Accessibility is good for this community but I see few hiccups during entire process especially loan process with pulte. Home built quickly was not so good. I don’t like bidding concept which is adding more money to the lot and its worthless.

Pulte need to put more attention in the details, this are not cheap home they need to have luxury finishes

Everything was great; however the communication between our sales manager and project manager was lacking. That could be much improved.

This was our first experience building a home and overall, we are happy with our home and believe Pulte built us a solid home. But, the devil is in the details. From the day the foundation was dug to actual closing, our estimated closing date was delayed 6 weeks. Pulte did their best to prepare us for this inevitability because of the current conditions on materials and trades, but it was still extremely frustrating. A week after they committed to a closing date, they pushed it back another 8 days which meant we had to reschedule deliveries and utilities. Throughout the build we noted a few issues, like poor quality of framing lumber (lots of warped boards, bark, splits, and just overall bad workmanship of the pre-fabricated walls. Then, our framing was rained on for a month straight with no roof, leaving all of our interior lumber discolored. Electrical and plumbing workmanship was excellent. Final finishing was a mixed bag - in general the drywall and paint were done well but there were some pretty glaring issues we were surprised to see on final walkthrough. Tile work was sloppy but by the time it was done there was no time to fix. This was the biggest disappointment for us, especially based on how much it cost to get subway tile in our main bathroom. Prices for options like upgraded hardware, lighting, ceiling fan boxes, bathrooms, etc. were generally reasonable but they add up quickly - why aren’t ceiling fans prewired in every bedroom on a home whose base cost is ~$450k? That said, the sales associate was extremely helpful in walking us through options and costs so we had no surprises when it was time to pick out specific finish colors and options. Home is wonderful there are a few things that could have been done better but overrall it’s great

Building progress was slow with a lot of stops and starts due to supply issues, labor shortages, etc. This was not the builder's fault. Overall workmanship of the contractors was fair to decent - I felt the workmanship and materials could have been better.

The staff I dealt with were great and quick to respond (Ashlea & Dylan). But the workmanship of the home was subpar. It seemed rush and sloppy in a lot of aspects, especially for the cost of the home

Communication is key in the new construction process. Unforeseen delays, setbacks, mistakes, and misinformation hamper the relationship between buyer and builder. Weekly email updates, a phone call when there's a problem, and a communication assistant supporting everyone would help build trust in the product and the professionals responsible for delivering.

The People I dealt with through the entire process were all amazing! Courteous, professional and attentive!

Great neighborhood and location, but builder needs to focus on contractors quality of workmanship.

Sales and Title experiences were very good. Building and maintenance management were below expectation. To my surprise the maintenance personnel does not even greet customer (me) when meeting; this was a first. Inflexibility seemed to be a norm. Making promises and not keeping them also seems to be a norn. This was the 3rd Pulte home we purchased. The good experiences with the other two prompted us to go with Pulte. But this management does not compare.

Overall satisfied. Good floor plan with experienced workmanship. Especially, the construction manager, Stefano, was really kind and helpful. One thing I did not like was the completion of our house was delayed for 1-2 month from what it was originally scheduled. Other than that I am satisfied except for some low quality material used that will cost me to upgrade.

Couple of things wrong do to miscommunication

Overall, we do love our home. It's a beautifully designed home and the perfect space for our lives. Generally speaking, the workmanship is okay. You can tell there some things that were quickly done with little attention to detail. But compared to what I have heard/seen elsewhere, I don't think it's truly that awful. The nature of the pandemic has affected our home coming together and getting our appliances worked out has been messy, but I feel our construction manager has done the best he could given the circumstances.

After living for a month, my garage door broke!

Everything went pretty well. Sometimes the response time for relatively low, especially once we moved into our home we are having some issues getting a hold of our building manager at times and we’re not notified of some outstanding items and what the timeline is until two weeks after we requested. Also the house is drying out rather quickly and there are some pretty noticeable issues with the drywall and some other quality issues that will be addressed soon

Overall it was an easy process. Definitely some things here and there that could be improved upon- paint randomly places, carpet not fully against wall, and baseboard transitions not flush.

All of the on-site customer-facing representatives for Pulte were first rate--absolutely superb! Wish we could say the same for the behind the scenes characters who moved up our closing date by a month, costing us thousands of out-of-pocket dollars we weren't anticipating to have to pay.

Post office installed the mail towers and not have mail box in front of each house anymore. Pulte assigned the mailbox far away from my house even there are three mail towers by my house. When I choose the lot, the mailbox location was included under the decision. However, this becomes a problem, pulte construction team, home association, post office, all kicked me here and there. None of them plan to solve the problem. I believe HOA is responsible for this.

New buyers will make their own discoveries. Office people were superior, very helpful and field managers were helpful, but some construction and material was not not what I expected from a Pulte build.

Overall, everything has been a great experience but will say once they give you the keys you are going to wait a long time to get pending issues resolved.

The sales and design process was great. Sales team upfront and helped with many issues. You have to do your research with design phase but Pulte has a good website that really helps. They have a design meeting that helps pull everything together. Things did not go as well with final stage of building. Up to the last few weeks things seemed to go as planned. During the last few weeks there was a rush to complete. We offered to delay closing but we’re told Pulte management did not want to do that. Unfortunately we agreed and our home was not completed at time of closing. It has been a constant battle to get things done. I waited to give this review to see if things got better. It is now over 30 days past closing and we still have several work orders outstanding. Most seem like small issues but it makes us wonder about quality of thing we cannot see. ... More

Love the house and the community. When I call in for things that need repair they stay on top of it.
