careless, and needed closer construction manager supervision. After delivery, we found so many construction errors that could have been detected and corrected prior to closing. I do not want to mention error details but the list is long. The good thing is that the post closing construction manager is on top of our requests. He has been able to correct several of the mistakes. But the saga continues… All other aspects of the buying process went very well.

Push to get us in by year end left some items unfinished or rushed.

I am liking my space.

They need to be more proactive after you buy your home.

Of all the homes builders at Rocking K, we felt that PULTE was the best choice.

Need to follow up more to get things done

Need to stay vigilant & don't assume anything. Caught numerous mistakes missed by Pulte Field Manager

Overall happy with the build quality and materials, but very unhappy that I have been waiting over 5 months for a window which was broken. This is very poor performance from Pulte.
