Terrific location and floor plan. Hallways are beautifully done, well lit and very clean. However, major drawback is that there was no real plan in place for visitor parking. Truly nowhere close by! Garage is convenient but only one designated handicap space in a building that attracted many seniors.

Steven went above and beyond to make sure our small issue after closing were fixed. Many times coming to fix it himself.

Very high end cabinets and appliances. Great response to all need quickly. Sales went in a smooth transaction. Couldn’t be happier. Higher cost was worth it!

I definitely would advise anyone buying with Pulte, at least the team I worked with, do NOT accept closing agreements or promises. We've been closed for a little over a month and we're still trying to make progress on most of the items that were 'promised' to be taken care of right after closing if we agreed to close on time. All of the pressure and quick responses pre-close made us think they would continue to work in our interest, but overall this has not been true. Almost immediately after I submitted a favorable review, the construction management have pushed follow-up on to the warranty advisor and the vendors and it is entirely up to me to stay on top of them. Things that were on Pulte's own pre-close list are still not done (like clamping down an electrical pipe or finishing paint) even after I've followed up twice. The overall quality for the cost is also just extremely disappointing. So many corners were cut and are already showing themselves, such as bad caulking, poor painting finishes (or completely unfinished) chips in glass, incorrect vent installation, and so-on. I will say that Pulte did well with communication and follow-up during construction, but when it came down to the wire there were so many punch list things that just were not addressed. I brought a lot of them up and they said they would handle them, but again almost immediately after we closed we have struggled to get appropriate action taken. This is further complicated now that we've moved in and I'm worried some of this will never get fixed and we paid WAY above market for the size and quality of this production home. ... More

The contractor that did the walk through was awesome. Very knowledgeable and versed with the home. My insurance company requested a site map of my home and how near were the fire hydrants …. He didn’t provide a site map, but he did go there and took three (3) pics from three (3) different angles of the house. A+ !!!

I really like the all process since sales with andrea up to delivery my house with Paul. They take care of all process and delivery a good an amazing house.

From sales agent to final closing agent, everyone was patient in explaining everything in detail and guiding me through the process

I called about some issues I still have and the response was super slow .They told me me that I have to make mi first monthly mortgage payment payment to even go and try to fix mi issues on a NEW BUILD HOME so I did paid mi first mortgage payment and still the issue is not solved that is DECEMBER 2025 I moved to the NEW HOME so a month and 15 days pass UNTILL first mortgage payment 02/02/2026 So they send a guy ( ZEB )to look at mi issues on on mi bathroom I suggested a quick fix did not work I call him several times UNTILL I got a hold of him and I just said they will call you to set up an appointment with the PLUMBER that was over a week ago so I call several times until I got a hold of a lady at the emergency number and after a couple of minutes they gave me a date for the fixing with the plumber that yesterday and the appointment is UNTILL THURSDAY 8-12 noon I CAN ONLY SAY THE SERVICE IS VERY SLOW THE COMMUNICATION IS NOT BEING DONE OR NOT CARING ABOUT THE ISSUES IF NEW HOME OWNERS. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BELIEVE ME THERE SERVICE IS VERY POOR NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT NOT TO SAY THE LEAST AND I BEING POLITE AS POSSIBLE HOPE THIS STOP FROM HAPPENING TO NEW HOME OWNERS FROM NOW ON. ... Our PM and builder contact was fantastic, helpful and really walked and talked us through the whole process.

Quality of home was great. All people involved with our purchase did a great job except for title dept which did not return my calls when i had questions.

We closed on our home on Dec 19 2025 and had a great experience with Juan our construction manager. He walked us through the process every step of the way and made sure we understood everything. All the minor issues before closing were resolved promptly and he communicated with us on every single issue. He really was outstanding and deserves a nice raise! We're very happy with the house and would recommend friends and family to buy with Pulte.

Both the contractors did a great job with communications. Jeff did an excellent job with explaining us everything. He is easy to reach and communicate with. Quality is great overall. Noticed some minor cracks, but I am confident they can be looked at during the one year review.

Our experience was very rewarding. They made it easy, timely and efficient.

Very pleased with the workmanship of Pulte Homes. No major issues, all minor issues were handled very well by our construction manager Thomas. He was very polite and professional, he made us very happy by addressing any questions or concerns we had. We are pleased with our new home and all the space it gives us. I would with out a doubt purchase another Pulte home.

We were very happy with the Pulte homebuying experience, until an incident that happened at the very end. We specifically selected a lot in the subdivision with a prime view of a small lake. However, just before closing our lot was landscaped with a large holly tree right in front of the lanai, significantly blocking our view of the lake from our home. Despite several pleas to both Pulte, and the homeowner's association, we were told we could not have the tree relocated, This marred what had been an excellent homebuying experience up to that point.

Entire process was great including initial sales representative, builder, mortgage team and closer. They stay with you every step of the way and even setup follow up for as far as a year into the home. The home is wonderful equipped with solid materials and design along with upgrades relevant to our current world.

While we love our new home and the final product, the administrative side of the process—specifically Pulte Mortgage, Pulte Insurance, the Design Center, and Pulte Title—presented significant hurdles. However, the on-site team was a bright spot: Jenny in the sales office was incredibly helpful, and Carlos, our Construction Manager, was excellent. It’s a shame the back-end experience was so difficult, as Pulte offers unique floor plans that other builders simply don't. We hope these internal processes are streamlined for future homebuyers.

Quality of products used ie: bathroom fixtures and paint is mediocre. Planning of kitchen has several issues that could be prevented . For what I paid for the unit materials are subpar .

We love the idea of our new townhome. It suits our lifestyle and we look forward to new releases;ationships with our neighbors. We are disappointed in the build quality. We kept hearing that what we bought was builder quality. Our construction manager was great giving us walk throughs but was unreliable responding to our email and suggestions. This was very disappointing as we were told to of their being available for us, but then ultimately basically ghosted us. The ceiling upstairs sheetrock and finish is cracking and falling off the ceiling. We are told that it's normal settling but having holes in the ceiling the first month feels like workmanship overall was low end at best. There was a crack in our kitchen cabinets that we wanted replaced but was just covered over and we were told it was "normal". Our garage door had to be serviced 3 times to get the panels of the doors to seal properly to keep the outdoor elements from blowing in. Our front door handle is loose and needs to be fixed or replaced. Windows feel drafty downstairs and in some places upstairs. So much so the blinds appear to move when it's windy outdoors. Deep cleaning was needed post closing as the cleaners brought in prior were not very thorough. We have learned that we will just have to be aggressive with our warranty needs this first year. There are parts of our home that feel like they were just thrown together. But in time, either through warranty or just improvement on our part. we hope to make this home feel more quality than what we feel we were believe we were sold. ... More
