Pulte has a great team at every division. It is one stop shop for home buyers. They took care of mortgage and insurance as well. It would be nice if the houses/rooms are sound proof. Even a small noise in the living room or any other room can be heard the entire house. They have good team who are pretty responsive and takes care of the issues that we encounter after moving in/warranty period.

I do love my new home! The design, features and options are exceptional! I believe there could be improvement in the final stages of completion before closing. The house had paint paint drips on the floor tile throughout the house, the washer was not fully installed causing a flood during the first load and the house was not properly cleaned prior to move in. A Pulte punch-out team would be ideal to to take care of these concerns prior to move in. The warranty manager has efficiently addressed most of the concerns identified after moving in.

Overall a good experience. There were some communication issues and I wish Pulte had tried to reach out to me instead of me trying to contact them first. But my home is beautiful!

Pulte builds a decent home but the pricing of the homes are getting out of hand. The actual development is beautiful and that's what sold us on building in this neighborhood.

We love living here and are enjoying the house. The home was built quickly and there are a few items that could’ve been done more carefully.

Overall great customer service and buying experience with Pulte Homes. Quality control could be improved and the cost of the upgrades vs. the quality was subpar compared to my experience with other builders.

The sales representative for Pulte was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the building process. After closing ~ as with most new homes ~ there are issues that need to be addressed. Most vendors address these issues in a reasonable amount of time.

Pulte builds a house with high quality finishings but what is behind those finishings leaves something to be desired. We have lived in our home for 2 months and we already have some visible water leaking issues. I am worried that we will find years down the road water issues that are invisible until it is too late. Also, while nail pops are a normal issue for a new home, I have never experienced them to this level before. It is almost to the point where we will have to re-paint whole rooms when they are repaired. My last big complaint is a general lack of attention to detail. I’m glad to be in my home but now that I’m in it I’m finding a lot of issues with detail. Things that I feel other builders would have taken to time make sure it was completed to satisfaction. It just looks like they hurry through the completion to make sure it’s done instead of taking the time to do it. It’s like quantity over quality. And yes they come back to fix things after a year but just do it right the first time. I think the value I paid for my home is not worth the quality of work that was done. Just seems rushed.

Overall the house buying experience was good. We had several issues that came up and I feel Pulte did a poor job of mitigating them. Also the quality seems to be all over the board. For example we have nice bathroom fans that turn on when they sense moisture, yet our wall paint is so cheap it is flat white and stains by just looking at it. You need to keep your finger on Pulte to ensure they deliver as promised and ensure each upgrade you pay for is installed!

I am overall happy with my purchase. There has been some subpar and sloppy work found but I am working on getting it corrected.

The materials were fine in terms of value for money, but the workmanship was not. There are visible sheetrock joints and bumps in some places on the walls. There is a rather steep gradient in the flooring, which may be by design, but there are minor yet noticeable ups and downs in the flooring as you walk on it. Similar minor workmanship issues throughout the house. The way the contract was drafted, it was punishing for the buyers in terms of timelines and penalties, so read it carefully.

Sales is outstanding. The agent on site in the model is top notch. The build process is tried and true. Quality and workmanship is solid. The financing process through Pulte Mortgage is excellent. However, upon occupancy customer service in the field falls down in addressing outstanding issues.

I am pleased with the house I had built. Pulte gave a lot of great incentives to use them as a builder. I was overall happy with the process, but there was a lack of communication during the middle of the building process. I feel like they rushed to get my house built by a certain pre-determined date. The final touches were not done as well as I had expected. There were too many houses being built at the same time in my community and towards the end I don't think the builder had enough time to really focus on the finishing touches. I have had couple of issues before closing which were promised to be fixed within first week after closing but they still have not been fixed yet. Not happy with after purchase response from Pulte.

One of the best quality/price on the market

They should have better team . They planted a dead tree that never got replace , I have send an email regarding the water line for the kitchen refrigerator it has been fixed. A lot details around the house. I thought for a nice Community things would run different here from other communities. Overall neighbors are Kind and friendly.

There is no question that in today's market is quite impossible to receive a value comparable to the amount of money you pay for a home. Houses are built in a hurry and many times builders cut corners to maximize profit. My happy with the house but in less than a month living there I already spotted many quality of workmanship & materials issues that really makes you think is the house really worth what we paid for it.

Overall was great, little build quality issues and lack of swift response, love the home and neighborhood .
