A good experience overall. Our sales rep was forthright and honest. Our construction manager stayed on top of construction issues, although he coulbetter communicator. communicator. Ultimately, we're very satisfied with the home.

The team at Pulte was responsive and helpful through a tough time to be building with so much uncertainty! Love our home and our neighborhood!

Numerous issues after the fact and communication issues with Warranty. Especially victor

We were forced to closed on our house that was not finished. It’s been 30 days and, still the home looks like we live in a construction site. Pulte should be embarrassed to have home close with so many issues.

Working with Ben and Sean. They were incredible. very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

Now that we are in our home we see a major lack of attention to detail. Paint on flooring, trim and carpet. Adhesive in various places on flooring. Vinyl floor has an obvious slit that just had glue applied over that area. Caulk drips that won’t come off. Water damaged door. There is a lack of care for the new finishes in our home. A response to theses issues has been non existent so far.

This was supposed to be the happiest time of our life but it has absolutely been a nightmare! We actually had others by in the same community as us and we regret it! They have had very similar problems also a lot of the work very subpar and we’re still having many issues! We have to call or text many times over before we get a response! It has been an absolute nightmare and would never build with Pulte again.

We expected much better quality form this builder for the cost of the home. Home was not cleaned at time of closing to move in ready.

Pretty smooth experience buying our place

I have nothing negative to say about our experience with Pulte Homes. From the moment I walked into the showroom I knew it was where I wanted to be. Maria, as I’ve said in previous reviews, was so excellent and engaging that I felt an instant desire to secure a lot and get underway. She is a real asset to Pulte Homes. The communication throughout the process was amazing. I never waited more than a few minutes to get answers to questions. Elena at the design studio was fantastic. She helped us with our selections and we left feeling excited about our project. Once it was time to start the actual building we had the pleasure of meeting Wesley and his team. The whole process of our first meeting with him was highly professional but so much fun. We felt like we had a try understanding of the steps moving forward and we felt the utmost faith in Wes’ delivering a perfect house to us in the months to come. The communication with Wesley was also excellent with never having to wait for a response on various questions. Since moving in I have had nothing but positive feelings about the house. I love the house. Whenever we have questions or need help with anything, the Pulte team has not let us down. We feel 100% supported in this new chapter in our lives. Thanks again! ... More

From start to finish, this was a seamless process. Devin was very professional, informative and responsive. Dan our builder was super helpful, patient, understanding and also responsive. These gentlemen made this first time experience for my family easy but yet also pleasant. Thank Devin And Dan

The home buying and building process was pretty quick and seamless. The design center experience could have been better. Our design center associate was not very knowledgeable and there were no prices assigned to upgrades at the showroom so it was hard to do a cost benefit analysis. That process should be more automated. There should be a computer at the showroom the associate work from that can give you an updated price in real-time as you add upgrades. We also were caught up in the pricing readjustment which was very confusing. Overall we are very satisfied with the home. Overall good quality. Love the development.

The whole process with pulte has been a struggle from the get go, there was a lack of communication throughout the process and many questions that we asked to get answered that were not. After moving in we have had many issues with the home just within the first month and as of now the value of the home we paid for does not seem to match the quality expected.

We started the process of looking for a new build home in Feb of 2021 and went under contract with Pulte in June of 2021. House was completed in Dec 2021. Pulte was great the whole way thru. They made the process easy. Their mortgage people contacted us early in the process and guided us all the way thru that part of the process. Their design center people helped us make selections based on our "not so precise" descriptions of what we thought we liked. Best of all, their our sales rep and build manager kept us in the loop during the whole process. We probably visited the house during the build process over 100 times. During the build process, if we had questions or concerns, we contacted them and they corrected the concern or explained what would be done to correct it. Even better, after closing, we have had 2 minor issues. A cabinet door that was crooked and a flickering light. Both were handled quickly. I even asked how to do the cabinet door adjustment and they gave me a quick lesson. You know that with a new house with all the stuff that is brand new, there will be something that is just not right. It's all about how they handle those problems, that the key to good customer service. We are about a month after closing and they are still taking care of us. ... More

We loved everything about our new home in Crown, from the quality and workmanship , to the appliances. Every promises made by our builder were met, even after we moved in, he followed up, check on us weekly to make sure everything was perfect. The sales associates were also amazing. We had a great experience.

Not a great experience

I would never build with pulte again. From rushing to get things done, to even the trades doing terrible jobs just to get it done. The home buying process in supposed to be exciting and fun, and building with pulte was nothing but miserable. Put my down payment in may 2020 closed end of December 2021 on an unfinished home. (If people are coming in your house often, that is not finished, liveable or enjoyable) You Always have to check up on them, and even when you find things wrong they still don’t fix them or if you do find something wrong they will say it is fine it’s supposed to be like that and then you bring in your own inspector to say the same thing you did and only then will they fix it. Bring in your own inspector, because I brought in my own and the house supposedly passed a plumbing final on Pulte’s end but my toilets and showers were backed up and it ended up being something with the sewer out on the street. The paint, dry wall, and baseboards all look terrible. I had to close with things not done on my house and someone is here every week to fix something. It’s far from enjoyable and the people who come to fix things then leave it a total mess for you to clean up and sometimes even cause more problems. While living in the home they hooked up my neighbors sprinklers to my meter and it was only caught because I asked why all these people kept coming into my yard all the time and what they were doing. It’s like you have to be a babysitter. People just show up unannounced and don’t call before hand or schedule something. There is literally an excuse for everything and they make you feel like you’re the problem instead of taking full accountability for everything. I could write a book on everything that went wrong and how miserable the process was and still is. If I could go back I would have never bought with Pulte. Overall the place is built alright and I can’t complain about most of it. Even though I upgraded to get the nicer package stuff the faucets, light fixtures, carpet padding, tile work were all cheap. Nice tiles but there’s not a single flat tile in the master shower. They clearly rushed the closing because there’s specks of wall paint all over the floor, trim, and cabinets. They didn’t even leave me any extra so that I could do touch ups. After closing we realized of a few smaller things were wrong and they were pretty quick to fix it. For the price it’s alright but I wish they had a few more customizable features, even if you pay extra for it. ... More

My home buying experience with Pulte, from initial inquiry through settlement and beyond, has been amazing! Relocating from out of state was easy thanks to the community sales team and construction manager. Even after my move in, the service manager helped me with all my questions about the homes features and best practices for maintaining the homes condition over the years to come. If I ever move again, Pulte will be my builder of choice!
